They keep the shelves stocked with carefully chosen, high quality goods and are available to offer helpful advice. It feels good to shop local.

As a Kouts resident, it is so nice to have a hardware store that doesn’t take advantage of location. In Kouts, we are a good 15 minute drive from your big box store and no one wants to go through that for a bolt. Kouts True Value has been a savior in my many times of need. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It is truly a benefit to our community.

I have known this family for 27 years..18 of it they own the town hardware before it is being changed to an Ace..I will back this small town business 150%... They are friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. The store has just begun it's switch over..so I hope all will be patient with the staff and they learn the Ace way, changing the design of the inside and learning where things are.
