We had to make the tough decision to say goodbye to our 17 year old Maltese back in July. Dr. Keenan did everything she could to help us care for her the best way possible but we still had to let her go. They gave us the time and space we needed to say goodbye. They were kind and gentle. They didn’t even charge us. We have since got a puppy. They just love on our Holly like she’s their own. They are quick to respond to issues. They call back quickly. They’re easy to schedule appointments and polite. I would highly recommend.

We had to put our beloved dog, Bruno to sleep. His poor sweet body had just worn out! Dr. Flanagan an Jamie were so loving and gentle with him, and also with us! Dr. Jackson and all of her staff are just the best. You’ll not find a better or more compassionate veterinarian office!

Two convenient locations. The Vets are kind and caring. I have used them for more than 20 years. I trust them to care for my pet. We had our dog spayed and all the normal care. They are great about sending reminders for shots and other things care updates.

This establishment was very prfessional and friendly with me and my dog. When we went in it was just us at the clinic, and they were very patient with my dog. He gets very nervous and hes not very fond of new people. They were great with him. I didnt feel any pressure to make an ultimate descion when hearing about the different types of vaccines and preventative care options. They were glad to give me time to think about these bigger descions. I will be returning with my pup here shortly for those other vaccinations. I've been very impressed by them and Im glad I choose this vet clinic.Update: I returned with my dog to get a nail trim. They were very friendly, but once I got him home I had realized they had cut his nails to short and that he was bleeding everywhere. I quickly called the vet and asked for a refund and an explanation. I was told that the management team would get back to me about a refund, and wouldnt offer simple service recovery over the phone. They hurt my anmial. The least that could've been done was refund the money I paid for him to get hurt. I never received a call or my money back. I recommend All Pets instead of this establishment they charge significantly less for a better nail trim service.

Took my two cats to the vet there. One of my cats did not take well to the cat carrier and pooped all over everywhere. They were very nice about it and even cleaned out the carrier!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. My dog has been suffering from bad seasonal allergies that were causing him to bleed. They got us in quickly and helped him very much! I am very thankful for how caring they are.

Friendly staff and the main vet in the place appears to really care about animals. Cost is reasonable and well worth the visit. Wait times are short too and the premises are clean. Would recommend the place.

I used to like this place when we first started to come here; however, prices have gotten out of hand. I'm drawing the line at $40 for a nail trim for a miniture dachsund.

Dr. Jackson and "other" employee, Jamie, are the rudest, most unprofessional persons I've encountered in a healthcare facility. They do not demonstrate any understanding and total lack of regard for a human's mental health when it comes to their beloved pets. If Jamie does not like what you say she will hang up on you. We had countless encounters with her of being rude and disrespectful. Dr. Jackson has no problem with distorting facts and calling clients liars. Not to mention she never knows what's going on with my pets because she refuses to get on the same page as other vets. Sadly, our experience with these two has led us to take our pets elsewhere. Humans and pets need professionals who know how to act as such.

Most caring vets anywhere. I have been with them since it was just Dr. Clark and can't imagine going any place else.8/22/19 - since they opened the new wellness center in west laf, I have to drive further and it isn't as personalized as it used to be. The prices are higher while the friendliness has lowered. Sad to say, am in the market for a new vet. Update 6/14/23- I had to lower the rating again due to poor customer service. It seems that when companies grow, they forget how they were able to do that - with customers!! I need a new vet office.

Excellent vets and very nice, friendly helpers. My cats don't like strangers but they LOVE Dr. Keenan and her staff. My one grouchy old man cat even gave them kisses.😳😁 Priced very reasonable too. Quick, smooth and easy trip via I65. I've finally found a vet knowledgable, friendly, and kind enough to be worthy of my time, money and my cats. LOVE CREEKSIDE Animal Clinic!!!❤

We took or animals to Creekside for almost 12 years! The staff is fantastic and it's evident they care about their jobs. We love Dr Jackson and Dr Keenan, but the entire team is fantastic. We are sad to move out of state and hope to find a replacement that can live up to the level of service we and all our animals received from Creekside. 🐶🐱

This was our first time to visit Creekside. Do to the Corona Virus we needed to pull into the parking lot and call to let them know we were there. To my surprise the Doctor came to the car in person. I must say that I had a very good impression of her. I was very satisfied with the service we received there. After she completed the exam she called us to explain the results of the exam and answer any questions we had. At this time I would recommend them highly.

The vets and vet techs at Creekside Animal Hospital are very nice. They do what they can to make your animal feel special given the circumstances. They are transparent with their prices and make things easy by setting up appointments over the phone or in person.I will definitely be back to Creekside Animal Hospital as they truly want to see the best recovery for each animal.

If y’all are looking for a vet I cannot express how great creekside was for Ivan our sweet Shih Tzu over the years. He was part of our family and is so missed. Creekside took care of him well through the years with any health issue we ever had and did a great job. Anytime he was sick they were always available to get Ivy in and check in. After Ivan’s passing creekside staff asked how we were and provided us with clay print of his paw, a little bitty paw print clear jar with Ivan’s hair for each of us, remembrance book mark, and today we received a letter from them. Thank you creekside animal hospital for blessing us with such great care! It means a lot to know he was well taken care of. Thank you Creekside for loving our boy while he was here and even after. Highly recommend this vet.
