I have been going here for years. They carry quality brands of cat food like Fromm and Stella and Chewy. I love that I can bring my cats to the store. Banana loves picking out his own toys and being cuddled by the staff. The team is awesome here. They don't make me feel judged or like an annoyance, and they seem genuinely happy to see me and my pets.

We did the self dog wash for 2 dogs. Doing it early on a weekday, there was no waiting and very easy to use. I am able to wash the dogs without leaning over and use warm water. They provide the shampoo, towels, and a blow dryer. It works great!

I visit here to wash my fur babies in the self serve. It was SOO much easier than a bath at home. They offer multiple choices for shampoos, towels and blow dryers and treats when you finish. The employees are wonderful and very helpful. This was my first visit so my boy was a bit nervous so I had to get up the stairs and in the tub first. A memorable moment where we all shared laughs.

Mickie and Jessica on tow for some dog food. Walked in when we were greeted by two extremely nice employees. Automatically drawn to the kitties there for adoption, they have rescues here which is nice to see! They have other fury friends and fish. We were drawn to the clearance isle from Halloween, as you will see Mickie was the model! Come here and bathe your animals and tons of a selection. Very friendly and knowledgeable about the weight management food.

Jemini is the most amazing groomer and both dogs are always to the moon and back excited to hear Jemini name and she is a miracle worker with our pups. Please acknowledge her and so glad we found her and she has brought more business to the store too

I love having them in my neighborhood. A very large variety of food, treats, and toys for my pets as well as a dog wash. Their reward program actually REWARDS you with coupons and cash off of future purchases. An all-around great store!

Very friendly staff. Very knowledgeable staff. They actually help you find what you're needing or wanting they take the time to listen and ask questions to help. We live in Lafayette but hands down I would choose to visit the Kokomo location if and when I can because there's so much more in touch with the customers. I don't know if it's because they're an older set of staff members or what makes them stand above and beyond. I just know that the Lafayette store is constantly rude and it's dirty too sometimes. And the Kokomo store is actually really clean too

The thing I likes most about this certain pet supplies plus is that they are very informative about who will be grooming your pet and what they'll be doing and then explains well how everything went while your away or waiting. Recomended. Thank you pet supply employees.

I love being able to go into this spot and get whatever I need for my puppers but also, nail trimming and grooming are available too! Gemini took care of my babies and was the absolute sweetest. Every time I go in here people are smiling and genuinely happy to see your pup on a leash. 😊

I returned a defective product only to discover 2 weeks later that I had purchased the exact same defective product that I had returned previously that had been repackaged and placed on store shelf. I know this for a fact due to the distinct markings on the returned defective product. This store is deceitful and dishonest. How dare you scam people at the expense of their beloved pets. You will never get my business again ! Buyer Beware !!!!!!

Shout out to Pet Supply Plus in Kokomo and the groomer Jemini. We rescued a dog today from the Kokomo Human Society in Kokomo. We called the store, Jemini was able to get us in within an hour and even sent us pictures of him getting a bath. He smells so good, she done a wonderful job with him and even gave him a Bandana. The store manager, Kristyn, took her time and helped us with, treats, a collar, lease, vitamins and answered all of our questions, Amazing costumer service. I recommend Pet Supply Plus for all of your pets needs.

I have been in the store several times and have always been greeted and helped on all occasions. Very friendly and clean environment. In recent days we have had our groomer close up shop and we have been in the hunt for a new groomer. This place did offer a groomer , but they canceled our appointments 2 times. That being said , they realized that this wasn't the best scenario for our furbaby who needed tended too and they provided him with a free wash , trim and clean up until their groomer could return. I admire them for this. It's so hard to find a business who cares about their customers anymore. This place does care and I want to thank them for it.

We had our first grooming experience at Pet Supply Plus today!We were very pleased.The groomer did an excellent job on our mini Bernadoodle. Our pup pranced out like she was a pretty girl.She was given a bakery treat to take home!! Bonus! Made it a little bougie.The staff helped find a food to combat allergies and took the time to read and explain grains to avoid. As well as educating us on ingredients that help with our pup’s coat and digestion.I recommend!

Great store close to our house. Always have supplies in stock, whether it's for a dog or reptile. And a dog wash if your pooch needs to be cleaned. Prices are reasonable for a smaller store.

Love their Clearance Sales!! I mean let's face it, specialty stores tend to be expensive. Pet store's are no exception to that. But they do have item's you need for your pet's you can't find anywhere else most of the time. Ok, so be choosy & shop their sales. Especially their Clearance Sales, really deals are done there!!
