About the store I highly recommend it. A+for inventory A+for choice, and the restrooms are as clean as hospitals. One employee by the name of John helped me and handled my request about a damaged product that was on clearance perfect 5 stars ...However he had to introduce me to the manager Mr personality Mike.. He has no business dealing with retail customers. The way he told me no to my request of a little more off because of the damage was absolutely demeaning. I totally understood that was all they could do on price.. I'm not that kind of customer I just wanted to ask . As a sales trainer for many years here is what would have earned the store he manages 5 stars... "Hello my name is Mike how can I help you Jeff.. Jeff says can you do any more discount on this light that's broken. Mike I'm sorry jeff I realize it is damaged but the 50%Off is all I can do ... MIKE says "But thank you for asking because we are trying to give you some good service and prices .. At Home appreciates your business . I say it's ok Mike thank you... 5 stars instead of 2 I should have gave him 1 but John didn't deserve that.

Nice selection of things but don’t go there unless you want to be pressured into signing up for the rewards system. The lady at the checkout asked us 5 times if we wanted to sign up and we politely declined every time and she keep going on and on about all the benefits even tho we had made clear we were not Interested and just wanted to finish our purchase and move on with our day. Eventually she got annoyed with us declining and just said “we will just take more of your money then” in a snarky tone. When we finally left she said “Hope you have a better day” At no point were we rude to her but if you get asked over and over and held up like that you just get a little frustrated after a while. The experience at the store was decent until this encounter. Makes me never want to go back in there if I’m met with an attitude like that just for saying no thank you to a rewards program.

I love this store! I just moved here from the Dallas Texas area and was so excited when I found that there is one in Lafayette, IN. The employees are very helpful and friendly. HOWEVER i was so disappointed when I got home and was taking the tags off the towels I just purchased and found they had jacked up the prices on all of them from 6.99 to 7.99. They put new stickers over the old ones. And the price inside printed on the towels had the old price on them of 6.99. I guess I understand everyone must make a profit but I would guess they paid the old price for the merchandise and took advantage of the inflation stories to make an extra buck on each towel. It will not stop me from returning to this store but I will be extra careful when purchasing to check the tags. (Not sure why......I will still buy stuff there!)

I just saw 3 employees very professionally and politely dealing with an angry customer. There is absolutely no reason that anyone, ever, should use the kind of language and incivility that customer did towards any sales associate. I was very impressed with how these individuals kept their cool, explained every charge on the receipt, and handled her return gracefully, despite the profanity spewing from her mouth. Management should definitely be rewarding these guys.

This store is amazing. If you need ANYTHING for your home, they have it. And they have 10 styles and 10 colors of whatever you need. Hard to believe they can make a profit holding so much inventory and not being that busy (at least here in Lafayette), but it's my go-to store when I need any kind of shelf, mirror, artwork, end table, knick-knack, or whatever. I'd never heard of this store until it opened here and I'm so glad it did. Just a ton of great stuff and great prices also. Highly recommended.

They have a great selection of most furniture, but especially pillows, rugs, small tables, and chairs. There are tons of styles and colors in stock. The store itself is amazing.The customer service has been cordial, but nothing special or specifically friendly. One associate that checked me out dropped some harsher expletives talking to her coworker so that was disappointing, but I don't think I was supposed to hear it. 😜

Omg that place is amazing they have anything an everything you need to decorate every room in your home. They have alot of very good clearance deals going on from candles decor an more. An the furniture is beautiful study well worth the money THANK YOU AT HOME This is another must go to please put it on your list you won't regret it I promise you. Oh I forgot they have some of the most beautiful wall decor an their canvas art is amazingly beautiful.

Love this store. Big. Clean. Lots of sale items. Unfortunately it was very poorly stocked in the low ticket items, leaving only high priced items for sale. Signs aren't easily readable for guidance but employees are very helpful. Only suggestions are to not crowd the entry areas with strong infused scented products for us asthmatics to have to enter and choke through.

Decided to stop by to take a look at their sale and they have a great variety of options for home goods. All of their Christmas merchandise was 70% off so I managed to stock up on a bunch of Christmas decorations, lights, boxes, ornaments for only a fraction of the price. I was very pleased with my shopping experience. The sales associates were very friendly and very welcoming. The clerk that helped me check out signed me up for the rewards card and did a great job at explaining the benefits. Will definitely shop there more often.

Ive been having missing old-time pottery since moving further south.. And had no idea what At Home was. It really filled that place ..being a familiar feel. For me its a cross between old time pottery and hobby lobby.. And a very clean and pleasant place to browse and shop.My son loves the cooking section.. We spent way too much time perusing rugs and chairs and cant wait to see what else they bring in!

Great selection of products for inside and outside of the home. The prices are not discounted except for clearance items-which can be a really great deal. I have an "account" here, but I'm really not sure why. I never receive coupons or perks of any kind. This store has THE BEST selection of cushions for outdoor furniture that I know of!

So the trouble with this store is how much merchandise they have for every corner of your home, but the prices are consistently prohibitive for anyone on a budget. Still it's tempting to pop in on occasion and buy something delicious that you simple can't afford but don't care

Have to say... I was very surprised by this store! Can find just about anything home related with a large selection for any item you look for.The big advantage of this store is the inventory. Most places have 4 or 5 different salt & pepper shakers, this place had over 20! That's the bad thing about shopping these days. Selection is very poor, everything is online. This store is one of my GOTO places when I'm looking for a wide selection in the store. Keep up the good work At Home, I love seeing a selection at a store and not on a screen!

Surprisingly excellent variety of products. They also have amazing prices. I saw items I've seen online at with other high-end vendors at a much cheaper price. I visited this store by accident and was pleasantly surprise. It is quite large (it used to be a Kmart), so be prepared to explore several isles of interesting home products.

Don’t trust the prices! They have a lot mislabeled and won’t honor their own prices that they affixed to the products. Shady business practices here for sure, charging more than online retailers? What a joke.Edit: I responded to their request for more information on my review. They have not responded or even acknowledged getting the email they requested I send.

I love this place too much. It has a large inventory and it's a little overwhelming if you are just shopping around but have nothing particular to purchase in mind. It has a habit of devouring all my money. hahaha just kidding shut up and take my money At Home Store. I would give it 5 stars however there are sometimes I make it home with a defective product that I didn't notice in store.

This was my first time in the At Home store. They did a very good job making the store not look like Kmart. The store looks clean and smells good. They have a huge variety of indoor and outdoor items for the home. Their prices are in line with stores carrying similar items.
