Do you have a prescription to pick up? You want quick service? Well lucky you! This place provide pickup times as quick as 2 HOURS at drive thru and 1 HOUR in store. They offer this premium(!) service every time of the day. I honestly don’t know if this is the store’s fault but seems like the entire West Lafayette Area is using this particular CVS for their medications. Having only one register open certainly doesn’t help for sure. There is a great disorganization present and I regret coming here every time I do. I am definitely transferring my stuff to another pharmacy next time. Maybe my sacrifice will relax the crowds and the never ending queue a little.

I've visited CVS at least 4 times this week. This time 9pm after-bed-time run. Sick kids & a sick mom. I am always pleased with service at this location, but I am just so impressed with my visit today. The pharmacy intern was helpful, pharmacist was not only helpful but non-judgmental & so informative (sick and tired mom), and the employee at pos was super efficient & friendly. I wish I would have looked at their names. I'm really just so grateful for what you guys do. I feel like your team really just went above and beyond for me tonight, thank you!

The nurse was nice, friendly. I took my kids in to have their throats checked. They are timid and just not wanting to have the swab done. They resisted, the nurse said that if the doctor came in she wouldn't be nice, but I didn't think it would be bad, but it was! That doctor kept saying there was something wrong with me and I was too nice, then she kept looking at me and asking what's wrong with your kids, she kept saying there's something mentally wrong with them and she's talking so loud. Going back n forth between my two kids while I was trying to comfort my son because at this point he's crying SHE HAD MY DAUGHTER IN THE CORNER BLOCKING HER! Telling her there's something wrong with your brother! That poor nurse was taking deep breaths, the doctor then said to my kids there's something mentally wrong with your mom. What in the world was that!!??? As soon as that doctor stepped in the stress level went from 4 to 10 in less than 2 seconds!! Good nurse! Very bad doctor!

This pharmacy has got to be the worst of the worst. If you want to be frustrated, come here at any given time during the day. So many staff employees and so little time management. Long lines in the drive thru long lines inside the store. At least 5 people working and you will have to wait a gazillion hours. Going back to Walgreens for my meds. THIS STORE IS RIDICULOUS!!!

This place will ruin your day if you want to simply pick up a prescription. It’s “we haven’t got to it yet it’ll be about a half hour” at least two times before you finally get your prescription roughly an hour and a half later after waiting in lines after lines over and over getting the runaround.

Pharmacist was nice and considerate, even asked my friend if he has any questions at the end, store was very clean, even front counter staff member was nice. Seems like this store has all new connected health monitoring devices like wireless BP monitors, thermometers etc.

The pharmacy here is very mismanaged. The lines are usually very long and they always seem understaffed. The only reason I use this location is because it's 24hrs and close to me.

Horrible ! They don't ever answer phone, so great I'll get text when my prescription is ready, nope! never text me. In fact the person there said they had no record of them texting me but on the text list. Missed it twice as its constantly out of stock. Finally, called at 2 AM, took 7 minutes to answer, person there clueless and told me to call Walgreens. So I did, 1 minute and 40 seconds to get the pharmacy to answer. Don't go, customer service is not in their DNA. As I am writing this, still waiting for them to answer 11 minutes and 45 seconds.

Krista is the worst and most unprofessional pharmacist I have ever interacted with in my life. She’s rude to patients and treats her employees very poorly. I guess anyone can go to pharmacy school and become a pharmacist these days.

I got the best care with the Dr than I got at the Franciscan Hospital. She even called few days after to see how I was doing. Just wow!

If I could -stars I would. The people in this store are perpetually incompetent bunch, including those in the pharmacy. They send you in circles, pharmacy Tech says, “I dont do stcoking, so I dont know where things are go ask the front desk”. Front desk says go ask the Pharmacy. Just a bunch of incompetent people. The Pharmacy closes from 1:30 to 2, and I had to wait 30 minutes for them to give me an answer. What a waste of time! (This is the store on Sagamore Parkway in West Lafayette, Indiana).

Technician Will did not ask if I have questions at all, which is illegal. It is a requirement that each patient be asked if they have questions for the pharmacist. Someone should make sure he knows what he’s doing.

