It's a lot different than the Big lots we were use to. It's to soon really to pass judgment, but appeared to be a nice store with friendly people. We'll be checking it out in more depth later.

I don't like big lots because they raised the prices and remodeled it now we can't afford to buy anything. I liked it better when it was just Big lots

New Furniture Sales Manager Nick is Great ! Had a problem with a dresser we bought and he was extremely nice and helped us exchange it for a new one and was very helpful. Will definitely buy from him again.

Huge shout out to Amanda at the Kokomo store. When a problem occurred, aka Big Lots doesn't deliver, she connected me with a company Big Lots contracts through and I got my chair timely the next day! You'll never know the blessing she was that day!

Saving’s really just depend on the season and what item you’re looking for. Best to go for specific items rather than go shopping there. Furniture bought years ago help up well with needing repairs but I highly suggest looking for material that is not micro fiber because it stains easily and isn’t it’s to clean! With other fabrics you can whip out your carpet cleaner or with (faux) leather wipe it clean easily. Some items do have damaged packaging but mostly the products are still intact if not they are good about returns! Pretty organized compared to most discount stores which is always helpful!!

I love Big Lots. I go in there for home decor and housewares. I really appreciate that they give a Veterans discount. Long time staff dedicated to their job.

It was a positive buying experience. Then I get the furniture home and the holes that are supposed to be at the bottom of the foot stool didn't have any holes for the legs wasn't assembled. Now I got to take it back on one of my days off. Me and my girlfriend spent over 1200 dollars and was expecting a great set without issues and then this happens. I will be returning it amd expect them to get me another one that has the holes drilled in. To be continued 🤬🤬🤬

I was impressed by the new layout of the store. A little disappointed that they don't carry window blinds anymore. I always used to get them here at a price I would pay. I would like to see them busier because I like to shop at discount stores like Big lots. Good job for cleaning the store up.

I was headed to Joann Fabrics but they were closed, I'm assuming staffing issues. Decided to go into Big Lots. Found several cute things for fall, they were just starting to put out Christmas stuff. And the lady who checked me out was very pleasant.

A great place to go to get anything. They have expanded their furniture area to twice it's former size. I was looking for bedroom furniture and had gone to several other stores in the area but couldn't find what I wanted for a price I wanted to pay. I checked out Big Lots and found exactly what I was looking for at a considerable amount less than the other stores offered. A very nice young man, Gene, helped me find everything I wanted. I couldn't take the furniture with me yet and didn't realize they offered lay-away. After Gene told me about that option it made the whole process very easy.

It's Christmas time, not a big variety of toys . I was surprised. Not a gift selection at all. Most big lots have a big variety this time of year. The cashier actually told me NOT to buy a candle lit because it is too messy. So I put my entire order back , as well as my friend. We went to Walmart and found what we needed and more.
