Do Not go to this pharmacy. The pharmacy staff literally told my Dr's office " if there established patients that have been here for a long time we take care of them first, then older people, then the new people. I was there long ago for 6 years.. my company made us switch due to insurance. I come back and had been there almost a year. The pharmacy refused to fill medication even though it was due. Said I would have to wait 3 days. My medication is 30 day supply you don't give extra because the pharmacy might not want to do there job. Has nothing to do with insurance, had the Dr send it somewhere eles got it same day. You shouldn't have to argue when you picked up your medication and when it should be filled...this is thr second time they have done this. And last month made my wife waite 2 days. The staff that work here won't even let you talk to a pharmacist they think they're God and doctor and no better and will fill at their discretion. If you like everything I wrote this is your Pharmacy!

Decent selection of silicone lubricants, better selection than Wal-Mart or Kroger honestly👍🏾 but also noticably more expensive 😒🙄

The pharmacy can be slow depending on the time of day but they try their best to help customers. The store is clean and well organized

Used to be a great pharmacy. I enjoyed giving them my business but over the last few months something has changed. I hate dealing with the pharmacy technicians because they aren’t on the same page.

Pharmacy staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. They are courteous and friendly.The rest of the staff in the store are the same and the store is very clean and the shelves are always in line with their products. Store looks very nice.

So the store on west Sycamore use to be 24 hrs. Now the pharmacy barely opens at 9am but i came directly from work and they closed while i was sitting in drive-up lane waiting to pick up meds that I have been out of and still cant seem to pick up without making more than 1 trip. Is there a Pharmacist shortage? How can there be when we have so many pharmacies that have closed down. Where are we supposed to get our meds when Insurance requires specific store.

A bit of a unique problem, the past two times I’ve been there has been no one talk to me about the prescription I was picking up. Both times were with children. Once a baby and his first time taking antibiotics ever. The other time drops for a toddler which was a prescription he’d never had. Maybe it’s not protocol but at the last location I used the pharmacist spoke to you after every fill of it was a new medicine.Just disappointed in that, over all just fine.

Missed out on two, going on three months of antidepressants because they are constantly closed and do now work with a third shifters availability whatsoever. App doesn’t work well, tried getting meds delivered instead and it refused to let me. Tired of dealing with this joke of a pharmacy.

The pharmacy keeps opening later and closing earlier. Three locations in one city and not one can be open 24 hours?! You can't at least open with the rest of the store?! Staff is slow and opening at nine is just ridiculous. Health doesn't run on a 9-9 schedule.

Why would you ever want to go to CVS when you can go to Walgreens? The staff is always helpful and you’re greeted when you enter the store. The pharmacists at Walgreens are friendly and professional unlike CVS. Their photo department is fast and prints and photo gifts look great. 𝑻𝒉𝒂𝒏𝒌s Walgreens!

This is the slowest pharmacy in town. The wait is forever and heaven help u if u go to the drive thru. I never use this place because of this but I was forced to come here to get my grandsons meds I will be making his mom change his pharmacy. This place is just horrible.

I signed up for a vaccine, drove an hour and a half. Was ignored by staff in line for half an hour. Then turned away because their website is inaccurate. Would not recommend. Might want to go across the street to cvs instead.

A nice, clean store with friendly, helpful staff. I received both covid vaccine shots here. A little paperwork and you're out the door.
