Called to make an appointment for my dog. And the lady couldn't hear me for 3 seconds because of a truck in the background. And she instantly turned into mega Karen. She sounded so angry and got short with me. I don't appreciate talking to someone that gets so grumpy so fast. very unprofessional. And I'll be cancelling my appointment for sure. I'll let many people in town know of this so we cat take our pets elsewhere

I love this place. The Vet, himself cares greatly about the welfare of your pet, and not just him, but everyone who works there, are really friendly and so unbelievably concerned about your pet, as if it were their own. They make you feel like they know you and your pet on a personal level, and not just another patient of the day. They really care about animals and I love everything about this place. Prices are about average, but I'd even pay more if they did have higher prices just because of the care they offer to you and your pet. Highly recommend taking your pets here!

I brought them 3 sick rescued kittens. They handled them with care and helped me nurse my precious little ones back to health. I absolutely love the care provided here. Prior to moving to NC, we were with Dr Bob for 6-8 years at Kouts Animal Clinic, and two doggos. Dr Bob provided exceptional care to both dogs through both preventative care, and emergency care when we needed it. Dr Bob is very knowledgeable when it comes to treatment plans, and will by default suggest an appropriate conservative approach. I always felt that my pups were in excellent hands at Kouts Animal Clinic, and wish he had an office in NC!

Dr. Bob was able to squeeze in my Blue tick today when they are only open for 4 hours. She was attacked by another dog yesterday and they took really great care of her. The doctor is really upfront on care and cost! Which is so important. The staff are super and are very kind. Thank you Kouts animal clinic!!!!

First time here, had to help an elderly friend with a small dog (rescued, beaten {important for review}) So we went to her vet, Dr. Bob. I am here to tell you that they are super professional, very, very, kind, compassionate, and respectful to the dog's nervous needs. Not only is Dr. Bob a fantastic vet, but he also teaches as he goes through the check-up. Dr. Bob is also a proponent of the awareness of leptospirosis (look into it), and a system that gives your pet a "driver's license" of source. This card has the pets photo, weight, age, vaccinations & dates. It's very clever. Great place to do business.

I love the small town feel of this clinic. Dr. Howton has taken great care of my pets for a few years now. He takes time to explain treatment. His office staff is amazing. I drive 45 minutes because I prefer him to everyone else.

Kouts Animal Clinic is amazing. The staff is warm and caring, and always professional. They take the time to answer all of your questions and I've never had to wait more than a day to be seen, even when needing to schedule at last minute. I love and trust the staff there so much that I drive almost a full hour. I trust no one more with the health of my pets.

A truly competent and caring Veterinarian and staff! Very clean and updated facilities. We feel lucky to have this team look after our dogs. Even though we are moving to NE Indiana we will continue to use this Clinic, it is worth it to us and our pets.

I absolutely LOVE Dr Bob and his staff. They love animals and it shows. They are always happy and helpful when answering the phone and when we come in. They never over charge and they put the animals well being first. They are in this for the animals and that is what is important. I will never go to another vet.

Doc was nice, staff was great. First time so we haven't had much experience yet. Dr. Seemed to know what he was talking about. Prices seem a little high but the conveinace made it well worth it.

I love Kouts Animal Clinic & Dr. Bob!! I've been taking our goldens retrievers there for years & they're always fantastic. Clean, friendly & great prices. They also sell Lupine collars, only brand I buy. Once you meet Dr. Bob & his staff, you'll know right away why so many people love this place.

My family and I took our 3 dogs in . The people working were truly amazing with all 3 of them. I loved that they took the time to get to know each of them before they did anything to them. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would.

Poor Molly hurt her foot..on 3 paws all sunday. And my wife usually brings her here. But we got turned away by appointment only. And she's been coming here since she was 10 weeks..didn't feel right to me. Headed to Hebron. She or Letty won't be coming back here.

Thought I would give them a try , they have good reviews. I usually go to hobart and I love them there. I was hoping I would have a good experience since it is so close. However I could not even get in the door to give them a chance website and there marquee says open till 7 pm. However if you show up at 6:25pm and they are already closed not a good sign. If they cannot even tell time they should not be taking care of my animals anyway!! And I have a lot of animals!! Back to hobart we go!!
