Very hesitant at first and usually won’t let anyone else take care of my babies. I am 100% glad I made the choice to let yall take care of my dogs. The notes after the visit and pictures reassure me that they get exactly what they need and keep me worry free. Now im addicted and want to hire them whenever I can. Rod & staff are caring and reliable. They recently came to our rescue during a scheduling snafu — at 9:30pm, they went to our home to check on our cats who had been alone all day.Highly recommend Pawsitively Spoiled for home visits while away. In addition to pet care, they will bring in mail and packages and water plants.

I wish I could give them 10 stars. I have used their services for almost two years now. We all love our fur babies and the crew at Pawsitively Spoiled treats Brewer like their own. In fact, sometimes I think he enjoys them more than me! It is so great to be able to relax when away knowing Brewer is being taken care of. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable and impeccable service. From the scheduling to the visit updates they are great.

I had a great experience using Pawsitively Spoiled while we were on vacation. Got loads of feedback how our dog was doing, pictures showing her chilling out. They even brought our mail in and watered some plants while we were gone. Jodi & Rod have a great team and they do a fabulous job. They also have their own 4-legged friends of their own. They truly love animals.

Nicole at Pawsitively Spoiled has been my pet sitter for several years. My dogs love her and she loves them. She has always been reliable and answers quickly when contacted. If one needs medication, I know it will be given correctly. If one becomes ill, she will contact me and take them to my vet. Allowing my dogs to stay home is less stressful for them and gives me peace of mind. I highly recommend Positively Spoiled.

Pawsitively Spoiled was recommended to me by my vet and have a friend that has used their service for a while. Last year I was planning on getting a pup, but knew I needed to make arrangements for midday while I worked. Pawsitively Spoiled to the rescue! My pup is a year old now and loves her Pawsitively Spoiled visits 😍 I have 2 small dogs also. I love the calm feeling I get when I check my phone at work and see that Pawsitively Spoiled has been to my house, dogs had a potty break and treats. They have been GREAT, even when my Aussie pup was kind of wild when she was younger🤣. They love the pets, clean up if someone pukes 😏 and give me peace of mind. I would recommend them to anyone!!

Best service i have seen. While on vacation for 2 weeks and my son and his wife, they received text and pictures of their dogs during our whole trip. This is a great for the dogs. They were able to stay in their own home.

I was referred to Pawsitively Pets through my vet, and could not be more pleased. Their professionalism, courtesy for my home, and respect for my furry four legged child and myself are above and beyond outstanding. I was unsure about having people into my home at first to visit Macy, but within 10 minutes of our meet and greet Rod and Jodi put me at ease. I am so thankful for Pawsitively Pets- I wouldn’t trust Macy in my home with anyone else!

My service was in Sept. of '22'. The person coming to my house was an employee. One dog decided she didn't like the way they were doing things & the employee instead of changing the way she was doing things excepted the dog to comply. She could have opened another door so the dog could have come in, but, no she didn't. I found blankets that the dog soiled in her garage kennel because she couldn't get out. They have NO dog handling common sense. NEVER AGAIN

Great service, over and above.Kept our kitties fed and cleaned up after some hairball vomit.. and litter pan 🤮.Great value and much needed service for keeping pets cared for at home when on vacation.So much better than boarding.We couldn't have gone to visit family if it weren't for them.They really seem to care about the animals. Labor of Love.

We have the pickiest cat in the world. She has to have her food just so on a clean saucer every time. Her litter "must" be scooped twice a day. We are not kidding when we call her the princess. Jodi makes sure she has things just the way she wants them and we get pictures and reports immediately following every visit. Jodi even washes up her saucer instead of just sticking it in the dishwasher to sit while we are gone (cat food is stinky). Great team and we can't imagine anyone else watching over the princess.

Pawsitively Spoiled provides a great personalized service for all dogs. They are flexible in their arrangements and can work around your schedules. Highly recommend if needing pet sitting, drop in, or walks while you are at work or on vacation.

I have utilized Pawsitively Spoiled Kokomo for numerous visits while going out for town for extended amounts of time. When doing the initial meet-n-greet with the owner, Rod, I advised him my dog, Delilah, has PTSD from past abuse and is wary of men. She is also skittish around a lot of new people.During the visits I received "report cards" stating Delilah did good, but she seemed a bit skittish at times. I am having major abdominal surgery in October and booked Delilah for numerous appointments since I will be unable to walk her. He asked me to call him, and when I did, proceeded to tell me that he accepted the appointments but "strongly suggests" i get backup because of some incidents with her. I asked him to explain and he stated that one of his longtime dog walkers was scared Delilah would bite her.I told him Delilah does not bite, but he said she bit him. He explained it was his fault due to putting his hand in Delilah's face while she was scared, and she drew blood. I was never notified of this or any other incidents where a dog walker was scared. I have screen shots from previous visits as well with no biting mentioned. He made it sound like he was doing me a favor by telling me now.When I posted a review on facebook, the company blocked me.Edit since I can’t reply to their response: The fact is, the owner was aware of Delilah’s history, and I should have been notified when it was happening. Instead, I was told via text message nothing was wrong, just to give a call, then blindsided. You can say she was “aggressive” all you want, but I have the report cards saying different. Fact of the matter is, you handled it terribly. And can’t give a formal apology, just some half-hearted attempt before blocking me on Facebook.

Very disappointed in the way we were treated, especially when we brought up some valid concerns. I was very hopeful and did my best while on vacation to give them the benefit of all doubts, but I did nothing but worry about my dogs and home. Several times agreed upon instructions were not completed or maintained. Do not recommend. Also be aware of employees and others writing reviews and fluff to overpower the real customer reviews.

Rod and Jodi are such animal lovers and treat my two King Charles Cavaliers like princesses! I love the attention to detail in communicating to give me peace of mind when we’re away. It’s such a relief to know Ruby and Roxy are in such good hands 🐾😘🐾

My opinion of this company is absolutely terrible after the experience I had with them. They did not follow written instructions left for them, they forgot to crate our dogs more than once, and found an employee in our bedroom. All in all, my opinion of this company is very unprofessional and would not recommend them to watch my house plants!