This pharmacy is horribly organized. While I was waiting, for over an hour, they lost someone’s prescription, made me enter and leave the line twice, told multiple people they don’t have insurance when they do, and told me my prescription was ready when it wasn’t. There are prescriptions laying around everywhere, no wonder they lost them. One woman, I’m assuming she was the head pharmacist, is extremely rude—absolutely horrible customer service. The lady in charge of the pick-up line is also rude, can’t hear how anyone spells their name, takes 10 minutes to look for a prescription, and then transfers everyone over to the woman at the drop-off line because she has no answers. Go to literally any other pharmacy.

They will close for lunch with cars still in the drive through. They will just put cardboard over the windows when you pull up and act like you haven’t been waiting in line.Update-3/7/23- I stopped using this pharmacy a while back but my wife still uses them from time to time due to convenience of being open 24 hours. When she was picking up meds the pharmacist was giving instructions. She verbalized that she understood the pharmacist while hitting the prompts on the device at the counter and the pharmacist told her the device was “not voice activated”. It’s amazing how they will go out of their way to do and say rude things. They seem overworked and stressed due to the volume of clients they serve but if you choose to use this pharmacy just know they will take their stress out on you. Customer service does not exist at this CVS.

Do not go to this pharmacy!! They have no idea what they are doing!!!I had two prescriptions sent there and they refused to fill either of them because my "insurance doesn't cover them" and they would not tell me how much it would cost to pay for them.I had my doctor switch to Meijer and they filled them within an hour and it only cost $9.58!!!I had to push back taking my medicine a whole day because I wasted my time with the incompetent people who work at this CVS pharmacy.

Was in a time sensitive situation with a tick bite with Lyme Disease and needed antibiotics quickly. Was trying to be calm and nice as I had a question about another prescription as well, but Adam the pharmacy tech was very rude not only to me but to the people in front of me. He made me feel very uncomfortable and not welcome and even when I said I was confused about taking the antibiotic offered no counseling. Worst service I’ve had here yet. Not how you want to be treated after a concerning urgent care visit.

I really do appreciate the fact that almost every single CVS across the United States is set up fairly the same so that you can get in and get out, making the most of your time.

If I could give the minute clinic at this location 0 stars I would. They are the worse “physicians” I’ve ever come across. The customer service is horrendous, they have no sense of urgency and they use the paper bag method to determine your quality of care. Don’t waste your time here unless you have fair skin.

On 21 January 2021 I had to go to the emergency room and the medication I was prescribed could not be electronically transmitted to the CVS. Because of this, I had to go inside to get my prescriptions filled. The pharmacist on duty was adept, cordial, and professional. He handled customer calls, drive-thru customer, and counter customers very well and despite being the only one on staff. As I walked around the store while waiting for my prescriptions to be filled, every associate was kind, greeted me, and asked me if I needed help.If you have to get prescriptions filled at odd hours or need to grab basics from a drug store, I highly recommend the CVS on Sagamore Parkway (West Lafayette, IN) for a quiet and pleasant shopping experience.I have not experienced this kind of cordial and prompt customer service in a long time. I greatly appreciate the efforts of the pharmacist and retail staff. Thanks to all of them for allowing people like me to get the necessities to deal with a very, very difficult situation and not adding to the stress of my situation. God bless them for working at risk during this most trying of times.

Do not use the pharmacy here. They gave my daughter the wrong medication while we were traveling through. In order for use to get a refund we would have had to drive back 3 hours to return it. We could not return it to any CVS but that one. The manage was rude and didn't even apologize. She hung up on me and refused to admit they gave us the wrong medication. Our local cvs back home said they were rude to them as well but went the extra mile to remedy the problem. I couldn't believe how rude the pharmacy manager was to us

The staff at this CVS care about you. I just received a call making sure that my new medication is working well for me. That was very appreciated! Their drive thru is run efficiently, my meds are always filled at the most within 2 hours of being requested by the doctor, and the front store ladies are always so nice too.

