We took Rose for training with Clint, and he helped her and us!!We have taken her for grooming there ever since we got her, and she is always so soft and smells so good. They just do a wonderful job with her.

This is probably one of my favorite pet stores to shop at. I usually get my cat food and littler here. The prices are nothing special but that’s fine. I usually get fish here occasionally, I’ve never really had issue with the fish I buy. The only reason I am leaving a 4 star is because they are kinda slow at cleaning up the dead fish in there tanks and I’ve seen a bunch on numerous different occasions. I also got my hamster there and she’s the best

Training classes are a JOKE! I wouldn’t take my dog to Clint’s classes again if they were free. He’s arrogant, makes fun of people and dogs that are in the current class and other classes. Not truly educated. Laughs at slamming his husky’s head in a door. Texts his wife during class. This just gives you an idea of some of what you’ll experience. You’ll wait a long time to find an employee to help you with anything. Also, Petsmart banned “pit bulls” in their stores a few years ago. Dumb. If a dog is behaved and friendly it shouldn’t matter the breed. HIGH prices.

was just here and and saw a beautiful butterfly koi. i offered to buy him and leave him in the tank while i finished shopping. obviously they aren’t meant to be in a bag for that long. after a long discussion the cashier and the manager came to the conclusion i couldn’t purchase the fish and pick him up, nor could i place a hold on him. Why is my money no good here? Does a pet store not want to sell their pets?

They were pretty busy when we were there.They seemed about as busy as you could get for the amount of staff that were available.That being said, I feel as though they were understaffed.Seemed as though there were maybe 3 or 4 people working in the entire store.Eventually, we got the help that we needed.But it took specifically trying g hard to get a staffers attention... if not they seemed too busy to stop and ask if we needed help.

The management at the Kokomo locations is not a good management. All the managers work together to hire whoever they want including a managers brothers girlfriend. This is the worst management I have ever seen in my life. I am speaking from experience as well. The store is a joke along with all the managers.

I got email saying I had points that would expire soon. So when I go to the store to use the points. They tell me I have none. I double checked when I got back home and email is from PetSmart. The store is nice but what good are points if you never get to use them.

They had the pet food storage containers (we're using them for rice and flour) in stock and the prices were about $10 less per container than Petco for all of the different ones. 😲😁

Candy groomed our puppy and did such a good job. He was giving her kisses and wagging his tail. I can tell he liked her which made this puppy mom feel better. The store was clean and the staff greeted us as we walked through the store

Drove 35 minutes to get to the store at 830. Waited 15 minutes for someone to help me with the fish. They said they can not help me as they do not allow animal sales past 830. Please update your website to reflect these changes so people do not waste their gas. Very poor customer service from the store.

Always find a good deal on dog and cat food. Guinea pig loves the novelty food with the cute flowers and dried fruit in it. Plus always has sturdy toys and harnesses for the doberman

If your new policy is interrogate everyone that wants to buy a fish, how about keeping documentation on people, during checkout get their name, instead of questions after questions..then they get angry because you're irritated with being interrogated. (THIER JOB is customer service. My job is to buy product without hassle! ... When we've been a regular customer for years, it's ridiculous!

Very good service. We had a high school charity project for the Humane Society and this store helped out big time! They were easy to work with and gave us a large amount of items to contribute to our charity basket!

Tried to buy a couple fish over the weekend but couldn't get anyone to help after 30 minutes of waiting in the fish area. So my husband went back this morning and there was an attendant this time but she clearly did not want to sell any fish. He showed her the fish he wanted but she started asking multiple questions to determine if we were "qualified" to own them. We have a koi pond outside with a 3 year old koi already and a large tank inside that just has aquatic plants. We just wanted a few fish! He was so insulted and just left. We will never shop here again. It is worth the drive to the Reef in Indy. Better quality fish and the staff is not arrogant or condescending.

Incompetent and rude store management. Poorly trained staff. One young lady in management with dark hair and blonde streaks is the absolute worst. Condescending, dismissive, rude know-it-all type that talks down to staff and customers alike. I will never shop there again, without question.

The majority of the workers in this store are professional except Isabella she always has a nasty demeanor. If you don’t like your job find one that’s not dealing with the public. This is the second time I’ve had a bad experience with her I was told by her on yesterday we stop selling fish 30 minutes before closing never heard of this nor is it posted anywhere. I have no problem taking my business over to Petco I shop every other week. She needs a coaching it’s ridiculous her customer service is horrible.

It was my first time going to this particular store and I was very impressed from the minute I stepped through the door. Extremely clean and organized, Pets all looked clean, healthy, and their cages/tanks were clean and animals didnt seem to mind being in there and were comfortable. Prices were pretty much on track with others. I will be back again!

Went in to buy 3 feeder gold fish for my kids and their 55 gallon tank. I was questioned repeatedly about what I was doing with them by the girl who was helping me.She started "educating" me on what would be a better choice, like a used car salesman. I told her I just wanted her to pick out 3 pretty fish, and that I already knew that ("... Where are you putting them? How big is your tank? What are you going to do with them? Goldfish put off a lot of ammonia, you should really consider buying something different to aclimate your tank if it's new..") and other unsolicited advice.When I finally said for her to just pick out the fish for me, I didn't need to talk, her attitude changed and she plopped the first 3 that swam into the net right into a bag and stopped talking. I felt bad and told her I was sorry, i just felt like she was being mean with all the questions and advice. She then proceeded to argue with me that she's not being mean to me and discredited my feelings for the whole situation. Which, in turn, seemed to escalate the situation into an actual situation..I didn't come in to have a confrontation over 51 cents worth of feeder goldfish. I've had fish on and off longer than the store clerk has been alive. I didn't appreciate the dismissive attitude and the assumption that I don't know anything about fish. I didn't come in to buy any of that, just some cheap pets for my kids and cats!If this is something that this store requires employees to do on pets, I will no longer shop there for sure. I understand this on other pets to an extent, but not feeder animals. She definitely takes her job seriously and aggressively.Regardless, it *is* a corporation selling animals. She also argued that point with me as well, but when it comes down to it, truly that's what it is. Never again. Definitely extra unneeded stress I do not need in my life. 🐠

Dog training - Not worth the price or timeBefore signing up I asked instructor if he teaches hand signals for my dog to learn as well as learning to stay.He was quite positive “yes we can do that” over the phone.5 owners & their dogs are in a possible 10x6 space sitting on fold out chairs for all training.1st day - introduce clicker and and treats to your dog. That’s all2nd day — walk around the store with your dog and give them treats. That’s all3rd day— hold your treats on the floor so your dog must lay down thats all4th day— Graduation day! Do nothing but give a printed certificate & a pic of your dog texted to your phone
