I’ve been brewing on my Anvil Foundry 10.5 on 220 volt since early 2021 and love this system! From setting my mash temp, recirculation pump, fast boil and easy cool down. This guy does it all from A-ZIf you’re looking from brew to fermentation then take a look at their Anvil Bucket fermenter. I just recently purchased an Anvil Foundry 10.5 and have only 1 brew on 120V on it. I am not here to review the Foundry since I will need more time using but I have been impressed with the shipping and customer service. I am in the military stationed overseas and can recieve mail via USPS but it is usually more expensive and the free shipping promotions never apply. Anvil honored the free shipping and my Anvil Foundry arrived quicker that anything I have order out to here before. The outside box arrived damaged but they packaged the Foundry very well and it was perfectly fine. This has been my best experience for shipping such a large item to a military address.

I love all of my Anvil products. As a new brewer I bought a Foundry 6.5 for my first setup. A year later I bought the Foundry 10.5. I also purchased a Fermenter King Snub Nose and an Anvil Bucket fermenter. All pf the products are of the highest quality and I know I can rely on them every brew day. I have only had one experience where I needed to contact customer service. One of my recirculation kits came without the screw that attaches to the disk. Customer service was super helpful and got the screw out to me overnight. I love Anvil and will likely be expanding to the Foundry 18 soon!

The Anvil bucket fermenter seal does not work. I would not recommend purchasing one. It would be a great product with a different seal design. The seal should have gone on the bucket rim and not the lid.Addendum: (response to Anvil)The clips aren’t the problem. I made sure of that. They were tight and aligned properly. I did multiple water tests and had my friend who is an engineer with 40 years of home brewing experience look at the bucket fermenter. The seal leaked with multiple water tests.

Caveat. Have not used the unit yet. Bought a 10.5. Came nicely packaged and the build quality looks great. However missing some screws but Anvil's support was prompt and very helpful. Can't wait to get brewing. Will update the review after.

So far I love my Anvil Bucket 7.5 it’s very easy to clean and nice to look at while it’s being used. Plus Anvil has solved several small problems in my brew house with other products. The only thing I have from anvil I’m not super thrilled with is the small scale as it’s slow to react but it was inexpensive so I can’t complain too much.(update) I spent sometime working with Jarred from Anvil/ Blichmann and they replaced my scale and it does seem to work much better. So thanks Jarred and Anvil for taking care of the issue.

Jared Meyers and the entire team are the most responsive group I have ever worked with which is unheard of today. The Foundry systems need a malt basket that is completely perforated. The ball valve needs to be upgraded. Why not use the flow control valve found on Blichmann units? Place the reset button somewhere OTHER than the bottom!

The Anvil Foundry 10.5 and the Anvil Bucket Fermenter 7.5 were the best upgrades I've made for homebrewing. Not only is the equipment great, but Anvil as a whole is a great company to work with. I was experiencing some issues, and their support team reached out right away and assisted me.

I bought the Anvil Foundry 10.5 a few months ago. This system is very easy to use and to clean after each use. After buying the Foundry I had to get the 7.5 bucket fermenter with cooling kit and oxygen transfer kit. Really well made equipment at a reasonable price. Also customer service is top notch!!!

Good equipment doesn't make you brew good beer but it certainly helps you consistently make good beer. I've been using their Foundry brew system and Crucible fermenter for a couple years now and can definitely say it's easier to be consistent. My Foundry has been problem free and it makes it so easy to make a kettle-soured beer with no issues of contaminating the system. Both the Foundry and the Crucible have a lot of user created mods so you can customize your brew system to your preferences.

I've owned the 1st generation anvil foundry, and 2 bucket fermenters for over 4 years now. The foundry has been flawless every brew. Not one problem, ever! I purchased a bag for the malt pipe, and that improved the clarity of my finished beer. I leave the bag out if i brew a hazy, or a heavy grain bill stout or porter. I periodically check accuracy of temperature, and it is still exact after 50+ brews. The fermenters are easy to use, easy to clean and affordable.

I got an Anvil 10.5 several years ago, and haven't ever regretted it. It makes brew days so much easier. Service and support is awesome, I had an issue with my mash pipe and they sent me a new one, no questions asked!!!!

I’ve been brewing using the Anvil 10.5 now for 5 years. This makes home brewing effortless. I have been able to improve the efficiency of my system by using a BIAB with a false bottom. Works great for me!

I've had the Anvil Foundry 6.5 for over a year and absolutely love it! The ability to switch from 110 to 220 is great. I only wish the burners were replaceable in case they burn out.

I like the Anvil grain scale. It's big enough for a 5 gal bucket, and the separate screen is easy to read.
