Mainly shopped for vegetables, nice selection. Most looked fresh, and they were fresh tasting. The store is clean and easy to navigate with good aisle signage. Everyone is becoming more aware of price increases, but it is not the stores fault.

Typically has rotting and molding produce out. Expired meat and other expired food products on the shelves. Unsanitary and unsafe. Every time I go something is out of stock, expired, or rotten/molding. Will not be back.

The store is fine its the pharmacy. Good Lord the wait is horrific, people actually leave because they have waited so long. Be using this pharmacy for years my favorite tech has gotten a new job and my favorite pharmacist is on sick leave may be time to find a new pharmacy.

This is one of the worst parking lots in Kokomo. There is just so much wasted space. You could get at least 33% more parking spaces by making one way driving lanes instead of both way. The rest of the store is fine but that parking lot just makes me keep on driving by sometimes.

Went shopping at 9pm. Go to check out and guess what all self check outs. No cashiers. Had a completely full cart, Didn’t have room to bag groceries, had four full bags and a full cart, started putting on the floor so I could continue. It’s time to find a new place to shop.

Usually pick up! HORRIBLE pharmacy!Not great at protecting customers with surveillance. I was assaulted and injured right by food pick up entry, workers saw it and never reported to police!Workers who bring food to your car are very friendly.

Went there the first time in years. Saw bacon for $4.99, which wasnt a bad price. Coffee creamer. The sign said $4.89 but you can get 2 for $7.00. However, at the checkout I was charged $9.00 for 1 pound of bacon. The coffee creamer cost me almost $8.00! And a half gallon of almond milk. The price tags are placed in a way that is Very deceptive. Over $20.00 for 3 items! I was not happy that theyve resorted to these tactics to rip people off. And I know they dont care but BEWARE of how they price their items there. Very scandalous! I wont ever go back. I live on a fixed income and cant afford hits like that. And in case Youre wondering, there was no gold in their bacon. $3.99 elsewhere.

The pharmacy is absolutely terrible. Understaffed … drive through closed …. 4 people working … line back to the greeting cards and I’ve called 3 x and no one answers ( 20 minutes or more!! ) the WORST pharmacy ever!! No one is waiting on customers!!

This Kroger is always better stocked than the other Kroger. Every time I shop anywhere else I leave upset about something they did.But this Kroger always goes above and beyond. And the employees are even nicer here!

Always very busy but the store was clean and orderly for the most part. I was there at 4:15 to 4:45 approximately. More sack boys need to be hired. The cashier should not ever have to do double duty. No matter what time of day I have been there the store is busy.

Not a bad place at all. Employees are always very helpful when you can find them, but for the past couple of years, they're constantly out of stock with the things that I'm looking for :(I know that this largely isn't Kroger's fault, but they're the ones that get my money.Advice, quit shoving the 'digital' and regular coupons towards the pickup and delivery only crowd. The majority of us would rather shop onsite and enjoy the the savings that you offer.

Staff are very friendly and hard-working; it is very unfortunate that they are treated so poorly by customers. I was in line at a register and the customer in front of me began to yell at the cashier, who looked to be very stressed. The customer did not have enough money and was angry with the cashier for not giving the groceries to her for free. The cashier explained that they could hold the groceries and wait until she had the money, but the customer began to accuse the cashier of stealing her money. The customer called the cashier multiple hateful names and stormed off. The poor cashier looked to be in high school, short, and long blonde hair. Despite that disturbance, the cashier still greeted me with a smile and was very friendly.

Kind've crowded. But it is Friday, afterall! I couldn't go through the regular check out, wth a live cashier, without waiting an hour, 4 people in line ahead of me, with carts full! So I had to use the self checkout, then had to wait for the cashier to "review" my order? Ugh. I'm not a thief! Wth, Kroger!

Was just here with my family and was watched the entire time checking out until the head cashier walks up and accused us of not scanning our stuff! If her job to make accusations to paying guests and be rude without an apology, I will DEFINITELY NOT be back! Super unprofessional. This store should apply better guest service! 100% My family felt like a target 😔 Should never have to feel labeled, especially as a thief when spending over $120.00..

I am very dissatisfied with Kroger. The prices have skyrocketed. The sales gimmicks are ridiculous. The service is hit and miss. For example, I witnessed a lady leaving the store with a cart full of groceries and three children, one of which was an infant, trying to cross the busy area in front of the door. No one was there to help her as her toddlers were in danger straggling along behind her. Shame on you, "Kroger".Just try to get a raincheck on a sale item. Not gonna happen.A bag of chips for $4.99...or 5 bags for $9.95. Most families do not want 5 large bags of chips. I changed my mind and didn't buy any. Everything is a gimmick. Even in the height of the epidemic...you could only buy your essentials by coming into store., while anything else could be brought out to the car for pick-up. Makes me think that they didn't care if you got sick or not. I will only go to Krigers for emergencies at this point I am fed up.How about this. Same price for items regardless of how many you buy. And this, "may I help you out with your groceries so that you can attend to your children's safety."
