Long line. Discriminated against me. Non white male employee was rude,Discriminated against me because of my disability and I told him he needed to stop but he decided to continue and bring up my disability, I didn't he did. I took all my things I bought back and got a full refund and I'm contacting the ada and corporate office. Can't get through some isles either. You broke a federal law. Treat your customers better and leave their disabilities out of things. I'll be filing a lawsuit this time because you're not only racist but discriminate against disabled people. You yelled and tried to belittle me and your manager did nothing but asked me what was wrong when I went to leave but let you keep running your mouth. You refused to give me your name as well and said you were dollar tree. Well, have fun. You should be fired and so should your manager. We won't be back to this location. They refused to return my items. By the way, your store policy is I can return everything within 30 days And you refused to take anything back. You both need fired.

Young girl working there is rude everybody else there is nice friendly know they are for a purpose to serve the public and be paid for it if this poor kid can't be respectful to 2 grownups talking I her supervisor and I during conversation I haven't seen her there before manager is nice lady thinks the world of my son Dollar tree has become more of a convenient grocery store In and out friendly atmosphere til this entitled little girl trying to rush me out of the store I have another name for her but I'm Lil to grown up to call it

Wow is all I can say. I was in this store several months ago and it was a hot mess. Today when I walked in it was so organized. There were some out of stocks but I didn't even care because it was so tidy. Keep up the good work!

Unfortunately they don't have any help. Shelves are rarely stocked.Not blaming the store or persons working. Nobody wants to work anymore.

Like always Dollar tree has all kinds of fun stuff from stationary to phone chargers and everything in between. I always go into the store to get one item and walk out with 5 bags of stuff and the best thing about it is everything is 1.25 or lower...this store is a must visit

As far as dollar stores go, this is the good one in town. Large space, huge selection, well lit. One star gone for never having enough cashiers to meet demand.

Super rude staff! Need new management! I would never treat the customers the way they do. From now on I’ll be going to the other one because I never have an issue when I go to the other one by Ollie’s. The staff is always way more friendlier and there’s never stockpiles in the middle of the aisles. You can barely get through the aisles sometime because of all the stuff and they don’t wear their masks at the one on Reed. I once heard the manager say he doesn’t enforce the staff to wear them there.

This store is fully stocked and very clean. I enjoy looking at all the Christmas merchandise for a dollar! Staff has always been friendly and helpful. Stop by say HI and stay safe by wearing a mask.

Good bargains. Staff is not as nice as the South Store and their shelves are not nearly as stocked. But still a good place to find a bargain.

This newly opened Dollar Tree is a great store! The staff are always friendly and make conversation with you. They have a great selection of seasonal items, especially door hangers and things of the like. If you are shopping on an extreme budget Dollar Tree is the way to go!

My sister snd i have a craft business and always looking for bargains to help keep our prices down. So we are in Dollar Tree a lot. Both were clean and organized but exciting to see was the south one became what they call a Crafters Square. That means its stocked with a lot more crafting supplies and more Cricut supplies. Exciting news for us!

I have been to the dollar tree south kokomo and they are very rude. The north store is always helpful and polite. They even help me load my merchandise in my car. I work 3 blocks from the south store and I drive to the north store to shop.

I always find what I need at Dollar Tree. Obviously, the prices are good. Staff are friendly. The only problem is that there is usually only 1 person at the registers . This is true at bot Dollar Tree locations in Kokomo, Indiana.

Really enjoy shopping at Dollar Tree. The shelves are full there's room to get around and look at things. Anything you may need they have in that store. I'm glad we have a Dollar Tree in Kokomo too for that matter

Some how they are able to have at least 3 people working have 2 registers running and one person stocking and no boxes of products all over the floor on a Friday night be nice of some other stores took notes great store

I was purchasing stuff for a wedding and I bought 20 of something and I didn't know about return policies and so I asked the cashier if this is not what she wants can I return it and get a refund and she said yes yes you can just make sure you have your receipt I said okay so I'll be able to get my refund she said yes couple hours later I went back in and they said well on the bottom of your receipt it says that we can't do a refund and that cashier was right there and her eyes got really big and I said you are the one that told me I could get a refund and she said well I can do an exchange for you I said that's not what you told me and so the assistant manager went in and told the store manager that the cashier told me this and he refused to help me in any way I am not ever coming back to this store for the simple fact if you guys do not do returns you need to tell your customers when they ask you and they did not give me corporates number to contact

I have been able to find pretty much all that I need to do my DIY projects except for the round or square framed mirrors that a lot of the DIY projects require. They say they get them there but I have yet to find them at the two locations near me.

I love the Dollar Tree the only place in town that you can actually go and get something for a dollar but I bought a jar of sweet red peppers in there last night and they didn't put them in my bag.
