This store is always understaffed. There is usually one, maybe two cashiers and the lines can be very long. Last time I went, the store was a MESS. They not only had TONS of boxes stacked everywhere, but there was merchandise scattered all over the floor and carts lined up down each aisle. The shelves were also a mess, scattered with random items. I gave up looking for the item I wanted to purchase and just left (but not before I snapped a few photos!).

I love all the craft items here. This is by far my go to place for small diy projects. Prices are always great, employees are always polite and helpful?

Definitely went down hill after Jim and all the managers quit. So sad was my favorite dollar tree.

I went to buy batteries and got a basket to hold my stuff and while the cashier was checking out someone else I put my stuff on the conveyor belt and then went to put my basket away so I could be a little decent and make the cashiers job easier. She accuses me of leaving it on the floor of a whole different basket that wasn’t even mine then was talking about how much she hates her job while scanning my items. Then proceeds to not even hand me my bag or receipt and then gets mad when I ask about where my bag was like okay I get it you hate your job but just leave don’t take it out on me.

Find great buys but may never see again . Many staples at low price . Cleaning supplies, canned goods n food products always great buy. Stop there before you go anyplace else .

Great spot for all types of essentials, Holliday decor (and treats), and nearly anything and everything you might want or need Still only a dollar an item (for now anyways. Heard it is going to a $1.25 an item soon)Plenty of room to shop with spacious aisles and checkouts. Normally well stocked and sorted, better than most of the discount style stores that I visit. Employees work hard to help out customers and are generally kind and friendly. Good go to spot for discount items for home and fun.

It was a little busy when I went today but I got my stuff that I wanted and left in a short amount of time. AC worked grate, an employee said hi to me, miss the peeps that used to work there but it was a good trip with enough parking too 😊

Since the new manager has taken over the store is much more organized and the aisle aren't packed with boxes of unstocked items. The cashiers are always friendly and very helpful. Keep up the good work.

Very understaffed. 2 people working with a store full of people. Took forever to get checked out and store was a mess as they were clearly attempting to stock every shelf in the store at the same time. Employees were handling the chaos as best they could with the lack of help they were getting.

I don’t even want to give this store 1 star. There was more merchandise thrown on the floors than in the shelves. Empty crushed boxes in stacks in all the aisles. This has been an annual holiday shopping destination for years but I will never return. I happened to be in charlotte Michigan last weekend to shop at a dollar general and it just might be worth the 3 hour drive! That store is what a dollar store should look like.

Not the best stocked Dollar Tree I have seen. I have also noticed that they close early on random days. Normally gets really busy, but they only have 1 lane open. Most of the stuff they have out, like picture frames and such, are broken.

The lady that checked me out was very nice. My cookies were broke and she pointed out and offered me new ones. She also helped me look for sugar. She seemed tired and over worked. I feel like she needs more help in that store. But overall good experience. Thanks sugar lady!

Shelves were half empty. Boxes of stock and carts of stock were blocking all but 3 isles. Only one cashier, but she was extremely nice. Two other employees just standing and talking to each other.

I have been going for a while and is horrible I can never find what I go for everything is so unorganized! I can barely fit though the isle I have to move the carts they have with un opened merchandise in order to fit. Checking out takes so long because they only have one register opened. Is so frustrating going shopping here. Someone please do something about it and get someone that can start managing this place.

I have enjoyed shopping at Dollar Tree on Creasy Ln. in the past but with the resent interaction of a constant critical employee I find myself realizing the prices not worth the negative interaction. Customer service training for employees would be in corporates best interest should they desire the store to enjoy a better reputation.

Place was busy but boxes everywhere long line at check out only one line open. I think the employees were nice but what a mess need more help to empty those boxes. Even a part time person just to stock shelves they know it's a busy store clean it up.....

Not the most organize dollar tree I've been in ,everytime I go its trashed ,boxes in the isle so you have to push them out of the way seems to me they need more people to work there and get that place clean and organized and stocked

I mean you see it in all dollar teees the store is in shambles .. Nothing is faced all of it is jammed to get it out on the shelves.. The employees are far to be found and if you do find one there busy or just walk past you like the boxes on the floor and u boats with food on them i mean this store is not even in a high risk area but i hope soon management will help or they find help but hey its a dollar.

This place has stock all over the floor the Isles are crowded the stock because there's no room to put up stock on the shelves the shells are overcrowded with stock you can't find anything that you're looking for because they have a whole bunch of stuff stock that you don't need. They have poor management

Everything was a dollar as advertised. Found stuff I wasn't able to find anywhere else. All and all it was a 10 out of ten would recommend. Plus, cashier was super cool. Will be returning.

Unfortunately, I went into the wrong store at first,due to Big Lots door is very close to DG.Could be a sign to let a person know you're in the right store.Overall store was clean and stocked.

God forbid they have more than one check out open. I waited in line with people who disregard social distance for too long. I can't say I won't go back, but definitely not on a weekend.

Since the price went up I don't shop here near as much. You can get a lot of the same (food & paper goods) items cheaper at Payless and Dollar General. Such a loss!!

We were at the dollar tree today, October 22, 2017. There was so much stock all over you couldn't even see the shelves, we left. Having boxes stacked up all over is just waiting for someone to get hurt.
