Visited today around 8:30pm and the self checkouts were closed. There was only one checkout open with a considerable line. I ended up waiting 5-10 minutes and when I made it to the cashier I asked him what was going on with the self checkouts. He informed me that the self checkouts now close at 7pm. As I was paying for my items I looked back and the line was even longer than when I had joined it. I applaud the change to 10 items or less on the self checkouts, but closing them so early is definitely a move in the wrong direction. Do better Target.

The store was very busy being right before Christmas and at closing time. The lines were outrageous but I was in the electronics department and the cashier was already closing out the drawers. He actually took the time to ring me up and show me an alternative if needed. Excellent customer service.

I normally have a fairly pleasant experience at this target but this evening my drive up representative (braids and headband and glasses I believe) was beyond rude. I had a bag that was not in stock and I asked if I would be refunded she was too busy on her pos to even give me the time of day. Rudely told me I “never even paid because it hadn’t been picked up” and darn near sprinted away. That’s funny because the pending charge still took the full amount , I do know what she meant but I just think the customer service side of she was really rude and seemed to be bothered she even had to do her job and walk the order out to me.

I only came in for cleaning supplies… ended up with $400 worth of things lol. Very nice staff always willing to help. One thing I did notice the store wasn’t kept up like usual. Clothes were all over the floor, and this is usually not like this.

I got a thing that didn't have a price tag on it and an associate was walking by and took care of it for me, I didn't have to wait long at all. He was very nice and pleasant.

I really can't pin-it to ONE reason, more like multiple. For starters, when I phoned you 800 # approx 6 PM as I had gotten my mail earlier in the day and it was supposed to be coming sure post...well it didn't...it was coming UPS "all the way" not handed-off from UPS to USPS. Well your rep said "No, UPS was delivering it, etc., and she guaranteed it would be here by 9 PM...it wasn't...Then, when I did get it next day (too late) and returned it, ABSOLUTE CORPORATE STUPIDITY!!! I KNEW what was in the box from Target with the Target shipping tape sealing the box, KNEW I was going to return it now (due to late dlvy), so I didn't even open it.OK, I get to store, I realize they needed to unseal & open the shipping box to scan barcode on item for return, but THEN, they unsealed & opened the item itself, an Amazon Echo Show 8 (there's a seal on all Amazon Echo devices)...rather than take it and be able to put it on shelf and sell as brand new, which it was (remember, I hadn't even opened the still sealed shipping box, much less unsealed or opened the item box), they unseal it, take it out, etc...WHAT A TOTAL WASTE...A $130 item, BRAND NEW, STILL <was> in SEALED box...TOTAL CORPORATE WASTE...NO RESPECT for our environment, our FINITE RESOURCES!!!This was my first order from Target in prolly 3 years (due to previous screw-ups, late deliveries, lies to by customer service, etc. etc. etc.), and will be my last...Additionally, prior to this, when the item was NOT delivered Thursday (as scheduled), by then you had gotten more in at the store, so I ordered for pickup...well it was less than two hours until closing, so it scheduled it for next morning...but wanting the item, I went ahead and ordered...Then, I called store, spoke w/Sarah in Electronics, yes, she had them in-stock, held one for me, I ran to store THAT EVENING, picked it up, but of course the Customer Service counter lady (who was very cordial tho, nothing against her, she was just following you stupid, idiotic, policy) could not just scan that one and complete the "online order," show it as "picked-up" and then let me pick it up/take it...NOPE, too simple...I had to cancel the online order, then pay (again) for the one I was picking up...that insured you can hold on to <customer's> money a few a few days longer while the return credit processes!One other side note, one other thing I learned thru this...As I was putting the online order in (on the web on my desk computer at home), I discovered that I couldn't schedule it for curbside, rather I had to wait until I got the "Order Ready" e-mail, the switch it to Curbside IN THE APP!!! That is absolute BS...So much for Customer Convenience...any other place I order online (e.g. Best Buy, Kohls, Krogers, Rural King, etc.) I can choose curbside right when I put the order in ONLINE (NO app required to "switch it" later). Well I went ahead and installed the app in anticipation of needing it the following morning...didn't need it after all (as you've seen now), but I've also now DELETED the app from my phone...Target really needs to get with it!!!DONE WITH TARGET...Will ONLY shop them as a last resort, if I can't find a particular item elsewhere. Thank God for Amazon (and you companies wonder why we shop Amazon)...not only <typically, tho not always> lower prices, but FREE NEXT DAY delivery...took Target 4 days to get the item here (after they said 3)...Done!!!

