The service at this particular JCPenney store never ceases to amaze me. Where they find THE NICEST, most caring, and helpful staff is the biggest mystery in the Tippecanoe County area. Of course the prices are great. Of course their products are good quality. That's standard... what will impress you most is the customer service experience.

Confusing sales signage makes it difficult to tell if something is on sale or not. Sometimes runs very low on stock, leading to limited sizes. Also got cut in the checkout line by an old woman and the employees did nothing about it and when I asked the old woman just said she had more stuff in her hands than me so she deserved to checkout first.

We went to a photo session at JCPenney. Daniel the new manager there was very professional and friendly. He took beautiful photos of my granddaughter and really put her at ease. I would highly recommend this place for family photos.

I went to JCPenney’s for my son’s 1st birthday pictures. The first time did not go very well with the photographer being rushed and the pictures not turning out well. I called and spoke to Tara. She apologized for my first visit and agreed to retake the pictures free of charge. Tara and Danny did a great job with my son. They made him feel comfortable, interacted kindly with him and took some cute photos! They were kind to me about me wanting to get a retake and even gave me some edits for free. I really appreciated them taking the time to do this and did all they could to make it right and made me feel like I want to return. Thanks Tara and Danny!!

lovely suits for men - my only distaste is the $10+ markup on a lot of the toys like legos. this location is attached to the mall and has the same sets as an example for less than what you can get discounts out of clearance And the JCPenny card combined.

I bought great shoes here, but it seemed rather lucky as they are low stocked on most items it seems. I couldn't find a suit here, but that is completely understandable for my measurements.EDIT IN REPLY:It's all right, like I mentioned, I have odd measurements so I can't really expect to find a suit my size. I still plan to shop here!

⚠️Not rude in any way opinions are allowed⚠️ I love this mall and for all to say they close early, they have families too and have to clean up after people they don’t know. But still get it done. The dressing rooms may be a mess during shopping hours but that does not mean that is their fault. Period. If you think you can keep it spotless for 8hrs, then get the job and you do it otherwise shut it. My grandma used to work there and the reviews now are disgusting. They have families and work hard just like everyone else. If you don’t like it. LEAVE!

Salon was wonderful! The store was well stocked and clean...the bathroom at the back salon entrance needs some help as far as cleanliness. Not the worst I've seen by far, but definitely not the best. Of course will be returning, JCPenneys always has a good selection and a good, solid store that can be depended on when you need something NOW. 😊

Excellent experience! Went school shopping for my son. Most stores have a very limited selection for boys. I was happy to see so many things to choose from. Bought everything I needed for my son & the prices were so great I bought a 👗 for myself. :) Mary my cashier was a doll as well!!!

Really frustrating that they close down registers when it’s still more than 30 minutes till close. So you have to walk all the way around the store just to find an open register that has a long line. So inconvenient when they had most all their dressing rooms closed. Would’ve been nice if they used that time to clean them up. Because they are very disgusting and even smell terrible!

Selection is okay, prices are okay. It's primarily a clothing store despite their attempts to diversify.I told myself buying a decent amount of men's business casual clothing here. My wife is generally disappointed with the women's clothing.Their home goods selection is okay. The window treatments looked good, but there was only one of each panel in stock, so good for browsing but not so much if you found what you wanted today.The makeup, soap, and other cosmetic selection is pretty good.The jewelry selection is pretty good if you're searching for costume type jewelry. I probably wouldn't come here to try to find fine diamonds.

Clean, competitive, fair prices , lacking employee help adding to their loss of sales . Wife wanted some merchandise was directed to only one check out and waited over 25 minutes to purchase merchandise. As exiting the same girl that directed us to check out was sitting doing nothing at a check out . Retail stores blame their failures on other's ... I'll will buy online at the best price next time. No wait while gen z gets paid to destroy your business.

I purchased a ring. Waited 3 weeks to get back for sizing. Got in and was sized incorrectly not by what was ordered. Been 3 more weeks no ring yet. Called said not set for completion till may 5th. Thought they could of tried for sooner because of 2nd time around. Guess not....

Today I planned on purchasing 2 white gold pieces. Got to the jewelry long before 7 PM. Lady waited on 2 others, then walked away. Came back and told me jewelry is closed. I told her I was there before 7 PM. I'll buy my jewelry elsewhere. Shame on you! Lost a good sale.

Kohl's didn't have what I wanted in my size so I went to JCP. After a lot of searching I found something that fit on sale. Merchandise displays a bit thinner than a couple of years ago. Had a long wait at the checkout for the cashier to resolve a discount application issue with people ahead of me. Understaffing was noticeable. Don't expect much help.

I went here a week or so ago to purchase some formal clothes, but didn't really know what I was looking for. Alicia was able to figure out what sizes I needed and provided some much-needed advice. She was also extremely friendly! They did not have my size in stock for what I needed, but I was able to get what it at another store since I knew what to look for. Thank you Alicia!

Had to walk all over store to find a cashier. When I finally found a cashier she said I should have gone to the back of the storeBeing 76 years old, I did not feel like doing all of that walking. I love the store and their products. Sometimes it is such a hassle to find help.

First time ever at this JC Penney location. I bought a pair of shorts that ended up being on clearance which was a nice surprise since they were not marked. I ended up going back and grabbing a couple more pairs. I didn't want to wait in line again just for a price check so I asked the lady at the jewelry counter if she would mind price checking them for me. Not only did she price check them, she also offered to ring me up! She was very friendly and polite!
