A place for coffee people. The aroma of coffee welcomes you the moment the front door swings open. Attractive and open seating is dusted with natural light and wonderful rope lighting to create a chill and comfortable ambience. The staff is welcoming, knowledgeable, and passionate about coffee. There’s a minimal amount of food options, truly just snacks so don’t come here hungry. The sugar cookies I scooped up were perfect. While I tried the cold brew, which was very good, I really wish would have experienced a hot brew. I say this just because it was a cooler morning cause the cold brew is special—very smooth with a nice jolt of caffeine.Highly recommend enjoying your coffee at the “Serenity Gardens” just down the street. Clean and comfortable benches are sun drenched in the morning and sit in front of a massive mural. Perfect spot to sit and sip.

The Real Deal.WARNING: If you suffer from coffee addiction, this place will make that condition significantly more serious. If you are not a coffee drinker, you likely will become one.Truly, this is an "investment quality" business. Roasting their own beans onsite, decor is clean, spacious and relaxing with plenty of seating. Service is fast, staff is friendly, prices are fair. If you love giving 5 star culinary tips to friends and family, this one is a dead lock. Get there before the world discovers it, so you can say you were there 'way back when'.So the coffee...smooth as silk. No bitterness, no bite, no burnt tire aftertaste. Craftsmanship is the right word for what's happening in this place, so much so, you don't even need to be a connoisseur of coffee to recognize the difference. Been here a couple times now for a Mocha with heavy cream, and still can't figure out why the dang thing taste so incredible. Better than La Colombe, better than Stok Cold Brew. SB doesn't come close.You owe it to yourself to get here and taste joy in a cup. I'm gonna start saving for the time when they Franchise and IPO. Seriously.

I came here for the first time today. I was in search of a new coffee shop since I'm new to the area. I LOVED the way this place is set up & decorated. My mocha latte was *chefs kiss* amazing. Awesome atmosphere and Nathan was awesome! I'll definitely be back!

Most amazing owners. Met them at the Chesterton European Market. The coffee is so much better than any other local coffee I have had (small business or chain). We got the cold brew caramel latte. It had such a smooth flavor and didn't leave that typical nasty aftertaste. We are customers for life now!!(It also says a lot that their only review under 5 stars is some guy that liked it but needs to do more research lol.) Definitely worth checking out!!

We drive from Chesterton to Knox to get coffee beans from Rabbit Coffee Roasting Company! Their selection of flavored coffee is vast and full of flavor. Better than Starbucks by a long shot! They definitely have something for every coffee lover. Usually we end up buying anywhere from 5-10 bags when we visit and they have it ready to go from is messaging ahead of time. The friendly welcoming staff just makes each experience that much better! If you are close to Knox and love coffee, Rabbit Coffee should be a destination as you adventure through your day!

Woke up before everybody while camping and didn't know where the coffee stuff was so I googled coffee near me hoping to find something other than McDonald's and I found this gem. The cold brew is delicious and the people were super friendly! I would definitely recommend stopping here if you appreciate GOOD coffee, I know I'll be back! 🙂

Amazing coffee. Great prices. Super friendly staff. It's probably my favorite! Never bitter. Small batch in house roasted. Can get it by the bag, flavored and ground to your taste. So many flavors to choose from. We never mind the 30 minute drive to go here.Parking: Plenty of street parking easily accessible and close by.Kid-friendliness: Definitely a kid friendly location.

Love this coffee shop. It's a sweet spot to get some great coffee. They have some nice treats to and if your looking for Built bars they have them. The people who work here are so sweet. I'm on WW so I'm able to get my ice coffee skinned down with sugar free syrup. Love it here. They care about our little town.

I stopped while I was traveling through the area. Great coffee and friendly staff. They have an organic selection of coffee syrups. It’s a cute place to get coffee and if you have time to chat with friends. It is loud, as most coffee shops are with grinders and espresso frothing etc. but, that’s the charm of a coffee house

Great place. The atmosphere is so cute. We had two mochas that put Starbucks to shame! I thought it was nice that they had Fingerhut pastries available. It was great to support a local business instead of a chain.

Stellar coffee shop! Service is very nice and the coffee is better quality while costing considerably less than Starbucks. If you go to Starbucks or Dunkin, you’re wasting your money on inferior coffee. Come here instead!

Great Tasting Coffee! Many different flavors. Friendly Staff! They offer whole Bean, Ground, K-Cups and even a CBD infused Coffee for sale to take home. They have cozy hoodies and T- shirts too!They support local business. One example is They sell local raw Honey.The Seating Area is warm and inviting! It also has a big open front window to people watch! 😂 Definitely worth a Stop!

Recently we spent a week on Bass Lake and stopped by Rabbit Coffee to get some beans for our stay. The owner and barista could not have been nicer, the shop more welcoming, and the coffee any more delicious. We chatted for some time and needed both decaf and dark roast regular. The owner went out of his way to get us freshly roasted beans while we were in town, which gave us time to visit Fingerhut and eat at Birdie’s next door. Then we spent the week enjoying wonderful Rabbit coffee every morning. As the decaf drinker, I was relieved to find theirs not only excellent in flavor but also organic. Best of all? They ship! So, even if you don’t find yourself in or nearby Knox, Indiana, you can still enjoy this wonderful coffee.

Best place for coffee!!! Service is great!! Place is clean!! Could use a drive thru and sometimes can be hard to find a parking spot, since it’s on Main st. But there’s a parking lot around back. Just gotta walk around the block. Definitely be awesome to see em bigger than Starbucks someday!! Lol
