Some of the stuff does get over priced for used items but for the most part the prices are great! I come here every day almost lol. Olivia is also really sweet, pretty much all of the employees are awesome but Olivia is the only one I remember by name

I always find a fondness for the randomness of a visit to any Goodwill. I usually go in, not exactly with any particular items in mind and typically exit with, at least, a small hand full of items that I didn't even know I needed. Good time killer too.

Wow! This was the most well organized and clean Goodwill store I have ever been in! All employees were very friendly and helpful. Prices were low and they have tag color sales. Today was 50% off yellow and 30% off red. Not to mention it's in a great location with many food and shopping options.If anyone has information on how they gage price points and sales events... Please share. My hometown store is around 20 miles north and the prices are high, the sales are 2 days a month I think, and they randomly started closing at 5pm.

It's like indoor yard sales, slightly marked up to help Goodwill's worthy programs to help people. Furniture, home goods, new and used clothing, craft supplies, ceramics, glassware, linens, sporting goods, baskets, wood crafted items, whatever the public donates and can be resold and used again. Happy shopping!

This is gonna be two reviews first ...Markland kokomo is great the other one has a few rude employees.But the store is good!. SecondWent back to the goodwill by kroger and the lady with long black hair about 40 to 50 the rude lady from before points over and is talking about me and my kids last time we was there she was rude and yelling for no reason was very rude basically pushing my kids out of the way as we was shopping and looking at the random stuff by the toys JUST SO SHE COULD PLACE SOMETHING DOWN EVEN THOUGH SHE HAD THE REST OF THE AREA TO STOCK SHE GAVE VERY RUDE LOOKSMy kids 10 and 8 noticed how rude she was and said something out loud 😑 so now she's pointing and talking to other walkers even though she's the one who was being very rude gave rude looks.Needless to say I didn't buy anything at this store just because of her and don't plan going back. Next time I'll be speaking with the manager if I even go back in due to this lady

Don't care for this location. They manager seems to like to maximize their income by charging a lot more than the other store in town. Pretty good when you get everything from donations.

This particular site, as well as one other in Kokomo, has continued to leave the dressing rooms closed following the previous covid protocols. This policy not only results in customers frequently having to return items purchased, but also, as I witnessed this myself, customers were ignoring the posting on the restroom doors to NOT utilize the restrooms as a dressing room. I believe Goodwill needs to reexamine this policy and clean out the dressing rooms, unlock the doors, and allow the consumers to return to normal- as best as we can.

It's always fun at the Goodwill stores , for me it's like treasure hunting! Ive found 2 dolls at different stores, I paid $1.99 for one and it's worth 87.00! I found another doll at a local thrift store and I paid $3.99 for it and it was worth $66.97. That's only part of things, a very small part, lol. I find things all of the time for my kids, grandkids, and even friends! I love it ❣️! Thank you all for being there!

GOODWILL is still a great place to shop but they have recently raised all prices on everything in the store...it was fun to explore and "FIND"name brand used clothing & what nots for a set price...Now...all the namebrands & such are doubled the price...Gòodwill is selling jeans & namebrand shoes for at least 20$ i still shop there (but watch out for high price on things now..sometimes you can get brand new clothing cheaper then you can at Goodwill....

One of the best Goodwill stores I've been to. Clean, well-organized, and well laid out. Staff was quite friendly and helpful, even though it was a super busy day. (Full disclosure: I am a Goodwill employee in one of their other programs).

The prices in this store have significantly increased, oftentimes resulting in used items that cost the same as purchasing brand new. I used to donate to Goodwill frequently, but moving forward, I will be donating to Salvation Army.

Great selections and rotating stock makes this store available to return in a day or two to find some new surprises ! My cashier (newer employee) was a delight and set a mood for the rest of the day!! Recycle, Repurpose, and Reuse makes "cents" ! Thank you 'GOOD WILL' !

The store is clean and pretty much in order. They are taking donations but when you drop them off you have to take the items out of your vehicle yourself. They have big labeled boxes so you can kind of keep the donations sorted.

Nice store. Large with lots of furniture and household items. Employees were polite and efficient. Very helpful too as they helped if one needed help in getting something. Cheerful people were there on Wed, when I went and its nice to be helped by Employees who are very sweet..

Usually my reviews are good I mean and it is with Goodwill except for one issue I had the staff was more than polite of the place the store was clean but yeah I didn't know that I purchased which was an air purifier it doesn't work the motors burn out of it and that just kind of tells me that they did not check before I put a price on it so that's not good.

Lots of stuff compared to the other Goodwill in Kokomo but the 3 cashiers that were working today were moving entirely WAY TOO SLOW! All three of them were taking their time. One of them had a woman piling clothes on thw counter but the cashier wasn't even doing anything, just standing there with a pen in her hand... Super annoying how long they were taking!!! My boyfriend and I ended up just leaving because we had been standing in line for such a long time. Yall need to train your cashiers to move a hell of a lot faster than they currently do.

Love this store! its set up nicely with the line for check out. there is always plenty of help to check you out. Restrooms are clean. its large enough to not feel too crowded. Cashiers are friendly and helpful. Much better than the old store on Markland Avenue in Kokomo.

Well they have made changes to the way they discount. I'm not sure but they have a notice on the door as to how. I was looking for a specific item so I wasn't in there long. I have purchased many times and I'll continue to shop Goodwill because you never know what you may find.

Kind staff and clean store, very disappointing that the company has decided to get rid of their dressing rooms though, the large majority of items for sale are clothing, and returns are store credit. At some point it feels like a racket.

I was able to get a stuffed animal for my grandson for $0.99. I love the fact that the Excel Center is a place no matter your age you can go and get your high school diploma free of charge and they even offer daycare

Good prices, not all stores have the same items, but most have lots of hidden treasures. Found new wedding dresses, new jeans, tags still on them! Pays to discover Goodwill.

Let's see it seems like prices keep going up at Goodwill. I feel for the most part we shop there bc u can get used things for a good price. Weren't all the items donated?. Why r u asking so much money for donated items???
