11/23/23- It was my first time in the store and I was happy to see all they have. It was a bit messy as they were getting ready for Black Friday.Jason was on duty and very polite. He made sure I could get by along as the customer's shopping. The crew was working hard setting up. They were polite.The cashier greeted me on my way in and made me feel welcomed. He was friendly on my way out.Lots of merchandise to pick from at some good prices! I may return when I need to make a quick stop.

Typically I don't leave negative reviews. But this store wasn't safe at all. There were boxes everywhere. my child bumped into a box and a few literally fell on her. I tried to put her in a cart to be safer but then I wasn't even able to go through the isles. It wasn't even possible to shop. I left empty handed even though they had the product I needed, I just couldn't even get to it.I've worked retail many times and I know what it's like to be understaffed and receive shipments but this is un acceptable. It could've been stacked much more safely and organized.Also, the employees were incredibly rude.

The store was actually very dirty with no time spent keeping up with sweeping or wiping things down. The shelves were messy as well. The bright spot was the employees who were knowledgeable and helpful as well.

With our current economy, it's almost impossible to keep things Five Below. However, it is still a decent store. There are so many affordable items to choose from. I will go here occasionally. My family likes it. I can safely recommend Five Below.

What a disaster.Had an online order. Never notified order was ready. Called and was informed order was ready.Went to pick up order and the store was an absolute mess!!!Then had to wait for order to be found due to someone checking ALL orders in.Once found had missing items. No one knew where they were. No one could find them.Out of 7 things left with one.

The store is dirty. Boxes everywhere. They won't move the boxes and allow you to get items. The employees are rude.

There are new items right now. They have an electronic section now that says Five Below and Beyond..even there nothings more than 10 bucks! I always spend a ton of time in this store. Prices are awesome and so are their products!!

I want to start this review, with my apologies because I didn't take a picture, of my first visit to, Five Below.It's another, Dollar Store Tree, with a glorified name attached, with jacked up pricing. Not exactly, Below Five..Their isles were cluttered and not many people in the store. If you been to Dollar Tree, the cluttered isles were their biggest complaint.Now, they do got heart, they did have ambition, but from my experience, they had team play.The community here will figure it out and see that's it's another Dollar Tree. A lot of the same merchandise as the Dollar Tree, for even more money. Pffft, I stopped for a birthday card, $8.65 I was charged, and it wasn't a Hallmark.I don't see the store staying alive in the near future there at McAlister's Strip Mall. I needed the birthday card though because it was my step granddaughters tenth birthday on Monday.I was at the, Verizon Store, just a couple door down. I had to go to the store to verifying, I was who I say I was because I forgot my 4 digit security pin number. I got my, "new last smartphone" I'll use in my life's journey. So, I don't know why I didn't take pictures. I have to go back, to give my lost trade-in device that I found.Back to the store review. I'm not sure how long the have been there, but none of the other stores, that was in Five Below before them didn't stay long either. To much on the floor the causes the clutter. Christmas stocking stuffers? This is the place! Are you having a game night... need prizes? I can't believe I didn't think to go here before now. 🤔🤨 Pretty decent products (as far as quality) on a lot of items, and it is perfect for small gifts or activities, most ages. It's definitely worth a look, and you'll be bargain shopping in no time. I may have gone a crazy...but the stockings and small side gifts for the holidays are ✔️ off before Black Friday!

One of the workers here has zero customer service skills. Made for a very unpleasant end to my trip there. Rather go to 5 below in my town were the workers are actually friendly.

Generally I love five below, but I ordered a pickup order and was met with extremely rude employees. I went in a bit over 4 hours after ordering and asked politely if they could look for my one item since I was going out of town, fully understanding if they said no. The cashier rolled her eyes and rudely said into the walky talky that there’s a pick up order, then turned to the next customer without saying anything else. I waited 15 minutes with no other response, then went up to the lady that walked up to be the second cashier and asked again. She went back to look, but whispered to the other cashier on the way out. She came back and said “I just don’t see it, don’t have it, and don’t have time to look. You can come back to my store room if you think I’m lying”. I responded no that’s okay thank you, I just needed to know if I needed to cancel my order if it wasn’t there. It was frustrating as I was extremely polite and would’ve understood if they said I had to wait for an email to pickup my order, but both workers present were extremely rude.

I always enjoy Five Below it is like Christmas morning. I am always surprised to find something fun and enjoyable. I love their selection of incense and candles. I come across a world full of enjoyment for kids. I love this place when you're looking for nothing you will find something.

Typically love this store. But 20 minutes after they're suppose to be open, no one is coming to the door. I just watched multiple people wait patiently, just to get in there cars after waiting 45 minutes.I can tell you youve lost out on hundreds of dollars because of all the people turned away!! Sad.

Store was clean and stocked. The staff was friendly. I went to get my gel pens I use for my art work. They are the only place I can find them at. I hope they will always have them. Very pleased with the price of them as well. Great selection of items and great prices on everything. Great friendly customer service.

This is a great store and the associates are friendly. The only thing that bothered me was the shipment blocking a lot of the walk way. I work retail and know how hard it is to get tasks completed during business hours but they should reevaluate their process.

Five Below is heaven for almost everything. They have a fantastic ensemble of cat and dog toys, quick reads, board games, plushies, mugs, magazines, candies, and the car smells. Any range one thinks of is available here. Prices range not just from 1 USD to 5 USD, but some items are beyond that. I like how every item has a clear distinction of prices.

Great selection. Great prices. Friendly and helpful cashier. Store was clean and well organized. Restrooms were clean. Parking lot and sidewalks were scraped clear and salted. My first time there but not my last! Will shop there often! Glad I went!

I was hoping to find a cup for my car to make it able to have multiple cups/room but they didn't have one, they had one for french fries lol but they are very nice to answer questions etc.

closes at 6pm because of staffing issues. maybe they should change their hours on maps so people like me don’t drive and see the sign on the door that they closed early.

Clean and packed with great bargains in neat bins and shelves. Crowded but not dirty or elbow to elbow. Many different things to choose from, which I love. From pillows to cable cords to old fashioned candy and gum. Tshirts, socks, art brushes, charging cords for cells, makeup, slippers, jewelry all for $5!
