I went with my father after I had scheduled an apt for a nail trim, for his 6 month old Catahoula puppy. We had tried at home many times to trim his nails, but he's a fighter. PetCo Grooming did such an amazing job! We will definitely go back for all our grooming needs! The staff was just wonderful. She was so friendly and tell she loved dogs!!

I take my dog to another groomer/kennel but when he just needs a bath I have been going back and forth from Petco to PetSmart. My dog Riley is almost 14 years old with severe arthritis in his back legs. Kiley was willing to listen to my concerns and genuinely acted like she cared about my dog. She was gentle with him and treated him like her own. She was awesome and I will definitely come back to Petco again.

Kyli took the time to explain Leo’s hair to us rather than just taking him back like other groomers have done. She was so nice and calmed Leo’s nerves. He looks great!

Every time it is a Hassel to use my unlimited nail and teeth brushing. They never get there system to work . All takes forever and a big headache. I am thinking canceling soon. I go in and tell them I just want the nails clips they end of buffing them also and want to charge me $5.00 and I didn't ask for buffing

In the past I've had issue's bathing, and training my dogs nails. I've always let the groomers know to get ahold of me if they have any issues with him, but everytime I pick him up from them they tell me he was a good boy and had minimal troubles.

Kyli takes great care of the girls. She really seems as though she loves them. She takes time with them; doesn't hurry to get them in and out. She's an asset to your company.

I messed up and made an oppointment for my fur child at Petsmart in Kokomo thinking it was Petco:( Never will I take my baby there again. Thats all I will say about that. Petco is amazing and I actually went there 1st thinking thats where I made the appointment..ugg. Petco has one of the nicest ladies that does the grooming and she actually talks to your pet getting to know them. She is there also for great customer service! And it shows! She loves animals and makes that more than clear to the customer!! She makes your pet feel more comfortable before just yanking I do mean yanking..your pet back to the spa place. (She does not yank your pet at all, especially does not let your pet choke itself because of being nervous) I love Petco and refuse to make that mistake again!!!♡♡The whole staff is always friendly and helpful♡♡
