Don’t ever get the extended protection plan. It is a nightmare to deal with. I have nothing against the Kokomo store. They actually tried to help. Now have to find my own people to fix it, and hopefully get refunded that money. Totally ridiculous customer service been without a washer over 3 weeks. Service company just fixing random parts and saying it fixed and leaving so fast. 4 times and my washer is not fixed. Completely unacceptable.

Well I went in to this Lowe’s to get me some materials to finish my office in my house. I went to get a Lowe’s credit card to help me finish. So all went well I got the line of credit and stuff but never got sent an email of the temporary card. So I had help from three different associates at customer service. I’m bad at names but there was Kaylee that spent time on the phone with the Lowe’s card customer service people. So two rounds of phone calls I go and get the stuff I need. Go to the checkout at building materials. The cashier was a little confused of my unconventional issue so I go back to self checkout. Got helped again since I tried to checkout again. At the end and another call with the Lowe’s card call line the supervisor of customer service saved the day at the end. Turned an annoying situation into me heading home to finish my office. Y’all got a lot of good folks working for you, I’m definitely coming back again with the level of customer service I got. Y’all made a customer for life. But I’ll just wait a few days for my card to show up. Good job customer service for letting me finish my office and the other two cashiers that went out of their way to help me.

Took over 30 minutes to check out. Sat at the self check out for 10 minutes while employees were talking and come to find out I could not even use my Lowe’s card I received from in-store credit because it was not correctly linked to my ID. After a representative figured all of that out, I was given cash in replacement of the faulty card and checked out after a total of 30+ minutes.

Needs to have people in each department that can be found to help the customers like Menards and Home Depot. They actually save me a lot of time when I need to find things. I do appreciate the Veterans discount, thank you!! Happy 2024!!

What a joke. This Lowe's has recently removed all of their front check out lanes and replaced them with self check out lanes. I don't remember applying to be a cashier at Lowes and I definitely didn't get an employee discount. They keep raising prices and have continued to cut back on cashiers. I hope all of their employees make at least $25-$30 an hour. I'm sure the CEO is well compensated for making these cuts.

I drove an hour to this location to pick up backsplash that my home store is out of due to going on clearance at my home store in Lafayette. The Lafayette store spoke to the Kokomo store several times for me to secure the backsplash before I made the drive, I spoke to the Kokomo store as well. Between the 2 store I was not told it was not on clearance in Kokomo. I did not think to ask. My mistake I assumed if on clearance at one store would be on clearance at another. Needless to say I was left standing at the self checkout for over 20 minutes waiting to speak to a manager. A manager never showed up. There is alot more I can say about the rudeness I will leave it at that.

Employees were just awesome, my son and I had fifteen minutes before they were closing and the two guys helped us get our supplies and stuff to get it done with six minutes to spare. These were the most knowledgeable people that I had ever seen in the last few years in Kokomo' s Lowe's or Menards hands down.

Worst experience by far, Communication from the store to the customer is worthless, When we call and email takes days or no responses. Fence was told to be installed at the end of October, its now January 17th and half the fence is put up, boards are cut too short, poor install at spots. Bought a brand new house and they decided it was a good idea to run a forklift in fresh laid sod. Jeffery Kearnes from the store is a specialist in the department and also one in non- communication on telling when the fence will be done. Thank you Lowe's for the wonderful experience.

*Update: My door problems have been fixed to my satisfaction. I am updating my review to 4 stars. I think they would have needed to get it right the first time to rate 5 stars. The contractor who fixed my door was very knowledgeable and did a great job!*I would not recommend having the company that Lowe’s contracts with install your door! My door has several dents, the locks are misaligned, so you can either lock the deadbolt or the handle lock but not both. Lastly, my storm door was not correctly reinstalled and now won’t catch or lock. Not sure how these installers were vetted, but they seemed to be in beyond their depth/ability. I guess I would also mention that communication during this entire process has been less than stellar. Pay the extra, get someone qualified and save yourself the headache I currently have going!

This Lowe’s is pretty awesome. We have remodeled a few rooms, built a huge patio, and finished our basement. They are very helpful and flexible with delivery. We had a few issues with a shower and a metal door both times they made it right without hassle.

Don’t buy appliances at Lowe’s. I always liked Lowe’s delivery because it would be Lowe’s employees. Not anymore everything comes from Indy and it’s delivered by a outsource company. Bought a washer and dryer and the dryer had a huge dent and they covered it up with the energy saver sticker. Went to Lowe’s schedule a day to replace the dryer and they showed up to take the old dryer but did not bring the new one. This outsource company is a joke.

I've been a Lowe's customer for years. They have quality items for competitive prices. I am thankful for their military discount too. On occasion I have had to return items for various reasons. They have always been good about accepting my returns.

I bought new appliances from Lowes. They damaged my Maytag dryer because they carried both washer and dryer down to my basement strapped to each other. In doing so the top of my dryer has shifted and it's hard to get the vent out to clean. They refused to replace the dryer saying they have no exchange policyImplying that I damaged my own dryer. I was never told that. So buyer beware if you get appliances from Lowes and it's damaged you're out of luck. Included is photos. I will get my future needs elsewhere.

It's a big store but they don't limit your options to the big brand "cookie cutter" or pre-fab only options. They have all the odd ball DIY tools and accessories you can think of, along with hard to find items no one else seems to carry, and they'll mix up any paint type,color, shade, size you want! They have helpful and knowledgeable people working in each dept.

Tools, wood, appliances, lighting, and everything else to make your home to perfect habitat for you and yours.While it can be hard to find assistance, the person who helps you is always friendly and helpful. Bought a clothes dryer yesterday, we still have no delivery time, my husband has been on the phone now for 45 min. waiting for the people to find our order, not only do we not have our dryer, but Lowe's was fast to take our 700.00 this is no way to do business. Please Help
