Wonderful people, the longest I've ever had to wait on a prescription was 15 minutes, tops. I switched to Custom Plus because i was tired of waiting 6 hours at cvs for my scripts. I love the people that work here, they are always kind and friendly. I enjoy looking around at their products as well. You won't be disappointed if you make the switch to Custom Plus. I've been with them for a few years now and I can't tell you one negative thing/experience.

This is an amazing small pharmacy, with good people with great attitudes and great service. They went out of their way to help transfer and fill a scheduled drug prescription that I'm required to get before I go from Lafayette to my hip replacement surgery in Carmel *very* early Wednesday morning, and my regular pharmacy short notice OUT OF STOCKed me less than 36 hours before I'm leaving. Thankful and CustomPlus is going to become my regular Pharmacy after this.

I can't say enough positive things about Custom Plus. I was having my prescriptions filled for years at Payless. I have so many medical issues I was having to make multiple trips to Payless and they stopped having the drive up available. Custom Plus was able to put all my medications in a disk pack for me so I no longer have to put them in my plastic pill dispenser. I was so impressed by the smooth transition from Payless to Custom Plus. Custom Plus did everything for me. They take care of billing my insurance and I just pay my copay seamlessly. They deliver my med pack to my home along with any extra medications I may need due to an unexpected illness outside my normal med pack. If I could give them ten stars I would. Thank you so much Custom Plus Pharmacy for giving me such a peace of mind. I might add their delivery people are very nice and that has also impressed me!

Custom Plus Pharmacy is truly unique! It's the only place around where I can get customized compounds, and at reasonable prices, too. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, as well. I can't recommend them enough.

I can’t say enough about how happy I am with this place. I have been looking for a local place to get custom compression sleeves for lymphedema. Bethany has been absolutely amazing. From day one of meeting her she listened to me express my concerns and frustrations. She has been quick to reply to my messages and even had the Jobst representatives meet with me at my appointment. The customer service provided has been above and beyond my expectations. Thank You!

Custom Plus is a God send!!!! They have helped our family so very much!!! We have much needed prescriptions we need to take for our health. One of the prescriptions I take another pharmacy in town wanted to charge me $580.00 a month and they could not fill it in store. It would have had to be mailed (good luck with that). The first visit to Custom Plus I got the same prescription for zero dollars!!! My husband’s insurance covered the whole prescription and they filled it in a couple of minutes!!! The pharmacist couldn’t have been more helpful or nicer. I love that it is family owned. Everyone is always so nice and helpful. What a nice change!!!

There is NO pharmacy as good as this one. We have used CVS and other local larger pharmacies and they are bar none to Custom Plus. We love that it is family owned so it's a much more friendly vibe. Instead of waiting hours and hours or even days for our medicine, they always have it shortly after it's ordered or are communicating clearly the progress to us. The pharmacists are well trained and extremely helpful and knowledgeable. David is the BEST pharmacist and his staff are exceptional.

I LOVE Custom Plus Pharmacy for SO many reasons! First, Ben the pharmacist is awesome! Knowledgeable and kind, reminiscent of days gone by, when the pharmacist took the time to talk to you! Second, their prices have always beat the other shop-in-a-box pharmacies in town!It is out of my way to pick up my prescriptions here, but SO worth it! The price savings and friendly staff make up for the drive! They are very speedy and there is never a wait!

Today was my first trip to this pharmacy and was blown away by how amazing the whole staff was. I had questions about a supplement and the pharmacist came out and spoke to me in great length about what was best and how to take it correctly for my needs. I will be moving all of my prescriptions over to this pharmacy. Personal touch is superb.

I had to get a bespoke local anesthetic solution (apologies for my word choice) for an upcoming in-office surgical procedure (which is weird, but not the point) and so I had to go to a compounding pharmacy, namely this one, instead of my usual. I was extremely impressed by their proactive, helpful, and friendly conduct. They called to make sure I was okay with the price before compounding the solution, which now that I think of it probably is or should be standard practice but it was much appreciated.Unlike most other pharmacies I’ve used they went out of their way to make sure that everything was correct and that I was fully informed about the Rx, cost, etc. and they didn’t have the usual soulless tone that you usually get when calling a pharmacy. I forgot to pick up my prescriptions until the evening before my 8:00 am surgery the next day (unsurprising for me) and they stayed open an extra ten or fifteen minutes so I could pick them up. I really appreciated that and there’s no way somewhere like Walgreens or god forbid Walmart would do that.I know they fill non-compounded prescriptions but I’m not sure if I could transfer all my prescriptions there, but if so then I definitely would.

I love this pharmacy. I drive out of my way to pick up my prescriptions with them, over Walgreens, CVS, or Walmart. They are so kind and helpful with questions and they don’t try to rush you out the door when they’re busy. They also don’t treat you like scum. They do custom compounding for certain medications too. They don’t accept the Good Rx app, which kinda stinks, so if you don’t have any insurance and your medication is expensive, you might have to pay full price. But they are great. Just had to have mine shipped to me and I think it only takes two days. Good people, good service, unique hometown, small pharmacy.

I transferred 7 prescriptions to Custom Plus and experienced poor service. Lack of good communication internally resulted in frustrating phone calls when given conflicting information from different employees. Some of the prescriptions were not stocked and the delay in filling those orders along with confusion over the status of the orders was an issue. Including an order that was lost for 5 days when Custom Plus claimed 3 separate times to have delivered the prescription but ultimately discovered it was still in the store. Over a few months of repeated errors created enough frustration that I have moved to another pharmacy.
