We were heading home in heavy rain bc our camper was leaking last night from the ceiling. Stopped here to get tarps. There was a nice older gentleman that not only showed me the best tarp to get for our situation, and went through all of them with me. He also carried it out to the car for me in the rain. I was drenched and his help was appreciated more than he realized.

The young woman who work here are so helpful and friendly as well as knowledgeable about the merchandise. The store is very clean and organized. They have a little bit of everything at very reasonable prices and right now a lot of clearance items.

There great even was short and the lady , well girl cause she wasn't that old , anywho , helped me with Discount and paid 6.44 on my purchase she showed me some love , just goes to show that there are caring and helpful ppl still out there maybe far and few , but she knows how I feel about my dog , he's an American blue nose pit but he's black with the white on his chest a little bit on his nose some on his paws and between him and Meg there my world my heart and my breath thank you tractor supply and Tractor Supply employees especially the one that young lady to help me and she was cute too LOL I say you need anything pet supplies to go there unless you go and go to Petco then call me so I can go

This is my favorite TSC, their staff is friendly and their customer service is second to none. They have gone well above and beyond any reasonable expectation of service to truly have excellent service and put their customers first. The staff at this store is exceptional.

Love this place. They don't always have what I need. But they will work very hard to find it or direct you to their website where they often have what I'm searching for. The staff is, without a doubt the most friendly and helpful in our town. Also, their prices are mostly fair, either on par with our cheaper than their competitors. I can't say enough good about this store.

Astonishingly bad merchandise (had to return two air compressors in one day) sold to us by desultory staff. If the store sells heavy items it is good practice to have staff that can, at the very least, help with the loading and unloading of it.

I would give a zero but there is no option for that I ordered a dog cake online what let me the first time then I tried to order it again a different day and then they cancelled it after I had a confirmation number I'll get details then I go to my email and it's canceled I will never shop there again horrible placeI want to add to this review that I tried to contact customer service online through their customer service wet and they kicked it out so I can't even contact customer service while what a way to run a business man

Came in at 8am, too pick up a top link for a tractor 3 point lift. Sales associates ste really helpful, and looked up the category rating. She wa very pleasant throughout the whole tine. I will be back.

I'm so glad that Knox now has a Tractor Supply! Prices are competitive, there are great sales at times, good-quality products, and almost anything you need on the farm or orchard! One great feature is that they actually price-match. Their early Spring trees are healthy and tall.

Could be a really good store need to open the isles up just little bit and get the employees or hire a night stocker to keep the items delivered put up in there proper place instead of sitting at the end of the isle or cart seems to much like the dollar store in Knox stuff sitting all over the place but overall it's nice to have a Tsc in Knox finally

Needed a part I thought I would never find. A wireless remote control for a winch. After spending a few hours trying to fix it Googled it what popped up $26 or did it online and pick it up in the morning but what I think I like the best about it is the cute little young Lady that works up at the register.... If I was only 20 years younger;)
