Ive been sick and had just procrastinated to shop. I went with the anticipation that I wouldn't be able to find much of a selection since it was Christmas eve. The staff were very helpful and friendly. It was clean and organized. I took my granddaughter that is 6 with me. It's kid friendly. They have everything from affordable gifts, to baking goods.

Well stocked, clean location. I can find most anything I'm looking for from breakfast to cleaning supplies and housewares. The staff is always friendly and helpful. One of the better locations I've shopped.

The new Dollar General at Washington and North Street is really amazing. I have been there about 4 or 5 times, and had to ask if they carried or had a specific item, because I don't know the store well enough to know where certain items are. Every time one of the employees has went out of their way to either show me where the item was, or went back into the stock room to see if there was any back there.

The location and store in itself is great and definitely one of the best Kokomo has. I typically don't like to complain and rather offer a legitimate review for others to know what to expect in their own future visits. My issue though is of the 3 times I have been in this location from the time they opened all three times I have encountered rude employees who acted like I was a problem or inconveniencing them rather than a paying customer. Not to go too into detail but tonite especially the lady was completely inconsiderate and unhelpful. I had asked she scan an item for a price check bc when I did on the app it came up as $0.00 and when it came up the same for her she kept both candles and refused to sell them unless I paid full price. Candles that clearly had the orange clearance sticker she was aware of too. I ended up leaving all my items w her and as I was leaving she thought it was funny. I've been in customer service for 20+ years now and I understand there's a few bad apples who do t belong in that field so whoever is doing the hiring for the Washington store should reconsider the requirements or pass on the job to someone more qualified.

They didn't have any clothes that their app said they had. We had a bathroom emergency with my 2 year old and she needed something to wear. They had a few left over winter outfits in the middle of june.

Brand new store, but they cannot keep it stocked. Not sure if it is a staffing issue or they haven't figured out their par levels yet. The frozen food section in nice, but again when it is stocked...

Very kind and knowledgeable employees. I asked the same man for help finding two things the first was very close and he directed me right to it. The second he stopped what he was doing and walked me to it. I felt like as a customer I mattered

nice employees but could keep their stock u boats off the floor when not working on them, it crowds the floor area for customers to get through the aisle

New Dollar General, probably the largest Ive ever seen. Very clean, large selection of items, plenty of staff for help etc. Impressive compared to all other DG's in this city

The store I went to was put together a lot better then the store by my house and that's why I like going to the store I went to better are you asking if they had their store put together and organized and it looks nice

Great place to shop, most dollar general are always out of diet Dr pepper unfortunately. I do a good portion of my monthly food shopping at Dollar general.

It needs more lighting there are no windows so it always looks dark.its a huge store you need to invest in more help it a gonna take more people to keep store straightened and stock not to say I saw 2 associates cashier and one trying to stock all the freight in carts were working very hard

It's like a Super Dollar General. The isles are nice and big no overcrowding on the shelves. They had so much to choose from. I was totally impressed.

I purchased a ashtray, from Family Dollar that would not even hold a cigarette in any fashion.I don't know about you, but I expect a ashtray to hold a cigarette in the provided slots.Just saying...
