I had a pretty good opinion of this place, fast service, usually friendly, until I brought up that they never seemed to have any breakfast pizza ready. The cashier immediately jumped on my back saying "We're getting it out as fast as we can!" like I was a karen demanding free food for the inconvenience.I don't frequent this place (and won't now) but I've been here throughout breakfast when I pass through and the only time I've seen pizza ready was for lunch.You can buy food here, yes even with using the kiosk. But if you want something they don't have available God help you.

This gas station and car wash are great. Great selection of food and snacks. Everyone there is always friendly when we've come in. the car wash cleans very well and I really liked it a lot. The only thing I wish is that I can get a jalapeno pretzel. They are always out when I come in They must be amazing!Perfect spot when you're driving through as an out of town there they also have a ton of drink selections and ice cream smoothie maker. The bathrooms are always clean

This is the best "gas station" ever! Great food, tons of donuts and you can order amazing breakfast food online or by phone! The Manager Beth is amazing and super friendly. Highly recommend 👌

This is on our regular route and we've always stopped there. We've never had any complaints until we were waited on at the register by Dakota. This guy needs training in basic human contact and politeness. No hello from him, no thank you, no bag, and I bought 5 drinks, and 2 small bags of pretzels, I had to ask for a bag, which he handed to me to put items in myself. This is the new generation of humans............he is one of many. Ignorant human. Someone teach him basic common courtesy please!!!!!!!!!!!!

Not sure who was workin the cravins kitchen on 7/7/22 at 7:11pm, but she doesn’t deserve a job with her horrible attitude and rude behavior. She was straight up nasty to me and when I asked her if something was wrong she replied “I’ve been in pain all day, what do you want?” I’m sure if upper management knew how she just treated me, she’d be fired immediately because I highly considered just leaving and going somewhere else.

I have been coming here the last two years I've lived on Kouts.However when I stopped in yesterday to grab a slice, the cashier told me about the Mother's day pizza special and to swing by and pick one up this weekend. I came in today to "pick one up" and the pizza lady was a bit short with me and said that No they don't have pizza ready that I needed to call ahead. Had the cashier informed me of this, I would have called ahead instead of wasting my time (it's a half hour drive there and back from my house). I really enjoyed your pizza and now I doubt I will even spend money there again after my experience with the staff in the last 24 hours. VERY disappointed.

The gas prices are always higher. They don't consistently carry the drinks I like. They do not do inventory based on supply and demand so you never know if going there is a waste of time. I avoid this location and go to Valpo speedway instead. Larger food selection, always stocked up on drinks, lower gas prices.

Terrible experience, lady making pizza was being rude. Said she wouldn’t be making a pizza. So we order one and she just started to get a attitude. Even the people behind us, she made them wait in the whole line to pay before she started to make the food.

With a name like Family Express you would think it would be a good place to stop with, you know, your FAMILY.I stopped with my infant.Nice fancy automatic soap dispenser & sink - but no soap in it. Which also tells me employees don't wash their hands either after using the restroom.Also... key thing missing...NO BABY CHANGING STATION.Literally stopped because of the name.So much for family 🤷‍♀️Definitely won't be coming back.

This gas station price gouges. Right now, its $3.40 in Kouts, and $3.16 at the FE in Silhavy in Valpo. Your 25 gallon tank will cost almost $6 more to fill in Kouts. It all comes from the same place. I (like many Kouts residents) do no fill up at this station. I avoid this and ALL other FE gas stations for this reason. Nothing but greed by owners.And again 6/1/22- $5.39 here, $4.90 everywhere else close by.

Carwash doesn't rinse clean, I had to rewash car at Soft Touch Car Wash to get it clean again!
