The male door greeter was the only nice employee. Thank you for that Sir, (if you ever read this). I am disabled. In the evening there is only 1 door open, & only a few self serve check out lines available. Me & my daughter were there 45mins. We walked all the way back to the flower department and found 5 really nice flowers that we liked and my daughter was excited about her flowers and even gave them a name. 💜 As we were walking all the way back to the self check outs, there were 5 registers open. As we walked up 3 were shut down. There were customers on the other 2. There were about 10 employees standing around talking amongst themselves. As we went to get in line, an employee rushed over to the registers and shut 1 light off leaving only the 1. She started playing in the settings & it looked like she was logging out (like a time clock, but didn't). She was just playing in the settings buying time until the store closed. She then shut the light off & shut the last register down. We were stunned in shock & disbelief. We stated we had to walk all the way across the store to the flower department & back & we were waiting in line. The female employee turned around as well as the other employees, (they all gave us dirty looks) & the 1 employee said something rude in a cocky voice! I grabbed my purse & my daughter. We left. Wal-Mart here used to be half way decent here many many years ago, but not anymore.

I couldn't get out of there fast enough. Long lines for the two non self checkouts available. Super long line for self checkouts which I will NEVER use. Dirty and had the vibe I was living out a scene from the movie idiocracy. Only redeeming thing was the price of motor oil which was the reason I was there in the first place.

Hate that they no longer have the self service conveyor belt check outs open any longer!!!! I am someone who hates how other people pack my groceries!!! Do not want other people touching my groceries! And now I have to take my cart full of groceries through the little self service checkouts where there is no room to place your groceries and takes forever now and thus holding up others who just have a few items. NEED TO OPEN THOSE LANES BACK UP!!!!

This is the worse ran Walmart I’ve ever seen in my life night crew that stands upfront is the worse of the worse hovering over people as they check out in the self checkout then look at you and make assumptions why does it take 10 different employees to stand at the self checkout and looking at you like you did something if your eyeballs don’t see nothing it’s very lawsuit-ish for u to assume. And little short old man that stands at the door grab my cart again I will be talking to an attorney . Why not quit being a bum and ring people up and bag it instead of us doing your job

I usually shop at the Kokomo Walmart early on Sunday mornings. I regularly spend between $100 - $200 dollars on each visit. They never have any "Real" checkouts open and some of the self checkouts aren't working. If things don't get better I will take my business elsewhere. Meijer is right across the street and they always have Real checkouts open in the early morning. If Walmart doesn't change their ways they're going to loose business. I know a lot of other people who feel the same.

We have been waiting for our curbside pickup for over an hour and have been trying to call the store for the last 20 minutes and no one has picked up. You should check with Target to find out their secret because I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes at any Target.

Well stocked, clean and helpful clerks manning the self checkout. Almost impossible to find a parking place that doesn't involve walking the width of the parking lot inside of the store.

There's a guy in the online pick up area that went above and beyond for me today. My vehicle died, tried and tried to jump it. He said let's just try and recharge the battery. Left his personal vehicle jumped to my car until the battery finally recharged long enough. I made it home with my groceries and I appreciate you Stan! This was the worst day this could possibly happen and he had amazing customer skills. Thanks again to Stan! He deserves a raise Walmart. People like that keep you coming back.

One of the main issues I have with this Walmart location is that I can look on the app/website & it says that certain items(s) are in stock & available for pickup so then I drive up there or use Walmart+ to have it delivered only to find out that the main item I was coming to get has been unavailable for days or weeks. I do like how convenient that being a Walmart+ member makes the checkout process. You can literally just scan something with your phone, and walk right on our, avoiding the long lines.

The only thing good about Walmart is it has everything you might need. At a cost that you can't find anything that you're looking for in the aisles. A lot of stuff that says it's there on the website but it's not actually at the location kind of sucks. Curbside pickup is really decent love it a lot. But the busyness, the workers, and the Machines are quite nerve-racking and frustrating at times. But it's Walmart so, you can definitely find anything you need!

The Walmart is okay. There is rarely a parking spot for handicap, rarely any mobile carts for people that need them. Lastly, online prices of items on sale aren't the same when you go to the store and buy that same item. For example I grabbed an Xbox controller. The website said the sale price of $45.99 then the store had them at $49.99.

