Newspaper and radio with representatives stating store opened at 8am. Manager came out, was EXTREMELY rude and very "huffy" and said too bad 9am and walked back in. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I will pay higher prices somewhere else for better customer service, especially on opening day!

If I could have given this store no star's I would have. The mens section was in shambles. All the sizes were mixed together with nothing, even being close to being in order.I have been to Burlington all across the U.S., this was definitely the WORST

Tried to return some sports bras I had bought (with receipt and tags in hand) and Erica was the only cashier up front. When she started to scan a merchandise in store credit/gift card, I asked if it could go back on my credit card because I don’t shop here hardly ever, she started copping an attitude with me saying “that’s the only way it’ll let me do a return” and then she radioed for a manager and the manager came up and did an override so the money would go back on my card. Thank you manager, but Erica, get your attitude in line because the way you were speaking to a paying customer was not friendly at all.

It's Saturday at 4:40 pm and only 2 cashiers and 20 people in line. They are doing there best but this is poor management for a new store 9n a Saturday to only have 2 cashiers.
