Not a good place to buy a gun. All the handguns have massive trigger locks that they won't take off so you can't get a feel for the weight or hand fit. Went with my 29 year old son from Ohio who wasn't allowed to hold any handgun because he wasn't from Indiana. Company policy. The 20 year old kid behind the counter had no knowledge of firearms at all. Not a good experience there.

What an awesome 👌 👏 👍 store! They have entire collections from TOP brands, Adidas, Nike, Puma, etc. That appear to be exclusive. IT'S HUGE!! LOVE ❤️ 😍 💖 IT!!

Finally made my way into Dunham's sporting goods, I went to find a fishing pole in this huge unorganized space. I wasn't approached by the employees if I needed any help. I see the product and still can't find what pole I wanted. Ended up spending a half hour looking for a decent pole that was already strung ready to go. They seemed to have some decent sale prices, just a little overwhelming for me.

I don't often find many businesses in Marion that are worth going to, a lot of them are just run down. But Dunham's corporate do a really good job of keeping this place stocked, updated, clean and well staffed. For sporting goods in Marion this is the spot. Hasn't changed.

Really the only store in our town for sporting and outdoor equipment. But they do a nice job helping if you are not sure what you might need or where to find. Good selection

Won't stand behind manufacturer warranty. If I wanted to deal with the manufacturer directly, I can buy online, probably for less- so no point in buying local. Store always in shambles. 22 year olds as managers-no skills, no authority. Feces smeared on same bathroom stahl for months. Employee Clayton was awesome though. Great business model for owner, bad for customers. Not sure how they stay in business.

Excellent sporting goods store. Great selection of guns and other sporting equipment. Only one complaint. They keep the handgun ammo I'm a locked case. But, they frequently have no one in the gun section to provide access. The last time I bought ammo, I just stood at the gun counter until someone eventually showed up.

The location is moving to Markland Mall and will be open sometime in September. The store is close to bare right now as they are not stocking the current location. Overall, though, the customer service is great. The staff is friendly. Prices are pretty decent as well. I'd recommend looking here for your sport and hobby needs, if you're in the area.

😲 my experience there was extremely shocking. I went there with my neighbor to exchange her outdoor lawn chair, because the frame was bent. Immediately the man interrupted her and began talking to the man in front of him. She left the chair there at the counter and picked out another chair and returned to him at the counter. Then he told her to go around to the other side of the counter because they were going to switch registers. So we waited in line until it was our turn for about 30 minutes.It took another 30 minutes for him to manage the exchange, get help from the other cashier, as well as call the manager up. So after another 30 minutes of waiting for someone to figure out how to do an exchange or return they finally figured it out and It was complete. So basically nobody in the store knew what they were doing. Several people left the store and just left their items sitting on the floor or they would put them on the shelf in front of them or beside them. They were extremely unfriendly and not helpful whatsoever. She asked if the lawn chairs were on sale ,, but neither man at the register knew what was on sale. 🤷 Honestly I have no idea why they are still in business, with the attitudes the unfriendliness and the store wasn't really very clean. During this time with the Covid-19, cleanliness is definitely number one!!!! The floor desperately needed mopped as well as the front doors needed cleaned. The employees should have been wearing masks and they were not.I definitely will never shop there again, and my friend will never shop there again from what she said to me regarding the store. 👎👎👎👎

I found everything I needed right there and right then for an enjoyable day of target practice with my family. My products were excellent and I'm very happy with my purchases. The store was not busy and had no lines or weights. The staff was extremely courteous and make sure I was satisfied with my purchase.

The store is awesome. The customer service was not great. Asked the guy working at the front of the store where we could find something. He had no clue basically and what we were looking for was almost directly in front of his work station.

Incompetent staff. Standing around doing NOTHING while there are full pallets in the way of everything that has not been unloaded. The staff clearly hate their jobs but need to realize us customers are the ones who help them continue having one. There was ONE guy in there actually doing work and honestly want to go back and give him a better job. Cool store, but a shame the staff doesn't care about anything or anyone around them.

It is okay they have a lot of good products at fair pricing however their clothing section looks like a garage sale nothing is in order it is jammed altogether you can't really go through the clothing because it's so stuck together there is piles of clothing on top of the racks that clothing should be hanging on no one maintains it, this has to do with poor management not the company itself

I called and asked if they had adult kayaks and the said yes. I drove all the way across town to find they had one adult kayak and one child size kayak. I was a little irritated and their ammo is 2x the price of Rural King! Very disappointed!

Waiting in the gun area for 25 minutes, then looking for help and not finding it. At this point I would say not good customer service. I would also say there gun and ammo prices are high. Ammo by a buck more and guns by about 30 percent more. This review is for the Kokomo, IN store.

If you are going to sell guns and ammo, at least hire knowledgeable people and man the department. Been in several times to find no help and when I did they couldn't even spell the word gun let alone find what I wanted. So I just left and you lost a sale.

Went looking for a pool cue and seen a set of opened poker pool balls. Had been opened but like new condition. Saved $160.00 only paid $40.00. 500 chip Texas hold'em poker set for 30 bucks regular $100.00. Saved $70.00 All stores got to make money but when they give back to the community with deals like this what's not to like about them. Thank you dunhams I'll be back.

My boyfriend & I came in to get his son some football cleats. We couldn't find them so a sales associate helped us. We found everything else we were looking for & went to the check out line. The experience was good & it was an easy in & out process
