My mom is considered almost a daily customer at this dumb store and her car broke down just now. We just asked the front end if we could leave the vehicle parked overnight until we can get tow truck and they were being a bunch of rude people about it. My mom invest so much to this place and donates a lot here. She’ll never be here again!! Plus your prices are way too high, Ross sells them at a cheaper price and brand new! 0 stars on our end. 😡

The prices are ridiculous and have no rhythm or reason. I would have bought more, but they have raised their prices so much. For an organization who receives everything free, you have a lot of audacity raising prices and then asking customers to also round-up. This is too bad because otherwise this location is well run and organized.

Many of the prices are ridiculous. It's like really come ON CEO WHO MAKES MILLIONS A YEAR FOR A SALARY OFF OF OTHER PEOPLE FREE TO U ITEMS. EVEN IF U SOLD EVERYTHING FOR $1 U MAKE 100% PROFIT WHY BE SO GREEDY? THAT IS WHY I DO NOT LIKE DONATING TO GOODWILL

I found skid marked panties at this location and the person checking me out was a cigarette eating hiccup monster from Shrek the Third. The panties did fit though. Overall 2/10

I like any/all Goodwill stores that I have been to, across several states that I have lived/traveled to. Always an efficient way to blow a little free time on the weekends or on a rainy day.

Goodwill in Kokomo is so much better than the one in Marion, prices are cheaper as well, better quality as well, Marion Goodwill really does stink, the sell furniture that has bedbugs in it, and a lot of broken items, trying to sell. It's well worth the drive .

Well organized overall. The staff is generally friendly. I loved half off days but it gets so messy on those days I terms to avoid it now. The bathrooms need some love

I found an amazing selection of like-new books. It was annoying that they began making announcements at 8:20 for closing time at 9:00. Two cashiers supervised my checkout, and when one asked if I'd like to round up my total to donate to their childhood education program, the other asked if they had said program. It made me wonder about their training...

Prices are way too high for everything. The cashier was great but I'm just not as pleased shopping there anymore. Which is sad because it doesn't leave me much option anymore due to being low income.

Liked it.I was looking for costumes for different school dress up days.Disappointed, because we couldn't try on some clothing we were not sure would fit. So, because of that we didn't buy several items.

Prices are all over the place, something's here are priced well and others are priced higher than even platos closet.Wanted to buy Jean's but fittings rooms are closed. I wont buy it, if I cant try it.

Would give an absolute 0 star if possible was at checkout thinking I was helping I had two small items and a drink pitchers I opened the lid if the pitcher and there it is at the bottom a live bed bug gross. Never again Goodwill. Check your items.

They keep it pretty clean in comparison to some goodwills. they also have a lot of selection for items. there was also a piano and quite a few people played very well.

Love goodwill, but some of the items are over priced, I think who ever does the pricing needs to be more careful.I love the place good, place to shop if you have Alot of kids.

Pretty big store, good organization of products sold here. They have a rewards card and discounts. Just can't deal with the store's "scent" for more than 15min. at a time.

Kokomo store is alot bigger than the one in Rochester. Very busy. Older store could use a good cleaning. Merchandise not as good as expected.
