I stopped in here to look at a new Zero turn mower I'm hoping to purchase within the next few weeks. I was immediately greeted outside by a More's Team Member and then again once inside. Joey ( the salesman) was very knowledgeable and helpful. He didn't pressure me into purchasing a new mower right then-N-there,,,,,He spoke with me about many of my Options, and allowed me to go home and take some pictures of My older Riding LawnMower( I've had for about 30 years, to which I've had to have repaired several times now) then email them to him to get a fair Trade-In Value Price. So,,,,,when I'm ready to purchase a New, Electric Zero Turn Mower this summer, he will most definitely, 100%, be the one who I Call & Purchase from!! Thank you Joey,,, for the Brochures, and All the DETAILED information you took the time out of your busy day to explain to me!! This Company will definitely be getting ALL my future landscape related business!! Thanks Joey

Recently bought a Kubota zero turn from them and man was I impressed with this place! My salesman (Joey) did an excellent job and had vast product knowledge. Got a fair price for my trade-in as well and not to mention the popcorn machine is fantastic! Make sure to say hello to the shop dog Maize as well!

Called this place and the woman on that answered the phone said they could get exactly what we wanted in a matter of days. We drove 2 hrs to their store to find there was only one sales person on site. They had no other sales working there but this young guy. He only worked with one customer from start to finish at a time. This made for a very long wait. There were people that would leave and come back so it felt like they were cutting the line when you have two to three groups waiting to talk to this one guy. We waited our turn which was about an hr and a half. Got to test out a few things to narrow down on exactly what we wanted between the two since he didn't have either that we wanted there. He told us to fill out the credit application for a sign of good faith and he would order what we wanted. Said he would call their rep on Monday to get us an ETA. Then call us to tell us what it would be. We immediately filled it out. Was approved for more than enough to get what we wanted and emailed him the information that same day. Never heard from the kid. Waited 4 days for him to call us. We called trying to get ahold of him. No call back. Kept being told he was with customers and he was the one to speak to. Finally got a call back Friday right at closing time. We had missed the call. Tried to call right back; no answer. The following Monday, called and finally got him said that he got confirmation of the order should be here 2-3 days. Nothing. That Thursday we took our business elsewhere and were able to get what we wanted the same day. If you are local, I wouldn't bother. You have to stay on them to get what you want unless they have it on hand. Terrible customer service in my eyes.

They kept my tractor for 2 weeks and didn't call to update me. I had to call about every other day and there was always something holding up the service. They wouldn't even give a discount due to the timeframe or anything. Service was supposed to be done in a day or two not 14. Won't be returning here.

Just stopped in to meet the new Kubota dealer. Saw some familiar faces and met some new ones. Seem to be nice enough people, and it's a family owned business. Hope they're around for a long time. The showroom is nice and new with plenty of space. They stock parts and have a full shop if you need repairs. They're going to sell Kubota , Bad boy , and Toro for starters.