CVS PHARMACY IN West Lafayette, Indiana has Horrible service. Terrible parking lot. When paying, I noticed the price for the Med should be lower. I asked that they also use my Good RX card which is on file, they said “Sure, please wait over there for 30 minutes while we rerun the script”. Then the manager tells me, CVS took away their staff, so they can’t punch in the numbers right now and take care of the price during my turn at the counter. So that means I have already waited in the store for an hour for the script, now I will have to wait an additional 30 min because their staff didn’t use the Good RX discount card. Funny thing, I did sHow the GOOD RX card at the drop off time. I spent an additional 110.00 dollars in the store, plus my script. NEVER AGAIN in West Lafayette. I do love my Leo Indiana store, this would have never happened in Leo, no matter how busy they may get. And the Leo Staff are so much nicer to do business with, ALL THE TIME. CVS in West Lafayette should learn customer Service

The pharmacy tech Stephanie needs to be trained in customer service. I have been on the same bp meds for the last 4 years and asked her why this time it was double the usual cost. Her response was, "I don't know, I'm not the coupon card and insurance wizard." Aside from this instance, every time I go there it's a sh!tshow as far as customer service is concerned. Everybody behind the pharmacy counter is rude and condescending. I encourage everyone to get their scripts elsewhere.

Stacy Evans is the absolute worst pharmacist I have ever encountered in my life. I come to this pharmacy regularly, and I have thankfully only had to deal with her for the first time this evening. She was incredibly rude, and she insulted me more than once.Let’s look at ONE of multiple examples from this evening: I had my medication dosage reduced in half (from 5mg to 2.5mg), and this half dose is filled as its own, different pill. This means that the full dose pill that I took previously does not have a “break” line that I can use to break the pills in half and accurately and successfully take the half dose as prescribed. After explaining this to Evans, she proceeded to tell me, an educated college student, that 5 divided by 2 is equal to 2.5 in a snarky voice. She then said, “I’m pretty sure that you are old enough to understand that half of the full dosage equals the dosage that you are supposed to take, but I’m just not sure that you get it. I don’t want to give you the medication if you don’t understand how to take it. You don’t get it do you!?”I gave up and just took the medication. Instead of giving me the medication that I should have received, she expects me to estimate and cut a pill that should not be cut in half with a knife from my kitchen.I cannot believe that someone this rude with so many bad reviews is still working at the pharmacy. She is simply not capable of working with patients and customers, and frankly, she raises the blood pressure that I am trying to decrease with the medications.

I've been getting my prescription just fine for the past few months. It's a popular place, so their drive-thru line is sometimes a wait, but that's fine. Honestly, the reviews scared me from going here, but it's most convenient. Perhaps it was worse back then, but the pharmacy seems fine.

Pharmacy staff are rude, literally talked down to me when I came in about transferring medication. Tossed my bottles back at me over the counter, and when I called to ask about if my medications were ready I was hung up on 3 times in a row after the person said hello hello hello hello in quick succession then hung up. Don't know where they are getting these people but I suggest they start screening staff better if they expect to keep customers. Would rate 0/5 stars if I could and will be transferring my meds back to payless pharmacy, little more pricey but at least they are friendly.

Absolutely the worst pharmacy I have had to deal with! The front staff are wonderful and always helpful! I have had multiple prescriptions "lost" or skipped over and told to come back later that day or the following day and they would be filled. I have an infant son who is on medicine and they have sent us home with it not mixed, wrong prescription, or "forgot to fill it" after just saying they would and having is come back the following day. I can not say that I have ever had a positive experience at the west Lafayette location! What this pharmacy needs is better management and all new staff! There are no keepers there!

If I could leave zero stars, I would. I have been trying to get my child's prescription filled for OVER A WEEK! CVS doesn't notify me OR the doctor's office when they need a prior authorization, the prescription isn't covered by insurance, or the prescription is on hold for some reason (and can't tell you what that reason is) until I call to check on the status of the prescription. When I spoke to the tech this afternoon, I said "so when a prescription is on hold, you just sit on it until someone calls to check up on it?" The answer I got was "well, yeah. I don't know what you want me to do." Uh, YOUR JOB. DO YOUR JOB. The pharmacy staff are incredibly rude, as well. I will most definitely be changing pharmacies VERY soon. Absolutely terrible in every way.

I recently had to switch to this Pharmacy because my regular pharmacy does not provide the glucose sensor I use. I picked up my prescription and medical supplies after my doctor's appointment and everything went well. A month later I call in to refill my prescription. I called on Saturday and was told my prescription would be ready on Wednesday. I call Wednesday to ask if it is ready to be picked up, and I am told it won't be ready until the following afternoon around 5pm. I'm very upset because I need these medical supplies to manage my diabetes and it's very unsafe to go without them. My concern is that since I called so far in advance, why do they not have the supplies in store? Why was my refill not refilled today since it was scheduled to be? Very upset with this pharmacy. I've never had this issue with my other pharmacies.
