24 hours after my prescription was promised to be ready, it still wasynt ready. The girl with the dark hair and septum piercing very rudely told me it wasn't her fault and it would be ready later. Also, was asked why I came in if I hadn't received a phone call saying it was ready. Apparently they just decide to close on random days now. No customer service skills or compassion.

If o could give no stars I would. When I tell you that treated me poorly that is not an exaggeration. The pharmacist always have a bad tone. They get snippy. I was nice so I know it wasn’t me. I feel uncomfortable to ever go here or the one on sycamore. Every I call or show up to pick up a prescription they never seem happy. The vibes are not good. It’s like they hate their jobs or something. Well, don’t take that out on me. CBS is honestly just as bad. Can y’all just smile and treat people kindly. When someone is already dealing with so much the last thing they need is for a pharmacist to be treating them poorly. It doesn’t cost anything to be kind. And just one smile could make someone’s day.

The pharmacy leaves a lot to be desired. Constant changing of staff, some are really obnoxious, some can't hear and seem to enjoy wasting your time and money.Latest example; Saturday I went in to get a refill and suddenly they are closed on Saturday. Went back in on Monday, and the girl said 30min if I wait. Said I will be back later due to an doctor apt. Today(Thur) I stopped in. The had to be told four times and the last time yelled at. Said she cold not find it. The pharmacist found it and said it is too early to refill. Ask him who is lying, you or the girl on Monday? So I wasted a forty mile drive and an hours time because of someone's incompetence.I recommend people go to CVS or mail-order.

Terrible customer service. I placed 2 SAME DAY photo book orders around 7am yesterday. I called around 2pm to see if my order is ready only to be told they don't have the correct paper in stock. This is unacceptable someone should have called to tell me there were issues. Julian said a call was placed and it was not. Terrible customer service. Absolutely unacceptable.

Had to transfer my medication here because my Walgreens pharmacy I usually use is closed. The lady on the phone said for them to refill I need to come in and wait 20min. I waited 30min and went up to the counter and the same lady I talked to on the phone tells me it isn’t even in line to be filled yet because it hasn’t been closed out of the other pharmacy. She informs me that I will have to wait another 20min for it. I am still sitting here still waiting and I’ve been here almost an hour and a half! This is just ridiculous!!

I have tried to get my daughter her first vaccine at 2 walgreens. The first one did not have a pharmacist on duty. The Pharmacy Manager at the Kokomo, IN store on S. LaFontaine was rude and refused to give it unless an online appointment was made. Therefore, I had to spend 10 minutes online trying to schedule an appointment. No one was waiting and the vaccine could have been given without making us feel like we were an imposition. We finally got it scheduled while we were still there and waited. I feel bad for older people who do not have a cell phone or computer to make an online appointment.

I'm giving 5 stars because it was so clean and organized from inside the store to the public bathrooms. I was pleasantly surprised. I had to use the bathroom, and that was the reason for my visit. I will definitely return to shop at this place soon

Maybe if they had enough people to run the pharmacy that I didn't have to wait days for my prescriptions then I would give more stars. But interfering with people's medications is just messed up.Do better.

Physician called in a perscription prior to releasing me from the office We waited 30 minutes and decided to go through the drive up window prior to going home. I encountered an employee named Olivia who told me in no certain terms that the perscription wasn't ready, verified my adress (we just moved back to the area) said she changed it and I will be contacted when it is ready, Goodbye. I waited until the next morning and recieved zero updates. My telephone contact information has never changed in almost six years...finally after being desperate for my inhaler that I need to BREATHE my husband called and found that it was ready. We went back, sat in line for 20 minutes, and were told we had to re submit whatever infornation Olivia jacked up. Meanwhile, I still need to BREATHE and use my inhaler to do so. Someone else had to help finish the transaction while we spend another 10 min in line after I am told I have another Primary Insurer (I don't). And told there is nothing they can do (great tell me what the cost to BREATHE IS so I can pay it and move on with my day). Then I am given a cheaper total than with insurance. If someone is willing to pay cash and telling you the total is FINE...just let them pay. Some of us don't have that kind of spare time. Goodness.
