I went here today and the old lady followed me around the store then ask could she help me I ask why she ask that she ask if I had cash then I let a person ahead of me she never bothered the lady of head of him until the lady couldn’t scan a item but as I was putting my card in she checked my list as she thought I might steal something really sad when it’s camera everywhere I never stolen anything in my life and definitely don’t want to shop and feel like iam a thief in a dollar store or any where I work just like any other person 🙏🏾🙏🏾

I had 26.00 and my total was 28.60. I told her I would put some items back. She said don't worry about it we will take care of it. She said this is a standard policy at this store that they can give a 5.00 leeway. This is amazing!! And my cashier was so sweet. Then I held the door open for a gentlemen and he returned my cart for me. It's really refreshing to see this much kindness. Thank you!

One very nice young man in there always working. Manager Mike is a bit grumpy but i can see why sometimes. They have a hard battle to keep the store clean, people trash that one, but they try to do what they can. Its always busy there and usually someones taking a smoke break except a couple of them and they seem to always be at the register working hard. Someone around there needs a raise!!

The only reason I'm giving it 4 starts is because this isn't a store that I go to because I like buying fresh produce, organic items, etc... I'm a health nut. This store offers none of that, but I was gifted a gift card for this store and I had to use it. To my surprise I found a couple of cute items for my home, and the shelves are well stocked and most of them neatly organized, except for 1 or 2 isles, but that is a mess the customers make (little piggies). Would I recommend it? I guess I would to those that like cheap quality food and home goods. I wouldn't visit this store again because of the type of items offered, but the cashier was very pleasant and helpful.

A few weeks ago I told a friend I believed the manager had left the Creasy Ln store. I was right. Shelves aren't stocked to capacity, running out of stuff. The store is getting sloppy. So sorry to see this manager go... I have to rate from 5 stares to 3. Hopefully DG will get a good manager back in...This is the neatest, cleanest, and organized DG Store I have ever seen, or been in. This manager used to be at Market Square...it was awesome back then. Creasy GD should receive a reward!

Was very impressed by the cleanliness of the store and the cashier Danelle was so sweet and helpful and efficient. The big guy workingvwas very nice too. My favorite Dollar General in Lafayette😊 keep up the good work.

This particular location is one of the best in Lafayette. Always clean, well lit; ailes are wide and well merchandised. It also has grocery items, such as milk, bread, coffee, frozen foods, and ice cream. Very rarely do I have a problem finding anything, except at my 2 visits, hence only 4 stars from me.

This is one of the bigger DG. Its not all bunched up, you can actually push a cart down the aisle without hitting stuff or other peoples. Customer service good also. The down side to this is one register open and 20 people wanting checked out. Ill go back to this one.

I'm all the time running into DOLLAR GENEEAL for something. Usually hair care products. But one day a couple weeks ago I happened to notice their towels. I bought 4 and some wash clothes to match. I'd been in the hunt for a particular weight. Light weight but larger towel. I was so pleaded with these towels that I went back and bought more. They wash up great and are perfect in weight and size. Who knew you could buy towels at DG?! AWESOME!!

Some of the staff is nice but there's a few that rude. I can find just about anything I need for half the price the big stores have. Love going to dollar General.

I like Dollar General Stores. It is easy to find in any city!! Very affordable products in almost anything that you are looking for. Also saling food, was a bonus. Continue supplying our needs!! We love it!!

terrible, bad service. place is ALWAYS closed!! it’s 12:21 in the afternoon on a Tuesday. ridiculous. there is no sign on the door to make people aware. vey unprofessional

My main complaint is the store is sorely under stock there is hardly anything in the store worth getting and you do have to know your prices when you go in there cuz you can definitely get some items cheaper elsewhere
