Joe the pharmacist is terrible. He is rude, plays God, control freak. He is lazy.I write this from my personal experience with him. Opiates have come short which I proved by then doing a pill count. The girls I miss because they are great. Do not trust Joe. Count your pills their or have them count in front of you which they can. It is funny that the only pills missing are opiates. I switched to CVS. BEWARE OF JOE!!!

Joe the pharmacist is awful, he's judgmental, he's rude, he's discriminatory, talks down to you as a patient and all around makes you feel terrible. I have never in my life experienced such a rude nasty person and I worked in healthcare for 11 years. Absolutely choose a different pharmacy if you can!

We have been going to this location for years. Yet when I went in there on the 8th to buy birthday gifts for my wife they wouldn't accept my check. It was drawn on a new account I had opened and she was very rude. She said the check number only had three numbers. Does 4 numbers make it a better check? Also the pharmacist needs some training in customer in customer relations. If tri-care didn't require us to use Walgreen for prescriptions we would not use Walgreen Knox pharmacy.

I love this Walgreens, all the staff are cordial and polite that work there, except for one. Shirley when at the register...........uuuugggghhhhhhhhhh, she needs a training class in customer service. AND QUICKLY

The only person who seems to know anything is the pharmacist. He can be very difficult to work with in getting the amounts of what you should be charged through your prescription drug plan. My insurance company even complained about him saying that he was very very short and difficult with them. I have never spent more money that I have at Knox Walgreens. YOU WOULD THINK THE CORPORATE FAMILY WALGREENS WOULD READ THIER REVIEWS AND MAKE APPROPRIATE CHANGES TO THIS PHARMACY?!!

Was a 2 star until second incident... Need to train employees in manners and appreciating customers. The proper response to someone getting in a new line opened in front of someone waiting longer is "I'm sorry, I believe s/he was here first" and not to wait on them and chat a lot instead. Even the lady behind me did a #smh at the rudeness.A second occasion trying to return something longer than policy normally allows... (I wasn't aware of policy). If they'd have said no, that'd be my problem but I wasn't told the date issue as the reason. She walked back and looked and I was told they didn't carry it. I didn't believe it so I said scan it anyway and check, because you don't see it doesn't mean you didn't run out etc... Then her bad attitude shows itself. Then says I haven't sold any of these in months and I don't have to return it you know... Well if you'd said I'm so sorry we can't return items over 90 days old with a good attitude I'd still be shopping there unlike now with the return but a nasty attitude. CVS gets my money now.

Not a H.I.P. participating pharmacy. They are exactly what the description says. Have friendly staff working the store. Good prices on many items. Clean bathrooms. And have a larger selection of over the counter medications and supplements. Easy to navigate store layout. Photo department, cosmetics, pharmacy and general store. Seems a bit understaffed for as busy as they get. Also two RedBox movie dispenser outside and a propane exchange.

Since I have HIP I have to use them. But I really hate having to deal with the pharmacy. Rude people. Especially the short pharmacist, (the one with glasses) He acts as if you are not worth his time if you have a question, either in person or on the phone.

Plenty of parking space. Clean and organized store. Friendly staff, always greeting you and asking if you need help. Sale prices seem to be clearly marked.
