I asked for a tattoo to cover self harm scars for work reasons, I got a flag. The stripes are flip flopped and supposed to be the opposite color, on the left of the starts it goes back to stripes after the “tear”, and last but not least the stars look like they were drawn by a five year old. I did everything I was told as for taking care of it for this was my first ever tattoo and I was only 17 at the time and it faded pretty quickly, not sure if it was my fault or if it was the fact all he told me to do is use lotion I’m not sure. I was pretty disappointed knowing this is going to be on my body visible forever. I had a little higher expectations for the “Highlander” but mistakes happen I guess.Service: Tattoos

I got my second ever tattoo here by Highlander. He did an awesome job the letters themselves look good but I’ve only had it for about 2 weeks and did everything correctly for aftercare and it looks like I’ve had it for 10 years because it’s so faded!

I got a face piercing here and they did not use the right piercing. I got below the eye and instead of using a surface piercing they put a huge dunbar in my face. Clearly they did not know what they were doing and instead of saying that they still pierced me anyways. I’m literally crying at the fact that I not only paid my money but now I have holes in face. I’m so hurt. Would not recommend. If I could give zero stars I would.Service: Industrial piercings

I went in to get an estimate on finishing my tattoo on my arm. It's a small tattoo and for me to add things that I wanted, it was going to coast me 200$ At this place. that seems a little over priced , so I checked into Sacred Apple . 60$ for what I wanted. So I went with them. And I love Sacred Apple , they are friendly and have a better atmosphere.

I got a dermal piercing done Thursday by these two guys that work at Immortal Ink, they were not sterile enough, I had gotten the dermal on my right side of my face, I had done everything they told me to do on how to clean it, the first day it got swollen and bruise and the next day it started getting worse. It got to an abscess. I had to come to the hospital Sunday because I tried calling the tattoo shop the next day on Friday, then Saturday and no answer. Then Sunday morning my whole face had look like it was a first degree burn, so my fiancé rushed me to the hospital to get it removed. I would NEVER IN MY LIFE RECOMMEND THIS TATTOO SHOP FOR NOBODY AND THE ONLY REASON IM PUBLISHING THIS POST IS SO THAT IT NEVER HAPPENS TO ANYBODY ELSE!! One of the guys didn’t even use gloves. The shop doesnt feel very welcoming or clean, and he was rude when I showed him what I wanted done with the drawing I did and he wanted to change my art than going with what I had already drawn out and wanted.He shouldnt change someones art or plans with out asking but he didnt, he just tells you what he is going to do. When I said no he wants to do it anyways. Very unprofessional I think. (its my body not his)He use to be great but he went down hill badly. It sucks that something good went so bad.Giving him 1 star for not giving up.
