I cannot recommend this clinic enough. I acquired a kitten who had been found alone in the woods at 6 weeks old. She was covered in fleas and we had no other information about her or her health. I called many veterinary clinics in a panic trying to get an appointment ASAP to assess and treat her. After getting rejected from multiple vet clinics in the greater Lafayette area and told I would have to wait weeks or months for availability, I called Battle Ground Veterinary Clinic and they got her in the next day. They treated her like she was family and were extremely kind to me as well. They were extremely helpful in answering my many questions and keeping both me and my kitten at ease. And at every appointment since, they have made sure my sweet kitty was extremely well loved on and healthy. From the office staff to the vet techs to the veterinarians themselves, everybody has been amazing. I cannot say enough about the level of professionalism and genuine care they have for your pet.

Excellent care. Very happy with services. However Customer Beware: this clinic is extremely expensive for all services. $304 for cultures, $111 urinalysis, $30 “pedicure” = nail trim w/o fur removal. Just be sure you can afford to come here.

The care my kitty received here was extraordinary. I initially had an appointment later in the week, but after I told them what was going on, they got me in the next day with at no extra cost. During my time there, I interacted with Cindy, Beau, Sarah, and Carol. They assessed my kitty and discovered the problem right away. From there, they made sure to educate me on the procedure and kept me updated. I left my kitty there overnight feeling extremely confident that she was in good hands. I am so thankful for the team at this clinic, and specifically the 4 staff members I worked with. I can’t recommend this clinic enough.

I would like to take some time out to thank Battle Ground Veterinary Clinic! The ladies at the office were all super sweet and caring. The vet tech and vet were very informative and made sure everything was taken care of. They kept me updated on our Kenzo’s surgery to ease my worries! Definitely recommend this office!😊🐱

took my Leo in because his ear was bothering him. they understood his breed, how he might nip them. they cleaned his ears and gave his medicine to him. they explained everything they did. we will follow up in 3 weeks!!

This Vet is great. She saved my little dogs life. He's a diabetic now. He got insulin and is getting regulated. They helped me out and took care of my little dog without charging me an arm and leg. Thank you for taking such good care of Mr.Chubbs

30+ yrs myself and family have had battle ground veterinary hospital our primary care for our animals. The quality of care and dedicated work the vets and employees have in specializing in what they do everyday, the passion of animals. Lovely people making each visit comfortable and at ease, especially in the most traumatic of situations. The cost is greatly cheaper than any other. They gave us a way to sign up to be able to get help with our bill as well.

This afternoon two of our fur babies had yearly physicals. Our dog is always so welcomed and made over, she is always very excited to see them. I trust her to their care. Our cat had his 1st yearly visit. He was calm and collected after the visit. The social distancing measures are just about perfect. It is so painless for me to take our children there. We've used them for 3 years and I'm grateful to have them close to home.

Battle Ground Vet Clinic was a pleasure to work with. They were able to see our German shepherd with very short notice for an issue we were having. Several good vets and staff there. We would go there again for sure.

I am just amazed with their services. I had a very sick little cat. They were wonderful to my baby, they were wonderful to me and my husband. It was the perfect experience all the way around. The vet and his staff show you that they care about both you and your pet. They don't try to rake you over the coals pricewise either. They listen and explain everything. We were in a bad situation with our cat (most vets don't do the needed surgery) and Battle Ground Veterinary Clinic were professional, kind, and more. If I could give them more stars I would! TOP NOTCH!

We've been taking Rosie and her sister Sophie there since they were 8 weeks old. They will be 6 years old in November. Dr Whittke is the best as is the whole staff. My girls love everyone there. I would never take them anywhere else. These people are totally awesome

Wonderful staff. Wonderful veterinarian who operated on our little ones broken femur. We feel so blessed. We were told she would need her leg amputated by another clinic. This veterinarian said I can fix her leg what a blessing

Great helpful staff. BUT their parvovirus vaccination did not work and I've lost my 8 months old puppy. Other dogs who lived with mine did not get sick and they were vaccinated somewhere else. Even if you work with them or like them, I would recommend you to have your dog vaccinated somewhere else.

Battle Ground Veterinary Clinic uses Eastern and Western techniques for my dogs. Sophie is 15 and has 3 legs, she has been doing physical therapy, chiropractics, and Chinese herbs and she is doing so much better than before. She plays and is generally happier than before. Her arthritis doesn't seem to hurt her any more. Dr Wittke is a doggie chiropractor and also certified in Chinese medicine and acupuncture. I love how he takes care of her! My other dog Frankie had an emergency and the whole clinic was absolutely wonderful. They absolutely did the best care possible for him!

We are so thankful for the entire staff at BGVC. Dr. Wittke and Dr. Hainje are caring and compassionate. Our pup has been seen there since we rescued him 10 years ago. He recently had some arthritis trouble and thanks to Dr. Wittke’s chiropractic adjustment... he went from limping to doing zoomies in 1 day! Dr. Hainje has been thorough and helpful, never making us feel like we call too much or have too many questions. We are so happy with the care our dog has received.

I am not pleased with this clinic whatsoever. We sent our dogs in to this clinic to be boarded over spring break 2017 only to come home to our dogs sick and worm infested! The moment our dog Ty got out of our car he immediately started showing symptoms of sickness. About a week later he started dragging his rear end on the pavement and we knew something was wrong... the next day we lifted up his tail only to see worms crawling out of him. Ty did not get this from anywhere but the vet because that is the only place he went and our dogs are very cleanly and taken care of. I am not very happy with what happened to my dog or the way we are treated when we go into this office. It is nasty and worm infested and I would not recommend this place to anybody who loves and cares about their animals.

Dr. Wittke is one of the best veterinarians I have come across in 8 years of having my dog. While attending Purdue in 2007-2011I took my Yorkshire terrier for routine checkups as well as emergency events such as my neighbors dog attacking mine. Dr. Wittke was always caring and compassionate. He clearly went above and beyond because after 5 years of moving from the area I still miss this vet clinic.