Having to wait over 5 minutes for an associate to even show up at the service desk totally defeats the purpose of an online order and fast run in to pick up. I could have retrieved the item and paid through self checkout quicker than it took for the associate to finally show up.

It's target. Love the different selection of things compared to Walmart. The caramel corn by the entrance is amazing. I love it. I love going to all the different clearance end caps and finding things I want or think I need.

The Kokomo Target is a clean, well lit store, and departments are always neat and tidy.They have a huge selection of clothing options and I encourage all to shop there.

To the people that say Target is expensive… the Target brand stuff definitely is on par with similar stores but also they price match. You can also save a ton with the app and having Target Circle. Target as of me writing this in 2022 price matches competitors including Amazon. You can get a Target Red Card debit version thats just links to your bank so it’s not a credit card and then you save 5% on everything. Except for im assuming alcohol. Such a great place to shop! Clean, nice employees, quick service!

I’ve used pickup and plain ol regular shopped our local Target and I always get top notch service. I recommend pickup if you’re not disciplined enough to stick to your list or you’re on the move and don’t have time, other wise break free for your Target run and wander! You know they have what you need and if you don’t need it, yeah you do.

The Kokomo Indiana store has and is the friendliest Target I have ever been in. The keep the store clean, answer any question you have , and work hard. I appreciate the effort and care they provide to the customers. It feels like a family store more than a major retail store. It is refreshing and appreciated in todays culture Thank You Kokomo employees!!!

Typically love target but today, I had a rather uncomfortable experience. Shopping with my family, I walked off alone to the makeup department where I was approached by the electronics department worker asking me if I was told about their sale threw att with their no contract phones. Total normal, I know how sales departments work and was prepared to listen to what the worker had to say until I could very clearly see him staring at my chest. Now the first time I noticed it I let it go. However he continued it very obviously. It made me super uncomfortable that I ended our conversation with a short but firm no thank you on the sale. He walked away and I went back to my family where I promptly told my husband. I asked him to come back over to the makeup department with me because I didnt want to go back over there alone. My husband asked me which man it was as we left the department and he then notices he was also doing it to another women!. Very unprofessional. I've never in my life felt so vulnerable. I quickly told my husband I was ready to leave the store.

PRICES! Target has always been more expensive than surrounding businesses. But I had to use my card or loose it. Which by the way is ridiculous.I understand inflation has hit businesses hard and product availability. But what businesses are failing miserably at is, the people purchasing your products have NOT seen inflation in their paychecks. Disposable income, well even essential income has been greatly reduced. We are stuck trying to figure out how to just survive, eat, pay bills, health care cost, get life saving medications. We are having to choose to have gas to go to work, only to find out at pay day you are stuck having to figure out how, what and when you can pay your bills. Let alone god forbid you NEED (not want) clothing and the shoes you have has holes in them, but you can't afford to get anything additional because you are literally struggling just to get by.

Really great experience when hunting for a Nintendo Switch! We would visit and ask when their next tech shipment was and they asked nicely! At my their time doing this we found a Switch I'd love to thank the worker that helped me in my search for a nonmarked up Switch!

Had not been to target in quite a while. Found what I was looking for without any issues. Went to customer service to pick up an online order for a friend. Cindy was so nice and professional not only with me but others that came into the area. She was the most pleasant and caring person. Glad I went.

The caramel corn was not ready. You open at 8 am so why does it take 2 hours to pop corn? This is not the first time this has happened. When I go in at it is NEVER ready. I asked why the pop corn was not ready and they said well we were just busy. So every time I go in the in the morning they are busy? IF that is the case then why not put a sign out saying caramel corn only after 11am. Why open at 8 if everything is not available?

Glad there is a Target still in Kokomo since so many other department stores have moved out of the community and/or gone bankrupt. I have a hard time finding clothes here but everything else is fine. The toy section has a large selection and many items I haven't found elsewhere. I also like that they still have a registry for weddings, showers, etc. makes gift shopping and giving easier.
