Danielle (manager) has such a BIG heart and is always willing to donate to local not-for-profit's events! This store is always clean and organized--making it easy to find what you are looking for. The staff is willing to assist you in locating what you may have overlooked as well. Great place to find all your party needs!!

I love that when we walked in the lady said, "Welcome to the party!" Same lady asked if she could help us with anything and i mentioned we were looking for Sesame Street, and she walked us right to the section! The whole place was so clean and organized. My husband and I were very impressed.

Has some interesting things. If you order candy online to pick up, check it really good before you leave, make sure it isn't all broken. I have gone in there and looked around the entire store without seeing any employees the entire time I was there... 20 minutes... and no one there? Super weird.

I bought costumes when I was told the dressing rooms were down. Which is fine. But the receipt specifically states, “ returns will be accepted on Halloween costumes, decorations, and accessories by Sunday, October 24 with an original receipt. Only exchanges will be accepted after October 24 with original receipt. Sorry no returns.” AGAIN, that is fine, but 1) that was never stated to me when I checked out, and 2) I was okay with doing an exchange, but they told me it HAS TO BE costumes. So I left. Those girls had extremely poor attitudes and I will never be coming back to Kokomo party city. I remember when I worked at a party city back in high school, and how different the policies were and how we HAD to be nice, no matter the situation. I would’ve been okay with all of the situation, but those attitudes destroyed any chances I or my roommate or boyfriend had of going back there.

For all your party needs, this is the place to go. They have decorations for any party theme with plastic ware in every color imaginable. Weddings, showers, birthdays and any other occasion, they have it. The costs are surprisingly low and the quality is preferable to some other places I've been to. They have many other items available as well. Party favors, invitations and cards to name a few.

They never seem to have you order ready and this time it wasn't ready and they are out of helium so no balloons. I would recommend finding somewhere else for you party supplies in Kokomo.

Computer was down where you could order products that you wanted and only one girl was ringing people out. Cashier was friendly but we waited a long time while other employees could have helped her.

Lots of stuff to get and look at which is amazing since you can actually look through a wider selection!! But the best part was when a super cute boy who worked there and helped me find what I was looking for!!

Its Halloween season...costumes are popular (despite covid) you know what's not popular??? Wasting people's times!!! I've been checking on a certain costume since they rolled out the costumes three weeks ago.. Today I called and asked if it had come in, they said YEA, I show up and there's No costume in stock. No one claimed to have answered.🤷‍♀️👏👏 let's get it together Party City.👏👏

Great selection of Halloween costumes. Mix and match options and a great costume retrieval process. Staff were dressed and handing out candy. Loved the experience!

If you're looking for themed party supplies this is the place to go. Everything is priced a little higher than what you would find at the Dollar Store, so if you're looking for speciality decorations this would be better but normal things are set at a higher price.
