Worst customer service. Watched someone ask if they could use the restroom they were about to pee themselves and the employee told them no and they peed themselves. Employee just snickered. This is ridiculous.

I took my 90 yr old neibor & she bought something that was on sale a week later. They told her she couldn't bring it back for a refund & buy another for the sale price. The worker was not nice.

Omg! Amazing. Clean, neat and friendly. Haven't been to a cleaner store in a very long time. We are from laporte indiana and ours is horrific. Stopped by here in knox for an appoinment....I would drive this far just to shop here!!! Can't wait to go back!!

Store is so cluttered and dirty and the cashier's have zero customer service especially the cashier named Shayla don't get huffy and puffy with me telling me I have an attitude because you have to actually work and not stand around... YOU DIDN'T COME CLOSE TO SEEING AN ATTITUDE FROM ME ... KNOW THAT! Do your job and Clean that trash store you work in 💯

Not a very well-organized or neat store, but good to have for last-minute small things. Cheap & versatile. Everything from laundry detergent, to kitchenware to home decor, toys, snacks, etc. Always very friendly cashiers at this location.

Family Dollar is an excellent store, everything is easy to find and if it can't be found employees are very nice to help you

Don't do business with these ppl. We went to pick up some items and they had Coke products on sale. The sign said includes Dr Pepper and Sprite products. My sis and I both read it to make sure. When a couple of days later we noticed that we had been charged regular price on the DPs, we returned to ask for a refund in difference. The manager pulls up a sales ad I never looked at, that said it excluded those items. So, they say one thing in store and something else on the ad paper, hoping customers like us will not notice till the sale is over and they take their signs down. Bad business practices ruin business eventually. I have spent a lot of money in Family Dollar over the years, never again.

This place is TRASHED!! Way overdue for a remodel or better yet a new location. Aisles are too narrow and shelves disorganized. I won't be back any time soon.

You couldn't even go down aisle 1 or 2 because they were stocking and the employees wouldn't move so customers could get through or purchase something in those aisles.
