I would put zero starts but I cannot...3 times this week I have driven to this location, between noon and 1 in the afternoon, to the doors being locked. The lights are on, but nobody to let us in. This place is going to close PERMANENTLY because they never unlock their doors!

Went in and bought my items . Overall a great time . As I was buying my items I asked for change for a 20 . Could of ranged anywhere between 10-1's . She said at first she can't open her register which I understood . A man came in and her register popped open so I figure to ask again . She acted so upset with me that I had the audacity to ask again . Proceeded to say she didn't have change but the customer then helped me out . As we was standing there she says "we're not allowed to hand out change" . As someone who works around a cash register , please start off with "im sorry we can't make change here" that way I'm not continuously asking for change and upsetting you. Thanks to that customer tho . Seemed like he was more helpful at my visit than she was .

The store is always a complete and utter mess. The store needs a major revamp or rebuild. But whoever they have in charge of organizing the store needs fired.

Eh the website said they had a lot more stuff than they actually did in the store and a lot of their stuff was not stocked properly or put in the wrong place but other than that the staff was really nice plus the place was clean soo It was still a good shopping experience.

If the store was open even half if the hours posted, they might be able to clean up. That being said, they are almost never open past 1pm. So much for convenience.

Once again the isles were cluttered with boxes. Products in the wrong spot. Could use some major help with the Planagrams! Cashier was nice. Felt bad for the customer behind me because I had quite a bit of items & she only had a few when she showed up in line, so we gave the cashier $$$$ to pay for her item's. She waved at us as she left her parking spot. PAY-IT FORWARD! Hope DG can get some good employees who take pride in their work.

The store's are usually a little messy, but I can normally find what I'm looking for. The prices a fairly cheap and the products are good. what really makes me shop at DG is the employees are so nice. There polite and helpful.

They receive a high flow of customers, but are very understaffed. The store is consistently in a state of disarray. The uncleanliness and clutter generate a hazardous environment. There are inaccessible isles which are obstructed by palates of new merchandise. I am unable to shop in this store with my children due to its constant unsafe state. These conditions are completely unacceptable.I know this is not the first complaint of this nature regarding store #01514.Today, I took 13 pictures throughout the store which portray the said conditions. I would like to share these pictures with the appropriate personnel.

Sadly all these stores are going downhill. I do like the digital coupons and usually get all my laundry items, pet food, and unique little holiday decorations. I use the product digital coupons and the $5 off $25 combined, I do multiple orders if I have more than one of the $5 off $25 coupons and rack up some good savings!

Parking sucks and the store is too small..cashiers are pretty friendly. This store should have been remodeled before you guys had two more stores added in Kokomo. Center rd building hasn't been remodeled since it was Hooks, Rite-aid and If I remember right it was cvs for a few and all these names changed from the 80's and 90's get on it DG. Show some priorities and keep your stores up to date!!!

As of right now at 7:49PM this location has the door locked. The sign stated OPEN EVERYDAY FROM 8AM-10PM. False advertisement much???

Dollar General on center road is always a mess with the totes everywhere because nothing is ever stocked, I try to avoid going to that one because they never have what I need stocked or in the store. The staff is always friendly but they either need a bigger store or have enough staff to help put things away.

The isles are always packed with carts for stocking shelves. The staff does not care if things are marked wrong and charge you a price that is not on the shelf.

I have visited this location twice in the last three days to purchase a simple item, 32 oz Gatorade without success. As usual the store is in , disarray, dirty, unorganized and poorly stocked. The associates seem uninterested in the appearance of the store or whether the customers are satisfied or had any success finding the items they are there to purchases. I have preaching the value of DG to my wife but the most convenient location is this one on Center Road, Kokomo. I can no longer ever get her into the store. Today I went to a convenance store down the road and made my purchase and now I will most likely not return to at least this store of DG. I can't say sorry because you are loosing out on a real opportunity. This store is busy and I can't understand why, I just keep thinking if properly managed and stocked the amount of business you would have, that given you are in the business of profit. Thank you for allowing this place to voice an opinion. mp p.s. wish I didn't have to give you a star to post, it should be zero.....

Can hardly navigate the isles. Never have carts readily available to shop. Hazardous to take children fearing they will have something fall on them from all the stock racks piled everywhere.

I am getting real irritated with the digital coupons not coming off correctly anymore. It also is clearly apparent that most items are cheaper at Wal-Mart now... I don't think I'll be using dollar general any longer

ALWAYS LONG LINES, MESSY, AND STAFF ISNT VERY FRIENDLY, THE LAST TIME I WAS IN THE STORE CHECKING OUT THE GIRL WAS TEXTING INSTEAD OF RINGING ME UP AND I STOOD THERE FOR A GOOD MINUTE WAITING ON HER TO FINISH. VERY RUDE!! ONE GIRL THAT IS MANAGER IS VERY NICE! AND THE HIGHER UP GUYS THAT COME IN SOMETIMES TO CHECK UP ON STORE ARE VERY FRIENDLY BUT THE MAIN STAFF SUCKS!

I lost a billfold at dollar general I believe I left in buggy..I ask cashiers if anyone turned it in they said no..I do not know if truth was told. I cannot say for certain.but it was my fault I lost but cannot believe no one turned it in if left in buggy since they collect buggys.

This store is absolutely horrible to shop in there’s boxes everywhere I almost fell trying to get through this store it’s dangerous and it’s also a fie hazard they didn’t give me two of my bags so I lost money this has happen several times I try calling the store and they have their phone off the hook all the time I will be calling corporate and the board of health this is inexcusable!!!!

This store is absolutely a mess it's a fire Hazzard and someone is going to get hurt....I hurt my arm walking in that store because there was so much stuff everywhere!!! It is absolutely rediculous someone needs to call in on them it's definitely a safety issue!!!!

The staff is helpful, courteous & go outta their way to help u. The only downfall is they sometimes run out/low on key necessities but other than that minor issue-I love it!

Was really disappointed when I left and was 30 minutes away to find out the lady had not taken my 5$ off 25$off my order not one but 2 of us my daughter also had one and I paid for her groceries for her as she need that 5$ off well I did, store got me for 10$ and I'm really pissed, why because I normally dont shop there due to that reason charged wrong prices over years yet to much gas to waste to return to fix or adjust I just stopped shopping there now went for another try and got me again, 10$ gained, yet I'm dumb enough to go back, I wont shop this store anymore without holding up the line and proof reading my receipt.* angry as heck*

Very cluttered, not very clean! It is convenient for some items, but would never buy food products there. Pricing is good.

Dollar General on Center Rd Kokomo, In. needs new management. The place is in a mess & they never have my normal stuff I buy, so I always have to go somewhere else. It's very frustrating.
