Went in after Christmas to take advantage of the after Christmas sales on televisions. I had a question for the sales associate but I never did get a chance to ask it because he was too busy chitchatting with someone about nothing whatsoever to do with electronics for about 15 minutes so I eventually pulled the television I wanted off the top rack and then proceeded to push it across the floor towards the register when another associate noticed me and came to my rescue (big television... "mature" woman). Once assisted by the second associate everything went great. He even loaded it in my car. For all I know the other guy is still yammering away.

Probably the worst Best Buy I’ve ever been to. They list items in stock that are not. The place is generally unkept and needs cleaning. And the employees will just talk to each other near the front rather than helping customers. And when you do ask them anything you’ll get to wait another 15 minutes for them to get an answer then another 30 for them to get the product.

We used to love going to Best Buy in Kokomo. However, I have been in there several times over the past year or two, each time walking out not having purchased anything. There are always plenty of employees, but never anyone who asks to help us. Often, there is a group of employees at the front of the store just chatting, playing around, or flirting with each other. It is as if they deliberately avoid interacting with customers. I will no longer try to purchase something there, and I am very sorry to say that.

I went in the Kokomo store with intention of buying a cell phone wireless mouse and keyboard and mouse pad possibly a wyfi router as well 5-6 employees standing at front door one greeted me asked if I needed help I replied with cell phones for starters nobody followed for awhile finally a young man came over not very helpful with cell phones so asked about wireless mouse he told to walk by refrigerators I’d find them over there no that’s not where they were all the way across the store I finally found them I still had questions no sales people on the floor all still up by door so I left

Have been a ridiculously loyal customer to this specific store for well over a decade. Despite all the changes in staffing and training and service etc, I have still spent $10k a year in personal and business purchases at this store. That ended Saturday. The service all the way from the top finally got so bad that I will not be returning.

Took my computer in after spending 2 hrs with tech support on the phone. Once there the store was terribly cold inside and my computer would not do what it had been doing. Wasted a trip , but the gentleman who looked at tried for a good 20 minutes to no avail. Doggone computer [lol].

Went in for a case swap. Case was incompatible, fine told them ro switch it back. Said one person called off and they came in at 1pm, left at 7pm. They said they were back log, back for five hours? Okay, couple questions, first if it's other poeple why was I shoved aside? What do you mean back logged? Needed my PC for work, they could not promise me anything. Recommend mother board had incompatibility issues with the bios. They Recommend me a problem magic part. The issue I have here if you were so back log and were not able to for fill the order, why did you not communicate that with your client? Such incompetence, I will not be dealing with geek squad anymore. Lastly they gave me my PC and spare case back and were rude about it.PCpartpicker is a wonderful site and I recommend anyone dealing with these people to double check them.

DO NOT TAKE ANY PRODUCTS HERE TO BE REPAIRED. I brought my iPad Pro here due to a charging issue. It was sent to Apple then sent back 2 weeks later. I was informed from email and text that my device was ready to be picked up. However when I went to retrieve my property they informed me that they didn’t have it and it was most likely lost in transit. This continued for 9 MONTHS!!!! Then I was told that they had found my device and recycled it! I contacted corporate and they said since they are unable to retrieve my device all they can do is offer me a gift card to replace it. I accepted there offer to put the matter to rest. They then told me I had to go to the store to obtain said gift card. After multiple attempts the two managers Colton and Mitchell called the police on me and said they wanted me trespassed. The police did not trespass me after explaining my situation but I still have not received anything or my property back. I was always respectful, light spoken and professional but I can NOT say the same for the staff at this location.

Worst Buy is terrible. They charge you a $45 restocking fee if you return a phone that you can get for $200 CHEAPER online. The staff is unhelpful. The teenagers that work there are too busy flirting with each other to help customers. Will avoid this place from now on. I'm dancing a jig on the day the last Best Buy store finally shuts down.

Only reason I ever come to the store is for the Blu-rays and DVDs, so I cannot believe you guys are getting rid of all that stuff. Well it was fun while it lasted i guess, but I will never step foot in a Best Buy again!!!

