I will give them credit for all the things they have done to change it up and make it better. What I don't like cause I really don't understand is why is the cop in there for??? Do people really steal that much stuff out of the store??? The prices are good and all and it have a nice clean grocery store vibe. They have excellent staff there as well. I would say that they may need more lines for people so the lines can go a little faster and smoother. I would say if u want that safe feeling then this is the right place for u. Recommend going if u want to save money and have a little extra change in ya pocket for later on in the month. Be way better without the cop cause I just don't get why he is there just standing.

3 times I came here with bad cheese 3 times I gave me a new one and then I asked for a full refund and told them to give me a different brand to check these. They would not accommodate me even though it had spent gas money to get here 3 times already.... I will never return to this save a lot.

Bought celery here got home to fix dinner celery was so limpy that I had to trash it.As high as food prices are it a shame consumers can't buy fresh foods

The store was clean and the employees are friendly but I had gotten a jar of mayonnaise there and I should have looked closer to it but it was outdated and spoiled when I got home, I tried calling them to let them know in case there were others like that but no one answered the phone.

It's my main go to store. The only time I patronize any other grocery store is when they're running a sale on what i need or if I'm looking for particular products or items, The staff is Very friendly, Professional, And knowledgeable on items That they stock. As I am a very avid thrifty And economic shopper ad I only get snap benefits, There are quite a few products that ranges from 25 cents $2 higher Then the local Walmart or Meijer grocery store,

It's alright in a pinch, but, price and the other atmosphere are a bit of a draw back, I don't think it's been the same since late 80s early 90s, although what has been since the beginning of the end of stores that certain big box stores have taken a hold of the american market by offering way to much distractions with their grocery shopping. But I am a little nostalgic when it comes to my own preferences for groceries and this place is a familiar feeling that is an era seems forgotten.

Although they've went up Save-a-lot still has great prices! Haven't been in there in quite some time and everything has changed even the outside of the building. Much nicer store doesn't look so dirty with those old white tiles with black stains that just won't come out.

You can't go wrong at save a lot! Very nice selection and their prices are always great, their store brand items are really good in quality and the organization and layout of the store is easy to understand. They have items in bulk around holidays (turkeys, hams etc) . And everything in between

The store is old but clean well organized, friendly staff always ready to help in any way. Conveniently located I prefer shopping here versus bigger well known stores such as Kroger or Walmart great selections to choose from at today's prices that is a deal breaker

This store is as expected. Great deals, low cost is past on in the form of you having to bag your own groceries. But if you can "humble" your delicate sensibilities to that of the average Americans financial means you can shop like a King in this store. I'm not a proud man. Filled my fridge and cabinets respectfully for $98.00. Good day to be American.

Store has sum descent prices for there food that they sail but if u are disabled and haft to use one of there motorized carts it difacalt going through there iles the store is kinda cramped the iles need to be a bit wider for people who have disabilitys

I am very pleased with the employees here. Last night my family and I went grocery shopping an hour before they closed. It was raining and dark. We forgot our diaper bag in a cart outside. One of the employees found it and kept it dry. I called the next day and they had it. I just want to say thank you for stephanie and joyce for helping me out. They even had an employee bring it out to me because my kids were asleep in the car. Very good atmosphere and clean environment.

I've been shopping at Save-a-Lot since I moved to the North End in 2001. The People are both friendly and professional. Their Store brands on Dairy, canned goods, snack foods, and Frozen foods are ad good as any major grocery chain,, and, although the building is aging, I've been back to the Butcher Shop many times, when I bought cases of meat for my outdoor Catering Business, and that area a is as sanitary and modern as you'll find anywhere. I used to tell people, " You could do surgery in there it's so clean. Speaking of their Meat Department, both the quality and price of their meats are better than Krogers.As some of you may know, I'm a retired Chef, so I know a Lot about Food, and Save-a-Lot gets most of my grocery business.I only go to Kroger, Marsh, or Mejier for Brand name products, baked goods, and Produce not available there. Try it once, and you'll come back to Save-a-Lot.

Save a lot is perfect for making quick trips to the store as it is small and well organized! I also love that everything is so affordable! I would really love to see a selection of vegetarian meat alternatives become available...but, other than that it is one of our favorite places to shop!
