I was very pleased to be treated with kindness and respect from everyone here! They were very friendly and knowledgeable. I have a dog who has the potential to be aggressive towards other dogs, and they were extremely understanding and accommodating! Prices are more than reasonable. I would recommend anybody bringing their fur-kids here for treatment. I had a great experience and plan to return here with my other pets!! Two thumbs up! 👍🏻👍🏻

The only good thing this establishment has going for itself is that it's low-cost, if that. First, I was charged an extra fee for getting my cat spayed in heat, which I was NOT made aware of in the scheduling nor drop-off process. Also, their website advertises that they give an included dose of revolution anti flea/tick, and I was not given this dose. Overall, the systems they have in place create large delays in drop-off and pickup, and the staff are not understanding and quite abrasive in communication. I was given my cat back in a urine soaked carrier, which I was also not happy about.

Kind caring and friendly staff. Efficient and helpful. Easy scheduling. Our 1 yr old 39 lb female dog had a successful experience and wonderful recovery without any concerns. Will be scheduling our next fur friend with them. It's an affordable option for animal care

These people are great! Everyone was very professional and kind and caring. Their facility was very clean and organized.I rescued a terrific little dog named Scooter. He was 100% checked out, up to date on all his shots and was neutered. They made the process very straightforward and orderly and the woman who fostered my dog took the time to follow-up afterward.They truly care about their dogs and go to great lengths to find them the perfect forever home. I couldn't be more impressed. Thank God for people like them!

They are nice people, have affordable prices, and I love that when I take my cats to neuter and spayed, they take care of them from 7 a.m to 4;30 p.m!!!I don't have to worry about the other things I have to take care of. They are awesome!!. Thank you to the staff working there.

We had both of our dogs spayed there. From the moment of the check in the technician made us feel so welcome and so comfortable! Dr Wicked and staff went over and beyond with our girls! The front desk might not answer right away when they busy but they always got back with me to answer my questions. The ladies were nice and explained all the process.I am very picky and like to do my research on who I trust to care for my pets but this place impressed me.I highly recommend them!

These people are the BEST! They saved my wiener dog's life TWICE! They only charged me $375 for her first surgery when everyone else was asking for thousands of dollars. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone who loves their pet like a family member.

I have had several animals spayed or neutered here. My pets incision sites always look good and they go home with pain meds and fully vaccinated. We get a heartworm test done while they are under and purchase the heartworm meds at a discounted price. Their customer service is always friendly. Thank you

I went in to pick up my cat after getting neutered and I didn’t bring my carrier because my carrier was wet and cold from the rain and they never said I needed one. They proceeded to tell me I couldn’t get him unless I paid for a $12 cardboard box. Then the lady bringing me my cat rolled her eyes and walked away when I told her I was only going to have him in that carrier until I got to my car to take him out. Horrible service I’ll be letting everyone know how they treated us.

Due to a Covid delay, we found ourselves needing to spay or neuter 10 of our kittens (on multiple trips). 4PP was very professional with timely communication and took care of our kittens with expert care. Highly Recommended.

Our experience with four precious paws was excellent. Ladies that came to PetSmart in Carmel on Saturday morning were super kind. We were fortunate to adopt a pup, Karley, she has been an excellent pet and adapting extremely well already. She's adorable, and already becoming one of the team.

An excellent place. The staff here is exceptionally helpful. You can't beat the price they charge you for neuter/spay here with any place in town. (I only paid $110.00 for my little dog ) I am very pleased and thankful for their clinic in town and highly recommend them to anyone. Unfortunately, they only do spay/neuter and one day of the week, they have a vaccine clinic. I wish they have a doctor in the facility that we could take our sick animals for regular visits too.

I am rating 4 Precious Paws 5 stars! I reluctantly needed to have my two sister cats spayed, they are both indoor and would never want to step foot outside, however, in case of a mishap and/or for other health reasons, they needed to have this done. I was scared and worried for them. I knew they were terrified and did not understand. The staff was very friendly, professional, and quickly put my mind at ease that, while there, they would be in the best of hands. It's clear, all the staff are passionate with the work they are doing and trulycare about the animals coming through the doors that count on them. My two cats made it home later that afternoon and are healing up quickly.Thank you 4 Precious Paws for providing such a decent service for my two girls, as well as.... Myself!! 5 Stars!!

I took my standard poodle here and they were very nice! Every staff member i encountered greeted me and my girl! I will be switching all of my pets here. The prices for services are affordable compared to the other places i have taken my pets too.

They explained the procedure that they did and explained what to watch for as well as the meds and shots that were given. They took their time explaining everything and took their time when handling my fur baby. I would definitely recommend for others!

Highly recommend them if you don’t have the $ to pay 500-600$ to have a pet fixed! They may be cheaper but they take great care of your baby!