Waiting an HOUR for my pickup order. I spoke with Dan over the phone and it was either “sorry, we are running behind”, someone then came to the car and said “we can’t find your order”…??! I was on the phone trying to call the store 8x before getting through to someone after the initial call mentioned above that Dan, the team lead personally told me he was goingto find the order and bring it out. I am in another state and am paying someone to pickup and order for my Airbnb guests who ran into an issue with the coffee maker. The order was literally 2 items!!!! WHY is this rocket science ?! The order was ready at 11:08, the person picking up (who was listed on the order as the pickup person) showed up at 11:45, so I checked in with the spot number she parked at. After 20 min I called and talked to Dan. She waited another 20 min before I called again and weBoth continued to get the run around. Once they finally found it, an hour later… the guy who delivered it to the car put it in the backseat and didn’t say one word!!! Terrible customer service and the ITEM WAS OPEN IN A DAMAGED BOX. It better not be broken or used, or we will have even bigger problems with Walmart. Just go inside and get your items. It will save you time and frustration I promise!

Always love walmart trips. But they can be so frustrating.They don't have keys to the case with the headlights after 8 p.m because the person with the keys, to the case with the keys, to the headlights, left. Why would you not pass them to the next manager?The store is open until 11 p. m but customer service shuts down at 8???One day they might get it together.

The security was terrible they was literally following woman and child like shakers and harassing them. They can't tell the difference between a customer or shoplifter. I won't go back feel like there security are willing to put little children in danger. Wish I give zero stars.

Bought a 8 piece chicken from the deli since I tried getting boneless wings an she said “ oh I’d have to cook more “ which is her job but i decided to get 8 piece chicken instead it was literally like all the chicken was stripped off the bone an filled in batter an fried 🤮 hardly any chicken an fried chicken supposed to be crispy not hard as a rock ! So disappointed a for the food trays ppl are ordering aren’t they supposed to make sure those stay full ? Literally acted so bothered an like she had better things to do

While the prices are good, the quality is fine; however, the staff only knows their business, not interested in any customer care. Be prepared to lose all of your shopping cart items if you are not on time by 11 pm, which is ridiculous. The manager told me that they cannot start any register a few minutes after 11 pm, what is the excuse?If they cannot control number of customers, start registers, help customers and not willing to make an exception once for those who did not know about their strict rules, they should not be in this business!

So I was in this particular walmart shopping for an outfit for an upcoming job interview. When I approached the clothing section, first off it was a complete mess. Clothes throw all under the racks, there were some racks that had clothes piled on top of them, and to be perfectly honest the entire section from women's to men's was utterly unorganized. I get it, alot of department stores are under staffed. Totally understandable but hygiene and the cleanliness of the store are important. Covid hasn't disappeared yet and it's important to keep things neat. Never have I seen a store so messy and dirty. It made me sick to my stomach. I wanted to leave that store so fast😪. I asked the associate working in that section if they had anything business friendly but even when i was talking to her she acted like she aint know where anything was fr and that irritated me. Like train your employees. Make sure they know where stuff is and make sure they know how to do their job. I ended up finding a dress but this isn't the part that shocked me. No, it was when I approached the dressing rooms to try on a dress. They have a little office inside the dressing room for the employees to sit in. Man when I tell you I almost threw up at the sight of that office. They had clothes piled on the counter with a broom and dust pan sticking out. There was a Gatorade bottle and trash all around the clothes on the counter. This was the most disgusting thing I have ever seen in a store. Totally unacceptable and yall should be ashamed that yall letting people actually try clothes on in there. Management should be appalled and I'm sure they know that it's sitting there. Smh I will do online shopping before I step foot into this store again. I'll only go in there if it's necessary cause this was a big fail for me. I felt so uncomfortable smh.

Walmart is Walmart. They have a little of everything for everyone. There are multiple departments within the store, each carrying a very wide variety of merchandise. This particular location is pretty clean and well maintained for the most part. Most of the employees are friendly, although there are a few that don't seem to happy to be there. It's a retail store. It is what it is.
