I love this place. They do a lot with a little. It's a small store, so they don't have as much as the larger stores do, but they pack a lot into the space they have and it's always attractively displayed.The staff is friendly and they are so helpful! I am a beader, so I do wish they hadn't made that section smaller, but what they have is nice and they have a lot of sales. I do a lot with fabric and beads, so the remnants are always nice to go through, as well, and there are always a number of them.Oh, my, the decor is so pretty! Unfortunately, it's more than I can spend until it's late season, but then I grab it.Checkout is a swift process most of the time. Once in a while they back up when there are a lot of customers at the same time, but it's rare.I certainly recommend this store if you are a crafter or if you would like something to spruce up your home. You are virtually guaranteed to find something you'll like and you'll enjoy the process here!

While this store is smallish, they have very friendly and helpful staff and a pretty good selection of products.Just wish they were able to hold classes.However, I do recommend this store.

The store is quite large and they a lot of great crafts/DIY projects for sale, however, that's were the "good" ends. I asked about three specific products while inside, the first one was answered quickly and authoritatively, I was in love! The following two products, she had no insight on whatsoever, this is why I came to this store, so I asked her if she could ask around! Believe it or not, Noone knew anything at ALL about either, they were both DIY countertop projects, Epoxy etc. I did end up buying all three items along with a bunch of add-ons, because I felt rushed, it was my fault, I came in a little over an hour before closing. But taking into consideration that I had to my own product research, I think a little leeway should have introduced. The second part of the story is they are much higher in price, in some cases as much double.. Not good!

Took my daughter here to get some stuff today, everything was fine til I tried to pay and leave and then the cashier asked me what my email address was like it was required to make a purchase. She didn't request it, it was closer to a demand. She was a nice lady, but she's been trained to do it and probably does it without thinking at this point. This practice needs to stop. If there weren't people waiting in line behind me, I'd have set things straight.

Love this store. Even though fort wayne is bigger seem to have better selection here on fabric and other items. Down fall was we waited to get fabric cut when there where 2 ladies that was working there. Cashier was great and fast.

It's hit and miss at this location depending on who is working. Sometimes there are plenty of people around to answer questions and help, and other times it feels like a ghost town with no employees anywhere. Those I have interacted with have been super friendly, but could go to be more knowledgeable in some categories. Such as the people back in the fabric and sewing were unable to answer my question about how to know what "class" bobbin different sewing machines take. Little things - they are super friendly when you do interact with them and they have great deals! Wish they didn't sell out of product so fast

Surprises around every corner! Just about anything creative you're looking for can be found at good prices. I just wish some of the fabric prices weren't so high. Also, it helps if the lady behind the fabric counter doesn't yell across the aisles to ask if you're finding everything okay, especially when she's taking care of another customer standing at the counter! I ignored her loudness and she only yelled louder. I was fine and didn't need help. I'd have asked if I did.

Whoa! This store was so neat and clean! The variety here rivaled Michaels easily! We had two different people ask if they could help us find anything or if we needed help. This store was neatly organized so it was easy to locate what you want but with plenty of browsing as you went there!

A very small store. Have plenty of fabric, and sewing items. I’m a Scrapbooker and this store doesn’t carry much. Most items are not in stock.Employees are nice. Store was clean but messy.

I was charged 15.00 For something I didn't purchase, I asked fo a price check, and it was accidentall left on. No problem, however I paid with a debt card they took my money with No problems. I went in and got it taken care of and asked if she was going to put back on my card. NO THAT WILL HAVE TO BE A GIFT CARD / STORE CREDIT?? REALLY. NOT HAPPY.

I wasn't there for me. I was only a ride along. But the store looks well organized and I love that it's labeled on where to find things unlike the competitor nothing's labeled you can't find anything without help but let's all stop and think about why it isn't labeled. Now when I say labeled I'll exsplain. When I say labeled I mean like signs that say Flowers, Crafts, Jewerly, Wood work, etc... I mean come on. Now my reasoning for why I don't think it's not labeled is because you walk around looking and their hopes is that you'll pick up things that you weren't even there for to begin with. Hence more money...

My mother-in-law and sister-in-law have a small business and Joann Fabrics have been SO helpful with ordering material and keeping it in stock for them! I know they are very pleased with there customer service and friendly help!

Walked in today to get 2 boas for a project for my granddaughter, there were 2 different sizes priced at $6.99 and $9.99, we picked two for $9.99 but the cashier rang them up for $16.99. I told her the sign read $9.99 so she called the manager who brought up a different boa to the register telling me that they were on the wrong stand and the ones I had were supposed to be $16.99 each!She continuously tells me that “someone” put them in the wrong place and that I will be charged $16.99. I said so, because of your employee’s mistake I’m being charged more than what the sign says? Her answer: yes, the price is $16.99. My answer: no thank you, I’ll take my business elsewhere.Never have I seen a store “manager” argue with a customer over their mistake.

Chelsea is probably the rudest and most unprofessional Joann fabrics employee I have ever met I called several times to speak to a certain individual who I have been dealing with, and she made excuse after excuse as to why I could not speak to this individual. this lady needs fired.

Here's a place with an extensive and impressive variety of materials with a sales staff so helpful--all around successful visit! Found just the material i wanted, they have great sales and an app with even more savings! So many items to bring out the creative side you never knew you had!!!

Usually never had an issue until I did an online order and it declined my card so I tried again and still declined. It showed up in my bank account twice that it was coming out so I went to see if they had my order a couple hours later. My order wasn't in the system at all and I showed them proof that it was out of my bank account and I tried to use my gift card that I did online for the items to just buy them there and the balance was 0. So the app took my money but they had no order for me and tried to tell me that my order was in another store which clearly it said Kokomo pick-up on my phone. They did nothing about it and said that I'll have to contact corporate. This whole situation was a mess. The employees and manager were rude and the manager walked me out since they were closing and got rude towards me. I'll never shop here again and corporate can't take calls because apparently there's so many issues so had to email. Never order on the app either!

We had wonderful service Is on the fabric cutting area on a Saturday morning October 30th which we got a lot of different fabrics cutting to certain sizes, And had a couple coupons we wound up saving over 200 dollais $200 on fabric.
