Illegal transactionThey didn't catch my change of insurance at checkout. So they call me once I'm already home and have opened my medicine, and told me I had to RETURN MY MEDICATION OR PAY OVER $100. baffled I returned my medication that I knew they woukd immediately throw away. I told them to tell my doctor or something because it looks like I already have my meds.. and they were so rude, interrupted me and said "call Walgreens.." so I did..Of course I sound like a nut so they tell me to call my doctor.I call them.They say... well idk if we can do that because two of your prescriptions are controlled and only have one refill and we can't unfill prescriptions..Furious, so I call CVS againI said I want to speak with the pharmacist directly.I said who do I have the pleasure of speaking with? He says his name is Ken and I said well I'm Brianna Hamlin.He says "oh the medwise case"I said YA THE MEDWISE CASEHe says "just call WalgreensI said "I did that and I sounded like a nut because what you did was illegal"He quickly changed his tone and told me he would call Walgreens and get it figured out.

The staff was friendly and the store was clean. The medications were all in stock too.

Couldn't get prescription after er visit.went in next day an still couldn't get meds 12 hrs later

Unbelievable! Completely got the dose instructions wrong on my prednisone for poison ivy. Doc ordered 4 tabs for three days. Cvs put 8 tabs for three days. Good thing I double checked. There wasnt enough pills to cover the dosage.

I love the pharmacy ppl Vera and the rest off the staff are ALWAYS friendly!! They even call and remind me sometimes when I'm ready for refills or pick ups!! They have even called a couple times just to check up on me!! GREAT JOB CVS!

Pharmacy is always overworked......☹️ Last trip went through drive up only to be told it was a twenty minute wait if I wanted to come in.....??? Or schedule a pickup for later....... ??? You ladies need a hand and a break!!!
