Reasonable prices. Would be nice if they had more carts to push around in the store as I am on oxygen and it's hard to carry my 9 lb oxygen and my purse in shop. But I understand people stealing them they just can't afford to keep buying them. Good service there also everyone is kind and helpful

Always friendly service and the employees working there now are doing a really good job of getting stock on the shelf and not just letting it sit on carts. It's more and more organized every time I go in there. Im glad it's a pleasant place for me to go and shop... as I go there several times a week in my travels.

This place usually only has one to 2 employees at a time and I usually spend 3xs the amount of time waiting in line to pay for my items. There is always carts everywhere with stock needing to be put on the shelves, and the carts are usually in the customers way. The employees are very nice and helpful, and it’s not their fault. It’s the companies fault for scheduling only a few employees per shift and expecting that employee to manage the register and stock the shelves.

I love my Dollar General on Dixon. The employee's are so nice, helpful and never act as if you're bothering them. Kudos to all of them. Yvonne is great but I don't know how she and the asst manager and Brian do it. There's new employees all the time!

It's cluttered, tight to get through especially with carts. Anymore, I start to avoid grabbing a cart and grab a basket instead, which therefore will cut my spending down because I cannot carry as much stuff. But I'm not gonna try to get a cart through those tights aisles with all their boxes and stock all over the floor.

Every time I visit this DG I am missing half my stuff. I stopped in to get things, meds etc that my husband really needs as he just had a stroke. I live in Carroll County get all the way home to find I don’t have any of the meds he really needs. I simply ask the clerk 3 times do I only have 2 bags and he said yes, clearly there was a third bag and he must have also put my receipt in that bag because I don’t have it either. I have tried to call for over an hour and the phones busy. I can’t make a trip back because I need to be with my husband. I’m very frustrated! I also was in there the other day and a couple young boys was talking about politics inappropriately I really don’t think any of us need to force our views on others. I want my stuff that I paid for.

Staff was very friendly. Dollar generals are very cluttered in my opinion but I do love their prices and they generally have what I'm looking for. I just wish they weren't so tight to walk around in with stuff.

I get so frustrated with the digital coupons at Dollar general, they don't work most of the time.so then I have show them on the phone and the sticker under the product for them to say sorry we can't do anything about it. I'm sorry I work in customer service if your promoting something or have a coupon as long as it not expired you honor it.

They all know me by name. And understand my needs along with family needs. Also all of the staff at the Dixon Rd store in kokomo in need a raise. I live very close by and see them working very long days all week long. I know what they make and I know this company CAN afford to pay them more then you are paying the now. I also go d it digerati g that a company wouldn't even give them an employee discount. If employers want great loyal employees treat them with respect love my Dixon store

Main street in logansport was great. They were friendly and the store was immaculate. The store at Eastgate was a mess and not enough cashiers.

The one in Tipton is always crowd due to cartoons in every where. Hard to shop. Elwood Dollar market is a lot cleaner but they have more room.

Best dollar general in kokomo. Clean, friendly employees. I do think they should have more registers open. Too busy for just one employee

Shelves are never stocked, store is usually messy and very unorganized. The employees are friendly, unfortunately there just aren't enough of them to keep up with the work.
