Took my long hair medium-sized mix dog, kinda looks like a golden retriever to get a bath, hair cut and nail trim. She looked great, but she kept twisting to get to her tail and she cried all night. Looked at her tail the next morning and it was shaved raw. Took her to the vet and they gave her itching and pain meds. Vet bill was over $100. The grooming was almost 2 weeks ago, now she has stopped crying, still walks with her tail crook to the side, but she has improved a little. Definitely won't be taking her back.

We've taken Ash here for several years. Everyone is great! They're considerate and thoughtful. Ash's haircuts are the best and he loved it! He always wanted to go and felt like a star afterwards. Keep up the great work, you're the very best.

Took my German Shepherd Heidi in there to have her claws trimmed. They Got me in and out quickly. They did a great job. And most importantly Heidi liked them. :)

Took my dog to get hair shaved down, totally blotted!! Big strands of hair not touched! He almost looked like he had stripes of long and short hair, will never go back!

I called to set up an appointment to have my husky bathed & deshedded. the woman I spoke to Jennifer was completely rude and not helpful what so ever. her tone was awful from the beginning & eventually I said I'm sorry I'm not sure what I did but I feel like you're being rude to me and she replied that I was being rude first and that's why shes bein rude.. but I was NEVER rude to her. I was extremely polite the whole phone call :(I then told her I was going to take my business elsewhere because I refuse to be treated poorly and dont trust my animal to be with someone who acts that way towards me. she then hung up on me when I asked her for her name and to speak with a manager. so I called back & told her I needed her name and her manager. she then told me her name and said her manager is her father and that wouldn't get me far. & hung up on me again.WOW!!!! I seriously cannot believe the way I was treated when trying to make an appointment. I planned on being a regular customer if my dog was groomed well. not now & I'll make sure everyone I know knows about my experience. because this type of behavior is totally unacceptable!!!

I've gone here because the options are slim. The business is extremely unprofessional, everyone has a bad attitude, and is dressed poorly. They were not even able to make a simple cash transaction by saying it was my fault for not having correct change and everyone was scrambling to find some and eventually gave it to me in quarters. Bad business etiquette all around.

My husband took our two dog here to try a new place for trimming their nails. Not professional at all. He heard cussing as soon as he arrived. I am glad he did NOT bring any of our kids with him. Word like GD and SOB were used.

I can't speak to their quality since I was too taken aback by their unprofessionalism on the phone to make an appointment. The receptionist was so rude and unhelpful, I'll take my dogs anywhere but there.