I have been in the Kokomo Best Buy twice in the last 2 weeks and BOTH times(also last year around the same time) I experienced employees goofing around and being LOUD while customers needing assistance. My first experience this year, Logan assisted us...very helpful and when there was a problem at the register, he got the manager and things were taken care of and this was while other employees were being loud in the store. Today i stopped in to look at dash cams. .we waited for around 5-10 minutes maneuvering through the store looking for them while employees yelling throughout the store from employee to employee(and goofing around) was going on...including the manager(which was in the aisle right by us and was QUITE LOUD yelling to the front of the store...VERY UNPROFESSIONAL from all of them.) Finally we found the dash cams and another 3-5 minutes went by before we had someone come to us. I asked a question or 2 and then was going to text my son n law about him doing the wiring and before i could ask any other questionsthat i my self had, the employee said if we need anything else let him know then walked away to goof off some more. I looked at my husband and said lets go!! im done with this!!

Been going here ever since I moved here 2 years ago. They never have anything in stock and now every one of their geek squad employees capable of computer repair have been taking revolving vacations it seems like, takes weeks to get computers back.

Wow.....awful service!!!Awful delivery service. Total chaos and disorganized. Should of had a normal delivery last Saturday to Silver Birch Assisted Living. Did not complete it.Service rescheduled for Wednesday. I called store and got run around, confirmed Wed. Or earlier if got an opening . Today, Wed. person called store and was told no delivery scheduled for today. It will be Saturday.One hot mess. Shelves were missing a lot of product. Daughter found a stuff animal she wanted as we were walking around. It was all stained up. She asked an employee if there were any in the back and was told no, not a big deal. But they said to put it back on the shelf and the stains were fine. Didn't want a discount but this thing was stained and I figured they would take it off the shelf instead of trying to sell it for full price of almost 40 dollars.

Absolutely worst customer service. Do not pay for them to do an install. No one knows what’s going on. They would only hold my equipment until today but the soonest appt for install was tomorrow. So I went ahead and picked up my items and said I’d be back for my scheduled install. They spent forever looking for my items and no one knew where they were when I picked them up.Well I logged onto the website today to verify that I’m still scheduled for install tomorrow, and it says it was both CANCELED and COMPLETED. So I paid for install and it never happened. I called customer service. The only way to get ahold of anyone is to talk to their outsourced department. Can’t call the store directly. I got rerouted FOUR times. I waited on hold for twenty minutes. Finally gave up and did a chat (again outsourced). They basically said that I can still go to the store for install, but who knows if they will do it since they probably gave my appointment to someone else because mine was “completed.”They got their money, so they don’t care. I will never purchase from Best Buy again after this disaster, and I’m hoping I can just simply return everything and get a refund on the items and the install that was “completed” (even though the items are still wrapped in their boxes!)

I bought an open box TV online, picked it up brought it home. When I was unpacking the TV I noticed multiple price stickers attached to the TV. The price listed on them was $220 less than what I paid. I contacted the store about a partial refund and was spoken to by an extremely rude employee that refused to even consider honoring the price listed on the stickers. Terrible service.

Purchased an appliance that had to be delivered as well as an installation kit. When our installation guy came the kit was not delivered. I have been fighting for 2 months to get a refund for the kit that was not delivered. I am getting ran in circles and still out the money. Very frustrated!!!

Customer service at the kokomo location was incredibly pushy with their best buy credit card service. My girlfriend went in twice to get a new phone, the first time we were given a phone that is incompatible with her carrier (even though we asked multiple times if it would work) and signed up for a store membership without our knowledge or consent. The second time when we went to exchange the phone, the individual working the phone department all but refused to help us unless we had the top tier membership. We should've gotten out of there for just over a hundred bucks but instead my girlfriend was pressured into a credit card and bestbuy membership. The employee who "helped" us spent the entire time pitching the bestbuy credit card and total membership even as I advised against it and blantly called it a scam. He litteraly would not take no for an answer and lacked the social awareness to see that we were uncomfortable. Don't shop here, all they care about is pressuring people into their ridiculous memberships and credit cards and they will take advantage of you if they think they can get away with it. We got taken for a ride and I'd hate to see anyone else conned the same way.
