Made an appointment for my dog when I called to make the appointment I told him that it was a puppy and that we were picking him up last week and wanted to get a bath and nail trim and a cut. I told them that he was seven weeks old. They scheduled an appointment with me. today when I went to take him in, they said he was too young and that I would have to schedule later when he’s older. Why did they schedule the appointment? If that’s the case they knew how old he was from the beginning.

I had made an appointment for my dog and the day of the cut he started walking with a limp so I called and canceled. I called a couple weeks later to make another appointment and they said they weren't able to accept new clients and couldn't make an appointment. They recommended I call Petsmart. I mean it kinda blew my mind for a few reasons! 1. It's a local small dog grooming business in a small town so how would it be smart to turn away any business what so ever. 2. You're telling me there are so many people in this town coming to get their dogs hair cut and so often that you can't take on anyone who hasn't been there before? I would have to say I will never call this place again for any dog needs or recommend anyone here.

First time here, from the phone call to the time I walk through the door I felt like this is the place for my dog. He had a good scrubbing bath and a nail trim they did an excellent job. They are all very complimentary about my dog and you could tell they cared about what they were doing. I will continue to make future appointments here. Terrified 14 year old dog after being rushed over with clippers. Wouldn’t recommend. They are nice till you don’t agree with them. Asking about why she turned out like this and they hang up the phone on you and yell.

Destiny has been grooming Daisy for 2+ years. She has taken extra training to deal with anxious dogs, so I know she cares about every dogs' experience and does everything in her power to keep them calm and comfortable. Daisy is a 65lb golden retriever, and every time she sees Destiny comes home looking cute and smelling fresh. I really appreciate having her as our groomer and would highly recommend her!

Took our older furry lab there to remove his winter coat. He’s never been to the spa before, so I wasn’t sure how it’d go. The girls were great with him. He came out fluffy and clean. Didn’t take long and was pleasantly surprised with the cost. Will definitely do this again!

They did a wonderful job grooming are two chihuahuas that are long hair . We are on a fixed income and we thought the price was very reasonable. We take them back to get them done again soon. I highly recommend them. They are extremely busy so I would call in a week or two in advance before you need the appointment. You will not be disappointed I sure haven't been. They always remember to do my little Chihuahuas nails especially the dew claw .

My elderly Dad uses a walker and wasn't able to take his poodle into the grooming shop. Staff met him at his truck to take his dog Jack in and carried him back to the truck after his nice clip ! I'm thankful for fine customer service ... Thank you for caring for my Dad's need 💕🌹💕

My dog LOVES coming here! We come for the walk in nail trims and they are always courteous, quick, and we are in and out. My dog needs two groomers to cut her nails, one to cut and one to coddle/calm. They are accommodating as well.

The groomer lied to me and said she didn’t know she got my dog’s quick even though she was bleeding significantly and she got not one, but THREE! When I tried to reach out to the owner she was Extremely rude, unapologetic, hung up on me, was not trying to rectify severing my dogs quick with any type of compensation or discount to entice me to give them a second chance and that this TRULY was an accidental situation. Instead she got extremely defensive, interrupted me several times, talked over me, and then when I tried to confront her about just hearing excuses, that there was nothing she could do to rectify the mistreatment of my fur baby, and treating me so rudely she HUNG UP on me!! I will be reporting this establishment to the Better Business Bureau!! Absolutely unacceptable to mistreat animals and provide such horrid customer service!

Grooming has been great as for customer service it sucks. They want to argue with me and had a bad attitude when I was trying to figure things out. I will not ever go back and this is a client that has taken her dog there for over 6 years.

After being told no aggressive breeds would be present, we were greeted within 10 seconds of entering by a snarling, aggressive breed, setting the tone for the rest of the visit.Upon picking the pup up afterwards, I noticed an injury to his eye. When I asked what happened, the groomer became extremely defensive and hostile, claiming that I did it to him before dropping him off. Interesting because I have pictures of him before and dropping him off.If the owner tries to come here and make up a story, I have calls to the vet and before/after pics to prove it.
