They have good deals right now. 11% on everything. The sales are good and the workers are friendly. Had to ask where something was and he was very nice and showed us where it was. He didn't act like we were bothering or interrupting him or anything.

Great place. New to area. Had to grab a door lock set. It's a great place to find EVERYTHING from laundry soap to drywall. This place is amaizing. I never been in one and didn't realize how much they had available. I'm so happy to have this place in my area. I will definitely be frequenting here for my new home renovations. All of the associates were very helpful to me. I felt the great customer service. I have added many pics abd videos.

Shop here a lot lately even though I am closer to Lowe’s. Great service, friendly employees. Only complaint I bought a tub and shower walls , they sold me 30” tub with 32” walls with 11% rebate. When I exchanged walls rebate was not offered any longer and they made me pay more for their mistake .

Best experience I've had in years at Menards Contractors Order Pick Up site. I've always encountered bad attitudes from all gate attendants at other Menards in Indianapolis. However, this Kokomo location truly made a difference. The gate attendant was very friendly and the staff was so ready to help me load my purchase. Thank you all so much for making my day. 😉

It was awful, the gate attendant was very rude and forktruck drivers were as well. I overheard them complaining about our load. Go and spend over $8000 just to be acted and talked rudely by employees! Won't happen again. Might want to retrain your forktruck drivers as well.

I am sad that they raise the prices in order to "give" a 11% rebate. That is the only explanation I can come up with when I find 2 different prices for multiple different items.

Good store. Would like to see more cart stations in the parking lot so I don’t have to walk all the way to the middle to put a cart away. The store layout is okay. Usually you can find most things without help. There are always plenty of cashiers so you can checkout fast

Visited 19-Jul-2023 about 3 p.m. Despite obviously searching for something for at least 15 minutes, there was no help to be found, and the staff I did find either had their noses buried in cell phones or were vigorously avoiding eye contact with customers.When I went to leave, the lady guarding the self-checkout asked why I didn't have anything. I told her I couldn't find anyone to help me, and she simply stood there with no reply. *No reply.* Copy that, hint taken.I'm adding an extra star because the store was very clean, tidy, and absent of those godforsaken floor-standing displays which clog up every aisle of other home improvement centers.It's a nice store. If you don't need customer service, I'm sure it's a good choice.

This store is a scam and I don’t know why the govt is not taking action to close it down. They give false fake rebate of 11 percent. They think it is 1930 where you will send the bill as mail . What is this ? Don’t they understand this is 2023.Going to Ups, paying for stamp and post and then getting an in-house credit after several weeks. Will never visit this ancient store again

Went for all you can eat Chicken. $14.95 is a great price. The pieces looked very small this time and not what we were used too. But they made up for it in taste. Amazingly good. It's great food.

Having grown up in the south most my life, I had heard of Menards when I would visit family up north, But wow, this place is awesome. Anything you could need, they pretty much have it. Also love their T-shirts they sell, great for a paint shirt, everyday shirt, or even just a nice shirt to relax in.

It is very inefficient and annoying to buy appliances here. This just happened and could have been far easier if it was in one spot. Everyone was nice. It's the system that sucked.Pick an appliance, have a guy show up without knowledge of appliance, have him ring you up, get sent to delivery station, told at delivery station that appliance doesn't come with its own power cord, go back to guy to get power cord, different guy shows up to help and gets power cord and states it doesn't come with exhaust pipe, get exhaust pipe then told pipe doesn't come with clamps for pipe, get pipe clamps, go back to delivery station and wait 15 minutes to be helped, get handed a piece of paper to go finally buy appliance, get told in very loud voice the price is 0,000... finally buy it.Why this isn't all in one stop doesn't make sense to me.

One (of my few) favorite stores left in this crazy new world. They keep things simple, as they are brewed from a family business and do not have that corporate feel. They keep prices lower (by far in some cases) compared to other big box DIY retailers! This shows when I go to the store by the way the employees interact with you and actually will find an answer for you if they don't know. If you have a local store, I highly recommend you visit them first!

Went to see about getting chalk paint in a certain color. Had the nicest lady help me & was determined to get me the color I wanted & she succeeded. I forgot to look at her name tag but she was excellent & I appreciate her good customer service! Hard work doesn’t go unnoticed by me!

Many of the employees did not seem to know the store well (to be fair, most of the ones I interacted with seemed to be high school/college kids working for the first time). The ones that did know were a tremendous help in finding what I was looking for.

I ordered a faucet on Menards website. Apparently it was "special order." Didn't work out for our sink. So I took it back. I had to pay $35 as a "restocking fee." I will no longer shop Menards.

This was May 1 2020 when I went into the store without my mask, just as other customers were and my husband and I had no problems and we kept our distance. Then when it was time to check out the lady at the cash register refused to ring us up until we put on masks. The gentleman customer in line behind me summed it up perfectly when he said that it was BULL**** that she was doing thisWe spend quite a bit of money in this store and I WILL NOT GO BACK

This store has some major employee issues. I've had 3 guys that work there asking my wife out and sending her private messages. She also works there. HR needs to have some.serious talks with the males that work there with them messing with married women . This is ridiculous

If I could give them 0 stars I would! I am a disabled man that can not wear a mask for medical reasons and informed the young lady when she asked me to put one on. Her response to me was "I don't care it's store policy" so I explained and but was asked to leave. I called the store manager from the parking lot to confirm that it was indeed store policy and was informed that they didn't care that the mandate from the governor said I didn't have to wear one because of medical conditions and they are private property and could make their own rules! So I asked her calmly if she thought it was ok to discriminate against the disabled because of their rules and the store manager hung up on me! I will be writing a message to corporate office this afternoon!

not a bad place the workers are nice dont get me wrong but kinda worthless unless you chase one down and ask and they give little information. and once they do in my experience they walk off but the place is clean and pretty easy to find stuff..
