I love this store for bag shopping and jewelry. Always nice staff. quick to help at jewelry counter and dressing rooms. However, waiting in line to check out normally is a long wait. Normally 1 or 2 registers are open and it can take awhile. I wouldn’t recommend coming here without at least adding a 10 minute waiting time to whatever time restrictions you have just to check out.

Very nice and clean store, the lighting was good so I could see what I was as looking for! The staff were helpful and friendly! Nice selection of items we were looking for. Bonus, we found a Betsy Johnson necklace at an amazing price 😳 I’m happy and we’ll be returning to this location.

TJ Maxx is a good place to go for name brand items at a decent price. The presence of large cardboard bins make me feel like I am shopping at a salvage sale. The bins and the carts of merchandice that are frequently in the customer's way is the reason I gave 3 stars.

Store was being kept very clean, the younger manager worked with me on a return (with reciept) that I had just past 30 day normal policy return. She was understanding of my situation and kind. I appreciated the extra time she took to ensure that I was a happy customer. Good Job T.J. Maxx!

Love shopping at this store. They are very friendly staff members. They sanitize the carts as soon as you are done shopping and keep a group of sanitized carts ready for the shoppers. Great deals and the store is kept is good shape.

This place is racist!!!! They attract people of all colors due to reasonable prices and authenticity as far as some clothing, but if you're black they follow you and create a hostile environment for their customers, I hate to see how this place treats their employees.. After hearing several announcements the actual manager stated that the store will be closing soon after I caught her peaking at me to see what I was doing in the shoe section.. Everytime I go in there people follow me all through the store now.. I use to love coming here but, these new people have ruined it for me.. They switch people like I switch panties. I stated to the manager that I knew they were closing and to make sure she tells all her customers instead of just following me around the store.. I have always pay for what I pick up I have no reason to steal.. It's so disrespectful and down right degrading... Unfortunately there's no Marshall's here.. Not to mention an older white couple came in the door seconds before a black woman came in and she helped the older couple find what they were looking for as she told the black lady they were closed..

Have not been to the store in some time. Now that Carson's store is closing I think I found a new place to shop and much better prices. The one thing that I noticed was that there Furniture choices are a little down compared to the Past.

I am very disappointed in my shopping experience at the Kokomo, IN store. I was going to purchase a bathing suit but the same suit in different sizes were marked clearance. When I questioned it they told me my suit was the higher priced one because it came in at a different time. They were the SAME suit. I asked if they'd give me the clearance price they said no. I've worked in retail for 20 years and know that prices can be adjusted especially in the case of same items/different prices. Kokomo has very few shopping choices and I'd think customer service/satisfaction would be a high priority.

TJ Maxx was very clean and I loved how the staff was ready to help you find what you are loooking forr At the checkout the line was prety much moving at a good pace. Everything in TJ Maxx was very neat and very clean So glad they had public restrooms .Our second time and both tmes we were welcomed and thanked when we checked out.

A bit of a wait but worth it, their breadsticks are made just right, a generous portion of salad and their main courses are delicious. Priced fair, a little off the beaten path but worth it
