Very nice place to shop, plenty of choices, I was asked once if I needed help. (Not hounded) get it? Hounded? Anyway, I'll keep my day job. The cat boxes were getting old and needed replaced and we needed a metal scoop, a strong metal scoop. Found them both. Good price. And as you can tell by the picture.....Cat approved!

I’ve had all really good experiences at petco. I’ve shopped there a couple of times and had nothing but good experiences. I went one day to get a tank, they were able to price match for me in store for a better price. Petco is where I also got my cat at. She’s super sweet and had lots of paper for one her when I got her. She was up to date on all her shots and was fixed too. Great pet store!

Store is great. Staff is nice and friendly. But what the heck?!!! Charging for bags! I'm not shopping at Aldi, the DISCOUNT grocery store. I'm shopping at one of the finer pet shops in town. Yeah, it may only be $0.10, but that's insane. I'll never buy one, and I may consider going somewhere where I don't have to carry my individual cans of dog food out of the store without a bag. It's very upsetting.

Went in there to buy catnip which I've never purchased before I was reading the labels and a employee ask if they could help me after I told her I'd never bought it before she showed me one that she said her cat likes & told me a little more about it & explained their return policy I was impressed with her knowledge & friendliness

We shopped at the Kokomo Indiana location and went up to the checkout. The checkout lady asked if we wanted to buy a bag for 0.10? Are u serious? We have to buy a bag now? Don’t we pay enough for the products in your store? Well she stated they’re a California company for the store location. Do we not pay enough for food, gas, housing, clothes, etc? 0.10 may not seem much to some but to others it is, especially the cost of pet food, toys, harnesses, treats. We will not be back in the store and will visit elsewhere to buy our dogs supplies. It’s a shame you’re charging for bags to put our items in we just spent quite a bit of money on. Please do better Petco!!

Love this place! Took my puppy to get her vaccines there <3 everyone was really nice & the store had a great selection of pretty much anything you could think of when it comes to pet supplies. My puppy absolutely loves her new outfit & treats

Actually went to Shoe Carnival, bought a new pair of sneakers for the woodshop. There was some confusion over the price, and they forgot to use my shoe-perks, so I had to go back in. They did a complete refund and then rang them up deducting my perks. Hey it was 10 bucks so it was worth it.

Went for an invisible fence rechargeable dog collar and was able to get one with the help of the assistance of the employee working. Great 👍🏻 job.

Went by today looking for natural supplements for our older dog. Woman was who helped us was rude and only help was take your dog to the vet. So we went to Pet Smart where the lady helped me spend my money on some nice natural supplements.

I unexpectedly inherited a puppy from my 8 yr old great grand daughter since they could not take care of her. Petco has been great set medical schedules for her, grooming, and starting next month, training. Destiny, & Korrie are great doggie groomers. I am looking forward to the training sessions as my great grand daughter will be included in training her puppy. Petco is very family oriented, a puppy is the same as your family.

I think it is absolutely ridiculous that we are expected to buy products from you and then turn around and buy bags to put those same products into at checkout. I will start taking my business to Pet Supplies Plus. They are closer and they don't charge you for throw away bags. I could see offering to purchase reusable bags but charging for the bags you throw away?? I'm a loyal customer which is why I drive across town rather than go to any pet store closer than Petco. I no longer feel valued so I guess I'll take my business elsewhere.

Very friendly staff. Tara helped us pick out the perfect dog food for the German Shepherd puppy we bought today. She explained how to properly feed her and the benefits of high protein dog food versus other brands. We also spoke with Brittany about getting our puppy in for dog training classes. She showed us the different prices and what all came with each package. Overall very friendly staff!
