Right next to cvs the motors in my skateboard shorted and sent me off of it going 29 mph. Lilly and Ana allowed me to use the store medkit for my wounds and wouldn't even accept a tip. Even though I didn't purchase anything, this store is awesome and has awesome people in it.

Very clean store, the pharmacy workers are very kind and I look forward to coming here!A lot of these bad reviews are from awhile ago when it was under different management.

The store is clean, the staff is knowledgeable, and I found all desired items for purchase. The only problem, since this store is close to a college, keeping a good number of staff at the checkout lines often can be a problem.

Very rude, and not very helpful. I went I get some dayquil when I was sick, and there were no cashiers at the front so I used the self check, knowing this would require the ID but hoping there was someone in the back who would help me. I waited as the light flashed for almost 10 minutes before I decided to go back and check if I could checkout at the pharmacy before I saw someone restocking. So I politely asked them if they could check me out, to which they started conplaining they dont understand why I didnt hit the bell at the actual cashiers station and why I had to go back and bug her as she was restocking. Obviously I had not seen the bell since I was at self check and had hoped that the self check asistance bell/light would work. Definitely going to try and avoid this store. I understand places are understaffed, but theres no need to get upset at a customer who was just waiting 10 minutes for assistance at the selfcheck bell/light while she was restocking.

No restrooms available. Understand they don’t want them to be used as public restrooms on game day but why are they closed on a Wednesday at noon ? Ridiculous and staff non existent

The cashier was such an amazing person! I think her name was Ana. I don’t remember to well, but if it wasn’t for her, I would never find these chips!

The pharmacy manager John Spear is very rude and doesn’t care about a customer’s time. He denied me a Covid booster shot three times for lame reasons like not having a card etc.

The staff are great. Especially the pharmacists (Lindsay) they are nice and they take there time explaining the important information and make sure the customer/patient is well informed

This is my favorite CVS in the greater Lafayette area thanks to its pleasant staff and excellent selection for the kinds of items that young men and women are looking for (their makeup selection is especially good). I'll miss it when I'm gone!

Only place after 9PM to get my CLARITIN D. Most likely due to it being directly across from the West Lafayette Police Department. Safety is their Number 1 concern. With the abuse of so many OTC pharmaceuticals, they must be regulated with one extra step.In this case, the store is protecting themselves, the many & anyone entering the premises. No one dare attempt a crime across the street from a police station where the Men in Blue sit & patrol that area adequately.Thank you, CVS & WLPD.
